In production practice, engineers often adopt a method of carburizing and quenching tooth surfaces to improve the anti-failure capability of gear teeth of the gear, so as to improve the bearing capacity of the gear and prolong the service life. Particularly for large-size high-speed heavy-load thin-walled gears, how to improve the fatigue strength and control the deformation is an urgent problem to be solved on the premise of not influencing the carburizing speed. The heat treatment process is accelerated by an accelerating infiltration technology, which is an effective means for reducing the carburization temperature and energy consumption, wherein the rare earth infiltration agent is an infiltration agent which is researched and applied more at present. Rare earth is commonly used as a promoter because of the particularity of the distribution of the electronic structure, very low electronegativity and very strong chemical activity.
