1. An outdoor unit heat dissipation assembly, comprising:

the compressor cavity (1) is mainly enclosed by a middle partition plate (3), a side plate (4) and a chassis;

an air outlet hole (31) is formed in the middle partition plate (3), and an air inlet hole (411) is formed in the side plate (4) and/or the chassis; air enters the compressor cavity (1) through the air inlet holes (411) and is discharged out of the compressor cavity (1) through the air outlet holes (31).

2. The outdoor unit heat dissipation assembly of claim 1, wherein the air inlet holes (411) are formed in the bottom of the handle of the side panel (4).

3. The outdoor unit radiating assembly of claim 1 or 2, wherein the outlet hole (31) comprises a square hole having a width of not more than 2.5 mm.

4. The outdoor unit radiating assembly of claim 3, wherein the outlet hole (31) is formed as a louver hole.

5. The outdoor unit heat dissipation assembly of claim 1, further comprising a heat dissipation fan (5), wherein the heat dissipation fan (5) is disposed at the outlet (31) to promote air flow through the outlet (31).

6. An outdoor unit comprising the outdoor unit heat dissipating module according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein the outdoor unit comprises a fan chamber (2), and a fan assembly and a heat exchanger (22) are arranged in the fan chamber (2); establish median septum (3) compressor chamber (1) with between fan chamber (2), exhaust vent (31) are equipped with two places, and one department exhaust vent (31) are close to the fan subassembly, and another department exhaust vent (31) are close to heat exchanger (22).

8. The outdoor unit of claim 7, wherein an electric box (11) and a compressor (12) are arranged in the compressor chamber (1), and the installation position of the electric box (11) is higher than that of the compressor (12); the hole position of the air outlet (31) close to the heat exchanger (22) is lower than the electrical box (11) and higher than the compressor (12).

9. The outdoor unit of claim 7, wherein the discharge hole (31) adjacent to the fan assembly is opposite to the housing bead (23) in the fan chamber (2).

10. An air conditioner comprising the outdoor unit heat dissipating module according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the outdoor unit according to any one of claims 6 to 9.

Technical Field

This application belongs to air conditioner technical field, concretely relates to outdoor unit radiator unit, off-premises station and air conditioner.

Background

The outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates in a refrigerating mode under the outdoor high-temperature condition, the temperature of components and parts of the controller and the temperature of the compressor are very high, and normal work of the air conditioner is affected. In the structure for reducing the temperature of a controller component or a compressor cavity in the current market, heat dissipation holes are formed in a middle partition plate of an outdoor unit, a fan forces convection air to enter the compressor cavity through the heat dissipation holes, heat is discharged from a wiring port, but the air pressure of a cavity where the fan is located is lower than that of the compressor cavity, so that the heat discharging effect is very poor; and a heat radiation hole structure is designed beside the reactor element, but the structure can only reduce the temperature of a single controller element, cannot reduce the temperature of the whole electrical box and a compressor cavity, and has lower cooling efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem that this application will be solved lies in providing an outdoor unit radiator unit and air conditioner, can reduce the temperature in the compressor cavity.

In order to solve the above problem, the present application provides an outdoor unit radiator unit, includes:

the compressor cavity is mainly defined by a middle partition plate, a side plate and a chassis;

the middle partition board is provided with an air outlet, and the side board and/or the chassis are/is provided with an air inlet; air enters the compressor cavity through the air inlet hole and is discharged out of the compressor cavity through the air outlet hole.

Preferably, the air inlet hole is formed in the bottom of the handle of the side plate.

Preferably, the air outlet hole comprises a square hole with the width not greater than 2.5 mm.

Preferably, the air outlet is provided as a louver.

Preferably, the outdoor unit heat dissipation assembly further includes a heat dissipation fan, and the heat dissipation fan is disposed at the air outlet to promote air to flow through the air outlet.

According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided an outdoor unit including the outdoor unit heat dissipation assembly as described above.

Preferably, the outdoor unit comprises a fan cavity, and a fan assembly and a heat exchanger are arranged in the fan cavity; the middle partition plate is arranged between the compressor cavity and the fan cavity, the air outlet is provided with two positions, one position is close to the fan assembly, and the other position is close to the heat exchanger.

Preferably, an electrical box and a compressor are arranged in the compressor cavity, and the installation position of the electrical box is higher than that of the compressor; the hole position close to the air outlet of the heat exchanger is lower than the electric appliance box and higher than the compressor.

Preferably, the air outlet hole close to the fan assembly is opposite to the outer cover flow guide ring in the fan cavity.

According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided an air conditioner including the outdoor unit heat dissipation assembly as described above or the outdoor unit as described above.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present application, an outdoor unit heat dissipation assembly includes:

the compressor cavity 1 is mainly defined by a middle partition plate 3, a side plate 4 and a chassis;

an air outlet hole 31 is formed in the middle partition plate 3, and an air inlet hole 411 is formed in the side plate 4 and/or the chassis; air enters the compressor cavity 1 through the air inlet holes 411 and is discharged out of the compressor cavity 1 through the air outlet holes 31.

In some embodiments, the outdoor unit comprises a fan cavity 2, and a fan assembly and a heat exchanger 22 are arranged in the fan cavity 2; the middle partition plate 3 is arranged between the compressor cavity 1 and the fan cavity 2, the air outlet hole 31 is provided with two positions, one position is close to the fan component, and the other position is close to the heat exchanger 22 through the air outlet hole 31.

Two air outlet holes 31 are formed in a middle partition plate 3 for isolating a fan cavity 2 from a compressor cavity 1, the position corresponding to each air outlet hole 31 is limited, one air outlet hole 31 is close to a fan assembly, and the air outlet hole 31 is actually positioned on one side of an electric box 11 on one side of the compressor cavity 1, so that high-temperature air generated by a controller element of the electric box 11 can be directly taken away, and the temperature is efficiently reduced; and the other air outlet hole 31 is close to the heat exchanger 22, and the circulating air directly acts on the heat exchanger 22 to accelerate the heat exchange process.

In some embodiments, an electrical box 11 and a compressor 12 are arranged in the compressor cavity 1, and the installation position of the electrical box 11 is higher than that of the compressor 12; the hole position close to the air outlet 31 of the heat exchanger 22 is lower than the electrical box 11 and higher than the compressor 12.

A wall body of a compressor cavity 1 of an outdoor unit of the air conditioner is provided with a ventilation hole, so that a cooling mode of air circulation is realized. During operation of the fan, the air pressure in the compressor chamber 1 is lower than in the fan chamber 2, so that air can flow from the compressor chamber 1 to the fan chamber 2.

For the compressor cavity 1, the side plate 4 and the bottom plate surface can be air inlet sides, the middle partition plate 3 is an air outlet side, particularly, an air inlet hole 411 is formed by opening holes in a handle of the side plate 4, an air outlet hole 31 is formed by opening holes in the partition plate, normal-temperature air outside the shell flows into the compressor cavity 1, meanwhile, high-temperature air in the compressor cavity 1 flows out to the fan cavity 2, air circulation is formed by the high-temperature air and the fan cavity, and therefore the temperature of the compressor cavity 1 and the temperature of a controller element are reduced.

The middle partition board 3 is provided with two air outlets 31 respectively positioned at the side of the electrical box 11 and the side of the heat exchanger 22. The air outlet hole 31 at the side of the electrical box 11 is positioned beside the flow guide ring 23 in the fan cavity 2, so that high-temperature air generated by a controller element can directly flow away, the temperature can be efficiently reduced, and water drops thrown away from the fan blade 21 can be shielded by the flow guide ring 23 and cannot flow into the electrical box 11, thereby playing a waterproof role. Heat exchanger 22 side exhaust vent 31 is close to heat exchanger 22 one side design exhaust vent 31 in median septum 3, and the hole site is less than electrical apparatus box 11 and is higher than compressor 12, can prevent that water from getting into electrical apparatus box 11 and can avoid the hole to be sheltered from by compressor 12 soundproof cotton again, and the guarantee circulation of air realizes the cooling of compressor chamber 1.

Because the open-hole cooling structure is adopted, the air temperature in the electric box 11 is reduced by 6 ℃, the temperature of the PFC inductor is reduced by 12.1 ℃, and the temperature of the power device is reduced by about 5 ℃; and the side aperture structure of the heat exchanger 22 can reduce the PFC inductance by 2-3 ℃.

It is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.
