Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery, in particular to a warp tension compensation device.

Background

Let-off and take-up are effective means for controlling warp tension, and with the increasing development of automation control technology, electronic let-off and take-up have gradually replaced original mechanical let-off and take-up, but both mechanical let-off and take-up and electronic let-off and take-up have a technical problem, namely, on the same warp beam, the warp tension is different because of different consumption of warp yarns corresponding to different tissue areas in the weaving process. Specifically, the consumption of warp yarns in a weaving portion having a pattern on the same surface is larger than the consumption of warp yarns in a flat weave portion, and after a certain period of time, the tension of the warp yarns which is low in consumption becomes small, and even if the warp yarns of the portion grow by one step, the warp let-off and take-up of the warp yarns are difficult to control. Particularly, in the process of weaving a leno structure, the consumption of warp yarns of the skein warp and the ground warp is obviously different, and the opening size of the skein warp is also obviously larger than that of the ground warp, so that the tension of the warp yarns on the same warp beam cannot be controlled by simply picking up the warp yarns by the warp feeding.

The conventional solution is to control the warp tension by using a plurality of beams to let off the warp respectively, depending on the warp consumption, such as the common double or more beam looms. However, the biggest problem of the solution is that the cost investment is greatly increased, the redesign of the whole machine structure is affected, the warp beam installation is inconvenient, the number of warp types with different consumption amounts caused by the complexity of the structure is large, and the tension control of each warp in the actual use is still different from the ideal situation.

There are also some new solutions to add tension compensation devices to help control the tension of the warp yarns by the new intervening forces. An anti-warp sinking single-beam let-off tension compensation device is disclosed in patent document CN 201210392421.4. The warp group S for the circulation of smaller weaving tissues and the warp group D for the circulation of larger weaving tissues are uniformly withdrawn from a single warp beam and pass through a single back beam, a fine tuning motor is connected with a chain block control rotating shaft, a pair of lifting rings, a pair of tension springs and lifting rods hung below the springs are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on a spring fixing rod, a pair of driving sprockets meshed with driven chain blocks are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the chain block control rotating shaft, the tail end of each driven chain block is connected with each lifting ring, the lifting rods are positioned at the front upper part of the back beam, a detector connected below the spring fixing rod corresponds to one end face of each lifting rod, and is connected with the central processor by a signal guide path, the detector is used for detecting the relative displacement between the detector and the lifting rod, so as to determine the load applied to the lifting rod by the warp yarn group D, the central processor controls the rotation and stop action of the fine adjustment motor according to the load, and the device can play a role of preventing the warp yarn group D from sinking. For another example, as disclosed in patent document CN201220258309.7, the tension compensation device for a double-beam loom includes an upper beam lower layer warp and a lower beam upper layer warp, an upper tension adjusting roller is disposed below the upper beam lower layer warp, the upper tension adjusting roller is tightly attached to the upper beam lower layer warp, a lower tension adjusting roller is disposed above the lower beam upper layer warp, the lower tension adjusting roller is tightly attached to the lower beam upper layer warp, a plurality of tension springs are disposed between the upper tension adjusting roller and the lower tension adjusting roller, so as to compare the tension required by the normal operation of the loom with the actual tension of the warp, and when the tension of the warp is too small, the tension compensation device can provide a certain tension compensation to maintain the constant tension of the warp. However, as for the aforementioned tension compensation devices, the structure is either too complex or too simple, the design is not perfect, and it is difficult to achieve a good balance among the investment cost, the installation convenience, and the use effect, and the existing devices cannot conveniently select the target yarn according to the requirement, or cannot finely adjust the tension of the target yarn, and the actual control effect on the yarn is single and limited.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a warp tension compensation device, which solves the problems that the warp tension cannot be effectively controlled by single let-off and take-up in the existing loom structure and the fine adjustment of the yarn is not realized by a perfect and convenient structure.

Preferably, the tension hammer sheet is provided with a vertical strip hole, the mounting frame is provided with a guide part, and the guide part penetrates through the vertical strip hole.

Preferably, the vertical strip-shaped holes are provided with two vertical central lines of the two vertical strip-shaped holes which are on the same straight line, and the passing-through hole is formed in the body part of the tension hammer piece between the two vertical strip-shaped holes; the guide part is provided with at least two, and at least one guide part is correspondingly inserted in each vertical strip hole.

Preferably, the connecting mechanism comprises a fixed seat, and a connecting carrier for connecting the elastic connecting piece is arranged on the fixed seat.

Preferably, the connecting mechanism comprises a fixed base, a movable base and a lifting connecting piece, the lifting connecting piece is connected between the fixed base and the movable base, and a connecting carrier for connecting the elastic connecting piece is arranged on the movable base.

Preferably, the lifting connecting piece is an adjusting screw rod.

Preferably, the lifting link is a linear actuator.

Preferably, the upper end and/or the lower end of the tension hammer sheet is/are provided with a connecting end for connecting the elastic connecting piece.

Preferably, the elastic connecting piece is a spring.

Preferably, the elastic connecting piece is an elastic band.

The warp tension compensation device has the technical advantages that the warp tension compensation device applies extra vertical force to warps besides horizontal force provided by normal let-off and take-up through the tension hammer sheets, when the tension of the warps cannot be controlled independently during let-off and take-up, the tension is compensated by the vertical pulling force of the tension hammer sheets, and the arrangement of the tension hammer sheets can be adjusted to a single yarn or a single bundle of yarns correspondingly.
