1. A side-open folding container comprises a container bottom and a container top parallel to the container bottom, and is characterized in that two opposite sides of the container bottom are respectively connected with an end wall, the other two opposite sides of the container bottom are respectively connected with a side door in a hinged manner, and each side door is provided with a door locking rod for locking the side door; the end walls and the side doors are enclosed into a frame body or the end walls and the side doors are folded on the box bottom, and the end plates in different states are detachably connected with the box top.

2. The side-opening folding container of claim 1, wherein said side door comprises a plurality of side door panels, two adjacent side door panels are hinged by side pillars, and any one of said side pillars is hinged to said bottom.

3. The side opening folding container of claim 2 further comprising longitudinal positioning means by which each of said side door panels is positioned.

4. A side-opening collapsible container as claimed in claim 3 wherein said longitudinal locating means comprises locating slots in said end walls and locating blocks in said side door panels, said locating blocks being complementary to said locating slots.

A side-opening, folding container as claimed in claim 2, wherein each side door panel is provided with a backing or pad on a surface thereof, and the side posts hingedly connected to the floor are provided with resilient members which provide cushioning between the side posts and the surface of the floor.

6. The side-opening folding container as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of said side door panels is provided with a door locking lever, and the door locking lever locks the side door panels to the top and bottom of the container.

The side-opening folding container of claim 1 wherein said end walls comprise folding uprights and lower uprights hingedly connected to said folding uprights, said lower uprights having lower cross members fixedly connected thereto and connected to said container bottom by said lower cross members; the box top is detachably connected to the folding upright post or the lower upright post.

8. The side-opening folding container as claimed in claim 7, wherein the top of the container is provided with upper posts around the top, and the upper posts are detachably mounted to the folding posts or the lower posts.

9. An open-sided folding container as claimed in claim 8 wherein the upper post includes at least two locating tabs, the folding post and the lower post each having locating holes, and each locating tab being inserted into a locating hole.

10. The side-opening folding container of claim 7 wherein said end wall further comprises end wall panels, said folding posts being connected to both sides of said end wall panels, and said end wall panels having shackles.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of containers, and particularly relates to a side-opening type folding container.

Background

The container, as a standardized transportation means, is increasingly playing a prominent role in the field of logistics, and its application is also increasingly widespread. Currently, in the marine and land containers returned from the destination, about 20% and 40% are empty, respectively, and there is a very large waste of resources. The folding container can effectively reduce the empty rate, thereby reducing the empty cost of the container.

Many designs of folding containers exist, but most of the folding containers are end-opening containers, which have low loading and unloading efficiency and cannot meet the requirement of users for loading and unloading without platforms. The container which can be folded and can be opened at the full side to realize the function of the forklift for mechanically loading and unloading the pallet goods at the two sides of the container is not available.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides an open-sided foldable container to achieve the full-sided opening and folding functions of the container, so as to improve the space utilization and the cargo handling efficiency.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a side-open folding container comprises a container bottom and a container top parallel to the container bottom, wherein two opposite sides of the container bottom are respectively connected with an end wall, the other two opposite sides of the container bottom are respectively hinged with a side door, and each side door is provided with a door locking rod for locking the side door; the end walls and the side doors are enclosed into a frame body or the end walls and the side doors are folded on the box bottom, and the end plates in different states are detachably connected with the box top.

Further, the side door includes a plurality of side door boards, adjacent two connect through the side post is articulated between the side door board, and each arbitrary side post articulated connect in the side post on the bottom of the case, can realize opening of side door and close function and folding function.

Furthermore, the side door locking device further comprises a longitudinal positioning device, and the side door plates are positioned through the longitudinal positioning device, so that the side doors are positioned to ensure that each door locking rod is normally locked when being unfolded.

Furthermore, the surface of each side door panel is provided with a base plate or a cushion block, so that other parts are prevented from being damaged in the folding process, the side columns hinged to the box bottom are provided with elastic elements, the elastic elements buffer the surfaces of the side columns and the box bottom, and the operation difficulty of an operator in unfolding the container is reduced.

Further, each all be equipped with the lock door pole on the side door board to lock the side door board on roof and bottom of the case through the lock door pole, in order to realize the side door locking of container, and then can satisfy the goods loading demand of container.

Furthermore, the end wall comprises a folding upright post and a lower upright post hinged with the folding upright post, and the lower upright post is fixedly connected with a lower cross beam and connected to the box bottom through the lower cross beam; the box top is detachably connected to the folding upright post or the lower upright post; under the normal state, the box top is inserted with the folding upright post of the end wall; in the folding process, the box top is separated from the end wall and is spliced with the lower upright post after the end wall is folded.

Furthermore, the periphery of the box top is respectively provided with an upper upright post, and the upper upright posts are detachably assembled to the folding upright posts or the lower upright posts so as to realize the assembly or disassembly between the box top and the end wall.

Further, the upper stand column comprises at least two positioning pieces, the folding stand column and the lower stand column are provided with positioning holes, and each positioning piece is inserted into the positioning hole, so that the box top can be assembled or disassembled quickly and stably.

Further, the headwall still includes the headwall, the both sides of headwall are connected with folding stand, and are equipped with the shackle on the headwall, and operating personnel can use corresponding instrument to catch on the shackle and pull up the headwall, reduce the operation degree of difficulty when expanding the container.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the side-opening folding container provided by the invention is different from a traditional folding door folding mode towards two sides or one side, can be opened fully laterally and can be folded, the side door folding mode is novel, the problem of empty box waste is solved, the cargo loading and unloading efficiency is greatly improved, the operation is simple and reliable, fewer parts need to be disassembled, no special tool is needed for assistance, and no excessive manpower is needed.
