Technical Field

The invention relates to an electrical component, in particular to a direct-acting three-phase alternating current contactor with high vibration resistance.

Background

In a conventional structure, a direct-acting three-phase ac contactor includes a moving contact unit, a static contact unit, a moving unit, and an electromagnetic unit.

According to the working principle, the three-phase alternating current contactor is used for realizing the connection and disconnection of a circuit by powering on or powering off the coil of the electromagnetic unit. When the coil is powered off or the voltage at two ends of the coil is reduced to a certain value, the electromagnetic force is smaller than the counter force of the return spring, and the counter force of the return spring enables the moving unit to move to drive the moving contact unit and the static contact unit to be separated (namely the moving contact unit returns to the initial state).

Due to the reasons of large mass of the moving unit and the like, the moving unit cannot be effectively constrained under the action of the return spring, so that the vibration resistance of the contactor is poor, the moving contact unit combined with the static contact unit is easy to shake off in a vibration environment, and the requirement of high vibration resistance of a user cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a direct-acting three-phase alternating current contactor meeting the requirement of high vibration resistance.

The high vibration resistance direct-acting three-phase AC contactor capable of solving the technical problems comprises a moving contact unit and a static contact unit, the moving contact unit comprises a plurality of groups of moving contact mechanisms which are arranged on the moving unit side by side at the left and the right, each group of moving contact mechanisms comprises a moving contact seat sleeved on the guide rod, the moving contacts arranged at the front side and the rear side of the moving contact seat are arranged on the moving contact seat through a moving contact riveting plate, a spring arranged on a guide rod in a penetrating way is arranged in a spring seat hole at the top of the moving contact seat, the guide rod is provided with a spring cover through a limiting piece, the spring is pressed between the spring cover and the moving contact base, the difference is that when the moving contact unit is driven by the moving unit to be combined with the static contact unit, the spring cover is pressed on the bottom of the spring seat hole or a supporting piece arranged in the spring seat hole to form auxiliary restraint on the guide rod.

One structure of the support piece comprises a gasket which is arranged on the guide rod in a penetrating mode at the bottom of a spring seat hole, and a cushion block which is arranged on the guide rod in a penetrating mode is arranged in a spring seat hole in the adjusting gasket.

The spacer is preferably a thick flat washer, or preferably an elastic washer, or preferably a compression spring.

Further, the spacers of different thicknesses correspond to the degree to which the spring cover compresses the cushion block.

The gasket comprises one thin flat gasket or more than two thin flat gaskets, and the thickness of the gasket can be changed by stacking different numbers of thin flat gaskets.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

in the combined state of the high-vibration-resistance direct-acting three-phase alternating current contactor, the contact units are balanced under the action of the motion units and the springs, and the compression degree of the spring cover compression cushion blocks is controlled within a certain range by increasing and decreasing the number of the thin flat gaskets, so that the moving contact unit is stabilized by auxiliary constraint on the guide rod, the inherent problems of loose structure and insufficient strength of the original alternating current contactor are solved, and the vibration resistance of the alternating current contactor is greatly improved.

The technical solution of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.

The invention relates to a high-vibration-resistance direct-acting three-phase alternating current contactor, which comprises a static contact unit 2 arranged on a base plate 5, an electromagnetic unit 4 arranged below the base plate 5, a moving unit 3 arranged on the basis of the electromagnetic unit 4 and a moving contact unit 1 arranged on the basis of the moving unit 3, wherein the electromagnetic unit 4 is electrified to drive the moving unit 3 to move downwards to overcome the elastic force of a return spring 6, the moving unit 3 drives the moving contact unit 1 to be combined with the static contact unit downwards, the electromagnetic unit 4 is de-electrified, the elastic force of the return spring 6 returns the moving unit 3, and the moving unit 3 moves upwards to drive the moving contact unit 1 to be separated from the static contact unit, as shown in figure 1.

The moving contact unit 1 comprises three groups of moving contact mechanisms which are arranged side by side at the left and right, each group of moving contact mechanism comprises a guide rod 11, a moving contact seat 12, a moving contact 13, a moving contact plate 14 and a spring assembly, the guide rod 11 is fixedly arranged on a top plate of the moving unit 3 through a rod seat, the moving contact seat 12 is coaxially sleeved on the guide rod 11, a coaxial spring seat hole is formed in the top of the moving contact seat 12, a clamp spring serving as a limiting part 16 is clamped at the upper end of the guide rod 11 higher than the spring seat hole, the moving contact riveting plate 14 is clamped on a seat body of the moving contact seat 12, and the two moving contacts 13 are respectively riveted at the front end and the rear end of the moving contact riveting plate 14 at the front side and the rear side; the spring assembly comprises a spring 15 and a spring cover 17, the spring 15 is coaxially sleeved on the guide rod 11 and is arranged in the spring seat hole, the spring cover 17 is coaxially sleeved on the guide rod 11 and compresses the spring 15 in the spring seat hole, and the spring 15 pushes the spring cover 17 to the limiting position of the clamp spring, as shown in fig. 2 and 3.

A spacer 18 (one or more than two thin flat washers are selected) sleeved on the spring 15 is arranged at the bottom of the spring seat hole, a cushion block 19 (preferably a thick flat washer) coaxially sleeved on the spring 15 is arranged in the spring seat hole above the spacer 18, the cushion block 19 is positioned below the spring cover 17, the distance between the cushion block 19 and the spring cover 17 can be adjusted by the thickness of the spacer 18 (different number of thin flat washers), and as shown in fig. 4(a), the movable contact unit 1 and the static contact unit 2 are in a separated state at the moment.

As shown in fig. 4(b), the moving contact unit 1 and the static contact unit 2 are combined, in each set of moving contact mechanisms, the spring cover 17 overcomes the elastic force of the spring 15 and presses against the cushion block 19 to form an auxiliary constraint on the guide rod 11, the main constraint of the guide rod 11 is the mutual support between the front and rear moving contacts 13 and the corresponding static contacts, the three constraints stabilize the position of the guide rod 11, so that the moving contact unit 1 cannot have a shake-off fault, and the vibration resistance of the ac contactor is improved.

The vibration indexes of the traditional alternating current contactor are as follows: sine vibration 98m/s210-500 Hz, random vibration 20-80 Hz, 3 db/oct; 80 to 350Hz, 0.04 (m/s)2)2/Hz;350Hz~2000Hz,-3db/oct。
