Technical Field

The present invention relates to an automatic analyzer for performing qualitative/quantitative analysis of a biological sample such as blood and urine.

Background

Automatic analyzers that perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of biological samples (hereinafter referred to as samples) such as blood and urine are currently widespread mainly in hospitals and clinical laboratory centers that handle large numbers of patient samples.

Patent document 1 discloses a sample analyzer that reads a component unique code from a barcode of a component at the time of replacing the component, determines that the component is a new product if the code is not registered in a component replacement history, determines that the component is an old product if the code is registered in the component replacement history, displays that the component is an old product in the sample analyzer if the component is an old product, and reproduces a moving image for explaining component replacement in the sample analyzer if the component is a new product.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In order to maintain the accuracy of measurement in an automatic analyzer, it is necessary to appropriately manage and replace a measurement unit that affects the analysis performance. Conventionally, a one-dimensional barcode or an RFID tag is attached to a reagent, a detergent, or the like to register and manage consumables. However, the user periodically checks the performance of the measurement unit, and the measurement unit is replaced with reference to the recommended term and the number of times of use. The invention described in patent document 1 discloses a sample analyzer in which a user can easily replace a component for maintenance and which can suppress a malfunction after the replacement of the component and a decrease in analysis accuracy. However, in patent document 1, the operator determines the replacement timing of the component, and only whether or not the component is appropriate is determined in the barcode described in the component, and thus the expiration date and the number of times of use cannot be managed.

An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide an automatic analyzer capable of suppressing a decrease in measurement accuracy.

Means for solving the problems

Provided is an automatic analysis device, characterized by comprising: an analysis unit that analyzes a sample to be analyzed; a transport unit that transports a sample rack on which a sample container accommodating a sample is mounted; a control unit that controls the analysis unit and the transport unit; a replaceable member to which identification information including replacement time information and a product number is given; an identification unit that reads the identification information and is provided on an outer periphery of the device; and a storage unit that stores the identification information read by the identification unit.

Effects of the invention

The consumable can be managed and replaced appropriately, and the decrease in measurement accuracy can be suppressed.
