Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of grinding wheels, in particular to a dust hood for a grinding wheel.

Background

At present, most of grinding wheels used in grinding processing are traditional common roller grinding wheels, but the grinding efficiency of the roller grinding wheels is low; the cup-shaped grinding wheel is adopted for grinding, the grinding contact area is large, the grinding efficiency can be improved, but due to the fact that heat generated in a grinding contact area is too high, large temperature rise can be generated on the surface of a workpiece, and grinding burns such as cracks, phase change and the like can be generated on the surface of the workpiece in serious cases.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the dust hood for the grinding wheel. The grinding wheel is a replaceable grinding sheet type cup-shaped grinding wheel with an air cooling grinding heat dissipation structure. The grinding wheel is high in heat dissipation efficiency, wide in application occasions and low in use cost, realizes effective adsorption of harmful dust through the installation of the dust removal cover, purifies the operation environment, and protects physical and mental health of workers.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. under the condition of equal grinding efficiency, a heat dissipation air inlet channel and a heat dissipation exhaust hole are additionally formed in the grinding wheel main body, the heat dissipation air inlet channel is in the tangential direction of the grinding wheel, air suction is facilitated, a chip removal groove is additionally formed in a grinding wheel grinding disc, air is sucked into a central cavity of the grinding wheel to form a forced convection heat exchange system, and the heat dissipation effectiveness and the timeliness of chip removal are guaranteed.

2. The heat dissipation fan provided by the invention utilizes the kinetic energy of the central shaft which drives the grinding wheel main body to rotate in grinding, the fan rotates to drive the air sucked from the heat dissipation air inlet channel to flow in the grinding wheel cavity, and forced convection heat exchange is realized through the heat dissipation air exhaust holes and the chip removal grooves, so that the grinding heat can be effectively reduced, and the energy is saved.

3. The grinding wheel disclosed by the invention utilizes the air cooling structure to carry out self heat dissipation, so that the environmental pollution caused by cooling by using a cooling liquid is avoided, and the limitation of workpiece materials is reduced. The forced convection heat transfer of the air is utilized, and the heat dissipation effect is better than that of a common grinding wheel by matching with the use of a heat dissipation fan.

4. The dust hood is provided with an annular dust collection flow channel, and a dust collection opening of the dust collection device is not directly contacted with dust generated by grinding of a grinding wheel, but the dust enters the dust collection flow channel through a dust collection hole in a lower plate of the dust hood, is gathered in the annular flow channel and then enters the dust collection device. 5. The invention adopts negative pressure adsorption and uses the dust suction device for adsorption, so that firstly, dust can be better removed, and dust raising is avoided; secondly, the convection heat transfer is strengthened. Detailed Description

The invention will be further described with reference to examples and figures, but the scope of the invention as claimed is not limited to the described range of the specific examples.

The invention provides a grinding wheel (referred to as a grinding wheel for short, and shown in figures 1-10) with dust removal and heat dissipation functions, which comprises a grinding wheel main body 7, a connecting mechanism (known technology) and a dust suction device (known technology), wherein the grinding wheel main body 7 is provided with a heat dissipation vent hole 16, a heat dissipation air inlet channel 15 and a central cavity 18; the grinding wheel central cavity is provided with a heat radiation fan 10, the heat radiation fan is connected to a central shaft through a bolt, kinetic energy generated by rotation of the central shaft is used as power, and the rotation direction of the heat radiation fan is consistent with that of the grinding wheel; the central shaft 14 passes through a central through hole of the grinding wheel main body and is matched with the grinding wheel main body through a locking nut; the heat dissipation vent holes 16 are through holes penetrating from the upper surface of the grinding wheel main body 7 to the central cavity 18, and six heat dissipation vent holes 16 are uniformly distributed on a concentric circle of the central mounting hole of the grinding wheel main body; the heat dissipation air inlet channels 15 are positioned on the side face of the grinding wheel main body 7, six heat dissipation air inlet channels 15 are uniformly distributed, the axes of the heat dissipation air inlet channels are intersected and perpendicular to the axes of the heat dissipation vent holes, the air inlet direction of each heat dissipation air inlet channel 15 is consistent with the rotation direction of the grinding wheel, and one heat dissipation air inlet channel 15 corresponds to one heat dissipation vent hole 16, so that air convection heat dissipation is facilitated; the uniform distribution of the heat dissipation air inlet flow channels 15 and the heat dissipation vent holes 16 ensures that the convection heat transfer can be enhanced when air flow enters the grinding wheel and is discharged out of the grinding wheel, so that heat generated by grinding a workpiece is easier to dissipate; the lower end of the grinding wheel main body 7 is connected with a grinding wheel abrasive disc 9; the grinding wheel grinding sheet comprises an annular metal ring connecting piece 901 and a plurality of arc grinding sheets 902, the arc grinding sheets are uniformly adhered to the annular metal ring connecting piece through a high-pressure adhesive, the arc grinding sheets are distributed at intervals, and a chip removal groove 8 is formed between every two adjacent arc grinding sheets; a bolt through hole 903 is formed in the chip removal groove, and the grinding wheel grinding piece is connected with the grinding wheel main body through a bolt and is a detachable replaceable grinding piece;

the dust hood is wrapped outside the grinding wheel main body, the dust hood and the grinding wheel main body are assembled together through the matching of the central shaft and the bearing seat, and one end of the dust hood is connected with the dust collection device.

The dust hood comprises a dust collector connector 2, a cover plate 1, a dust hood lower plate 4, a fixing ring 5 and a hairbrush ring 6; the cover plate 1 and the dust hood lower plate 4 enclose a closed space, and the two are fixed through a fixing ring and a bolt; the lower surface of the cover plate 1 is provided with an annular dust flow channel 3, dust is sucked into the annular dust flow channel 3 from a dust suction port, and then the dust is converged from the annular dust flow channel 3 to reach a dust collector interface. The annular groove with a semicircular longitudinal section is formed in the upper surface of the dust hood cover plate, and after the dust hood lower plate is connected with the cover plate, an annular flow channel with a semicircular section is formed between the cover plate and the lower plate. The dust suction port of the dust collector is connected with the annular dust flow channel through the dust collector port on the upper plate of the dust removing cover, and the dust collector port does not directly face to the six dust suction ports on the lower plate so as to divide the suction force into the six dust suction ports; the middle of the lower plate of the dust hood is provided with a central through hole which is connected with the central shaft through a mounting bearing seat, and the lower plate of the dust hood is provided with six dust suction ports 17 which are distributed in 360 degrees in the circumferential direction; each dust suction port is communicated with the annular dust flow channel; the upper surface of the cover plate 1 is provided with a dust collector interface, and the dust collector interface is connected with a dust collection device (the dust collection device is a known technology) through a dust collector interface and a corresponding pipeline, and is communicated with the annular dust flow channel; the brush ring is connected with the fixing ring in the circumferential direction through a binder, the grinding wheel main body is wrapped by the brush ring, and the brush ring is positioned on the outer side of the dust collection opening.

Center pin 14 installs on the central through-hole of emery wheel main part 7, and lock nut, bearing frame are configured to the upper end, and the bearing frame cooperates with the dust excluding hood, and when the center pin drove emery wheel main part and radiator fan pivoted, the dust excluding hood is motionless, prevents that the dust extraction pipeline of access from taking place to twist and tie a knot.

The heat dissipation fan 10 is installed at a central cavity 11 of the grinding wheel main body 7, and the heat dissipation fan 10 rotates by utilizing kinetic energy of a central shaft which drives the grinding wheel main body 7 to rotate in grinding, so that air sucked from the heat dissipation air inlet flow passage 15 is driven to flow in the central cavity 18, and forced convection heat exchange is performed on the surface of a workpiece and the surface of the grinding wheel. The number of the heat dissipation through-holes 16 is preferably six, too much is poor in the strength of the grinding wheel, and too little is disadvantageous in heat dissipation.

The grinding wheel is further characterized in that the grinding wheel main body 7 and the grinding wheel grinding sheet 9 are connected through bolts, the grinding sheet is bonded on the annular metal ring connecting piece through an adhesive, and when grinding particles of the grinding sheet are worn, only the grinding sheet is replaced without replacing the whole grinding wheel.

The number of the chip removal grooves 8 is 6-8, the depth of the grooves is consistent with the thickness of the grinding plate and is about 8mm, the number of the grooves cannot be too much or too small, the grinding plate can be divided into too many parts if too many, the grinding is not facilitated, and the chip removal and the convection heat dissipation are not facilitated if too few.

The working principle and the working process of the grinding wheel are as follows: during grinding of the grinding wheel, the central shaft 14 drives the grinding wheel to rotate, and further drives the cooling fan 10 to rotate, air is sucked from the cooling air inlet channel 15, air in the central cavity 18 is driven to flow, the air contacts the workpiece and the grinding wheel, and heat is taken out through convection heat exchange. The air with heat expels the hot air through the heat dissipating vent 16, thereby achieving air flow circulation with the outside air. In addition, abrasive dust generated by grinding is discharged through the chip removal groove, part of heat can be taken away by the abrasive dust, heat accumulation of the inner cavity of the grinding wheel is reduced after the abrasive dust is discharged through the chip removal groove 8, and meanwhile, a space can be vacated for the flow of air flow. The dust hood is wrapped outside the grinding wheel main body, the dust hood and the grinding wheel main body are assembled together through the matching of the central shaft and the bearing seat, a cover plate of the dust hood is provided with a dust collector interface 2 which is conveniently connected with a dust collection device, an annular dust flow passage 3 is arranged inside the dust hood, and a lower plate of the dust hood is provided with six uniformly distributed dust collection ports which are communicated with the annular dust flow passage; after dust is generated in grinding, the brush ring 6 isolates the dust generated in the grinding process of the grinding wheel from the outside, and the dust enters an annular dust flow channel through a dust suction port 17 on the lower plate of the dust hood, is gathered to the dust collector interface 2 and enters a dust collector through the dust collector interface and a corresponding pipeline. After the abrasive particle wearing and tearing of emery wheel abrasive disc, need not change whole emery wheel and only change the abrasive disc can, specific way is that 6 bolts with chip removal groove are loosened, and the abrasive disc alright easily take off this moment, and the abrasive disc of changing passes through bolted connection on emery wheel main part 7.
