weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of water-based epoxy resin emulsion, 5-10 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion, 0.5-2 parts of propylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1.5 parts of dispersoid, 1-2 parts of dispersant, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.04-0.05 part of defoaming agent, 20-25 parts of deionized water, 1-2 parts of pigment and 1-2 parts of filler;

stirring and mixing the water-based epoxy resin emulsion, the water-based acrylic emulsion, the propylene glycol butyl ether, the dispersing agent, the flatting agent, the defoaming agent and the deionized water to obtain a first slurry;

According to the preparation method, the raw materials are accurately weighed, and then the pigment and the filler are dry-mixed, so that the pigment and the filler can be uniformly mixed, the obtained dry mixed material is divided into two parts according to a proportion and added into the slurry twice, the pigment and the filler can be uniformly mixed, the agglomeration phenomenon is avoided, and the spraying coating with more uniformity and better stability can be obtained.

The spraying method of the invention carries out the pretreatment of cleaning and preheating on the workpiece, is beneficial to better adhering the spraying coating on the surface of the workpiece, has higher temperature, is beneficial to better flowing of the spraying coating on the workpiece, can better and more quickly finish the spraying, and has good spraying effect.
