Background

The linkage locking rod for the existing switch machine is generally square or semicircular, the whole linkage locking rod is a main rod and a secondary rod which are tightly attached into a whole, the linkage locking rod and the secondary rod are combined into a square or circular whole, the whole linkage locking rod is integrally installed to the switch machine, a stroke adjusting mechanism is arranged in a protective pipe and the inside of the switch machine, and an insulating plate and a rod joint are separated. In the existing structure, because a gap is formed between the main rod and the auxiliary rod, water easily enters the gap; the adjusting structure is arranged in the machine, so that looseness cannot be found at the first time, and meanwhile, the adjusting structure is inconvenient to observe and operate when needing to be adjusted on site; the insulation adopts the insulating pad, and coverage is less, has rain water or other foreign matters and easily takes place insulating inefficacy when on the pole joint. It can be seen that there are many areas where improvements are needed in the linkage locking rods for prior art switch machines.

(1) the stroke adjusting mechanism can be directly connected with the auxiliary locking rod (or the indication rod) and the locking rod joint (or the indication rod joint), so that the original function of the locking rod (or the indication rod) is ensured to be unchanged; after the stroke adjusting mechanism is installed, the anti-loosening, waterproof and insulating performances are improved compared with the original linkage locking rod; the adjusting structure of the linkage locking rod is arranged at the joint of the outer rod of the switch machine, so that the on-site observation, inspection and adjustment are facilitated; and may be used in various switch machines.

(2) The locking rod joint is an insulating joint, so that the insulation reliability can be improved, and the main and auxiliary rods of the linkage locking rod extend out of the switch machine through the double-hole round hole sleeve of the switch machine, so that the waterproof performance of the switch machine is improved.

(3) Compared with the original linkage locking rod, the locking rod of the invention is added with a stroke monitoring magnetic stripe, thereby being convenient for monitoring stroke data of the switch machine.

Furthermore, the locking rod joint 9 is an insulating locking rod joint provided with an insulating layer 11, and the locking rod joint and the insulating layer are cast integrally to form the insulating locking rod joint, so that the insulating reliability is improved, disassembly inspection is not needed, and the maintenance workload is reduced. In yet another aspect, the travel adjustment mechanism described above may also be applied to switch machine linkage indicating rods and switch mounting device indicating rods.

The stroke adjusting mechanism can be directly connected with the auxiliary locking rod (or the indication rod) and the locking rod joint (or the indication rod joint), so that the original function of the locking rod (or the indication rod) is ensured to be unchanged; after the stroke adjusting mechanism is installed, the anti-loosening, waterproof and insulating performances are improved compared with the original linkage locking rod; the adjusting structure of the linkage locking rod is arranged at the joint of the outer rod of the switch machine, so that the on-site observation, inspection and adjustment are facilitated; and may be used in various switch machines. The locking rod joint is an insulating joint, so that the insulation reliability can be improved, and the main and auxiliary rods of the linkage locking rod extend out of the switch machine through the double-hole round hole sleeve of the switch machine, so that the waterproof performance of the switch machine is improved.
