The sweet potato powder filtering device of claim 1 or 2, wherein a motor supporting plate is arranged at the top end of the stirring cylinder, and the stirring motor is mounted on the motor supporting plate; one side of the motor supporting plate is provided with a cover body which can be opened.

Moreover, because be equipped with agitating unit in the churn, be difficult for setting up the filter screen, more be difficult for setting up the multilayer filter screen, otherwise can hinder agitating unit's stirring, nevertheless if the outlet side does not set up the filter screen, when sweet potato powder and water mix formation sweet potato paste, impurity still can exist in the produced filtrating of stirring in-process, and filtrating can be used to form sweet potato starch after settling, will influence sweet potato starch's quality. In the prior art, sweet potato paste is pumped into an additional filter by a pump to filter filtrate, so that the cost is increased, the operation is complicated, and the working efficiency is greatly reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the sweet potato powder filtering device which is simple in structure, good in filtering effect, reasonable in spatial arrangement, high in working efficiency and low in cost, and stirring is not influenced.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a sweet potato powder filtering device comprises a stirring drum, wherein a stirring motor is arranged on the stirring drum, the lower end of the stirring motor is connected with a stirring shaft, and the stirring shaft is arranged in the stirring drum; a feeding hopper is arranged on one side of the stirring motor; a filter screen is arranged below the feeding hopper and in the mixing drum; an outlet pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the mixing drum, and an outlet filter screen is arranged at least one end of the outlet pipeline.

The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.

In this embodiment, in outlet pipe 11's one end extended to churn 1, the other end extended to the churn outside, and outlet pipe 1's both ends all were provided with export filter screen 6 has added two-stage filtration like this for filtrating through twice filtration, improves the filter effect greatly. In this embodiment, the mixing drum 1 is a cylindrical structure, and the lower end of the mixing drum 1 is provided with a support leg 7 to support the mixing drum 1. The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: in getting into the churn 1 with sweet potato powder through feed hopper 4, the sweet potato powder filters through filter screen 5 earlier at the in-process of whereabouts, the particulate impurity in the filtering sweet potato powder, then get into the bottom of churn 1, add water in 1 to the churn through inlet channel 12 for water and sweet potato powder mix, open agitator motor 2, agitator motor 2 drives the action of (mixing) shaft 3, make stirring leaf 31 rotate, turn over the mixture of water and sweet potato powder with the stirring, form even sweet potato paste. The sweet potato paste is filtered by the outlet filter screen 6 at the upper end of the outlet pipeline 11, so that the sweet potato paste is separated from filtrate, the sweet potato paste is left in the mixing drum 1, the filtrate enters the outlet filter screen 6 at the lower end through the outlet filter screen 6 at the upper end of the outlet pipeline to be secondarily filtered, impurities are thoroughly removed, and then the filtrate is pumped into a precipitation tank to be precipitated to take out sweet potato starch. And (3) turning off the power supply, opening the cover body 13, taking out the sweet potato paste in the mixing drum, removing filter residues on the filter screen after taking out the sweet potato paste, and cleaning the filter screen.

In conclusion, on one hand, the invention can filter the filtrate by using the outlet pipeline without influencing the stirring of the stirring shaft, and does not need to be additionally transferred into other filtering devices, thereby having low cost, simple operation, greatly improved working efficiency and good filtering effect; on the other hand, the spatial arrangement in the mixing drum is reasonably utilized, and the filtering effect of the sweet potato powder is improved.
