6. A valve assembly integrating parking, shut-off and minimum pressure shutter functions, according to claim 1, characterized in that said seal (5) has a first sealing ring (14) arranged therein.

The assembly of a valve integrating parking, shut-off and minimum pressure shutter functions according to claim 1, characterized in that the plug screw (6) is externally fixed by a plug screw fixing seat (13), and the outer ring of the plug screw fixing seat (13) is fixedly connected with the housing (12).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a valve, in particular to a valve assembly integrating the functions of a parking valve, a shutoff valve and a minimum pressure valve.

Background

In the existing fuel regulator or fuel metering device, in order to realize the functions of stopping, shutting off and ensuring the minimum pressure, 3 kinds of valves with different structures of a stopping valve, a shutting-off valve (a locking valve) and the minimum pressure valve are required to work cooperatively, and depending on the switching state of a switching valve, 3 valves are connected in series in the fuel regulator, wherein the partial function failure of the fuel regulator or the fuel metering device can be caused by the failure of any one valve.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to provide a valve assembly integrating the functions of parking, shut-off and minimum pressure valves,

the valve assembly reduces the number of the valve assemblies, reduces the complexity of products and improves the reliability of the products.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

the first oil way is arranged at the left end of the shell;

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the valve assembly integrates the functions of a parking valve, a shutoff valve and a minimum pressure valve, and is mainly applied to fuel regulators with higher requirements on control accuracy in various fields such as aviation, ships and the like. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1) the valve assembly has simple structure, good machining manufacturability and reduced manufacturing cost.

2) By changing the initial assembly force of the spring, the valve assembly can be used as a shutoff valve, a parking valve and a minimum pressure valve, the number of the valves is reduced, the product quality is reduced, and the product reliability is improved.

3) The valve assembly is combined with the main control electromagnetic valve and the standby control electromagnetic valve for use, the main control electromagnetic valve and the standby control electromagnetic valve are reasonably arranged, double redundancy of parking can be realized, an internal oil circuit of a product is simplified, when one electromagnetic valve fails, the other electromagnetic valve can replace the electromagnetic valve to work, and the reliability is high.

4) In the invention, the sealing element is made of vulcanized rubber, and the sealing element is sealed by the vulcanized rubber, so that the sealing reliability is ensured.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The valve assembly integrating the functions of stopping, shutting off and minimum pressure valve is a three-way valve structure, namely the valve is communicated with three oil paths (a first oil path 9, a second oil path 10 and a third oil path 11), and the three oil paths are communicated with a low-pressure oil path, a back-metering oil path, a front-metering oil path and a nozzle-removing oil path to realize corresponding functions according to different working states of products.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a valve assembly integrating parking, shutdown and minimum pressure valve functions, which mainly comprises: the valve comprises a valve 1, a bushing 2, a valve seat 3, a spring 4, a sealing element 5, a screw plug 6, a first adjusting pad 7, a second adjusting pad 8, a shell 12, a screw plug fixing seat 13, a first sealing ring 14, a second sealing ring 15 and the like.

The left end of the shell 12 is provided with a first oil path 9, and the side surface of the shell 12 is provided with a second oil path 10 and a third oil path 11.

The valve 1, the bush 2, the valve seat 3, the spring 4, the sealing element 5, the plug screw 6, the first adjusting pad 7, the second adjusting pad 8, the plug screw fixing seat 13, the first sealing ring 14 and the second sealing ring 15 are all installed inside the shell 12.

Inside the housing 12 are mounted in order from left to right: the valve comprises a first adjusting pad 7, a sealing element 5, a first sealing ring 14, a valve 1, a bushing 2, a valve seat 3, a second adjusting pad 8, a spring 4, a screw plug 6 and a screw plug fixing seat 13.

The left side of the interior of the housing 12 is provided with a control chamber 16, and the right side of the interior is provided with a spring chamber 17. The first oil passage 9 is located on the left side of the control chamber 16, and the first oil passage 9 communicates with the left side of the control chamber 16. The second oil passage 10 is located on the side of the control chamber 16. The third oil passage 11 is located on the spring chamber 17 side, and the third oil passage 11 communicates with the spring chamber 17 side.

Valve 1 installs in control chamber 16, and 2 left ends suit of bush are outside valve 1 left end, and 2 right ends suit are outside valve 1 right end, are clearance fit between 2 inner walls of bush and the valve 1 outer wall.

A second sealing ring 15 is arranged between the valve 1 and the lining 2.

One end of the sealing element 5 compresses the valve 1 and the left end face of the bush 2, and the other end of the sealing element 5 compresses the first adjusting pad 7. The sealing element 5 is made of vulcanized rubber.

The sealing element 5 is provided with a first sealing ring 14 for isolating the first oil path 9 from the second oil path 10. The first seal 14 and the second seal 15 constitute a seal structure that prevents the first oil passage 9 and the second oil passage 10 from flowing through each other.

The valve seat 3 is positioned on the right side of the lining 2, and the right end of the valve 1 is fixedly connected with the valve seat 3. The second adjusting pad 8 is arranged inside the right end of the valve seat 3, the left end of the spring 4 is fixed on the second adjusting pad 8, and the right end of the spring 4 is fixed on the inner wall of the screw plug 6. The magnitude of the initial assembly force of the spring 4 can be varied by varying the thickness of the second adjustment pad 8. The valve seat 3 mainly plays a role in fixing the spring 4 and preventing the valve 1 from rotating to influence the work of the spring 4.

The screw plug 6 is fixed in a spring chamber 17 at the right end inside the housing 12. The outside of the screw plug 6 is fixed by a screw plug fixing seat 13. The outer ring of the plug screw fixing seat 13 is fixedly connected with the shell 12.

Be provided with a plurality of type holes on valve 1, can guarantee to form the dead space between valve 1 and the bush 2, influence and turn off valve translation rate, can offset partial effective area simultaneously, avoid spring 4 rigidity too big, do benefit to spring 4 design.

The left end of the sealing element 5 is pressed by the first adjusting pad 7, the right end of the sealing element 5 is pressed by the valve 1 and the lining 2, the first oil path 9 and the second oil path 10 are isolated, the sealing effect is achieved, and the compression amount of the sealing element 5 can be changed by changing the thickness of the first adjusting pad 7.

The valve assembly of the invention is used as a shutoff valve, and when a product normally works, the first oil path 9, the second oil path 10 and the third oil path 11 are respectively communicated with the metering oil path, the nozzle-removing oil path and the low-pressure oil path. When the measured oil pressure reaches the opening pressure set by the valve 1, the valve 1 starts to move rightwards, and the measured oil supplies oil to the engine through the valve 1. When the product is stopped, the third oil path 11 is communicated with the pre-metering oil path, and the valve 1 is closed under the combined action of the pre-metering oil and the spring 4 to cut off the oil supply to the engine.

The valve assembly of the invention is used as a parking valve and a minimum pressure valve, when a product is parked, the first oil path 9 is communicated with the oil path after counting, and the second oil path 10 and the third oil path 11 are communicated with the low-pressure oil path. The back oil pressure overcomes the acting force of the spring 4 and the low oil pressure to push the valve 1 to move rightwards, so that a back oil path is communicated with a low oil path. When the oil pressure after metering is reduced to the minimum pressure set value, the valve 1 is closed under the action of the spring 4, the oil pressure after metering is not lower than the minimum pressure set value, and the normal work of a product is ensured.

As shown in fig. 2, the valve assembly of the present invention, which integrates the functions of the parking, shutoff and minimum pressure valves, has the following working principles:

when the engine needs to be stopped, the main control electromagnetic valve 18 is powered off, so that the conversion valve A is powered on to pump oil. The switching valve A moves rightwards under the push of oil after the pump, so that the spring cavity oil of the minimum pressure valve B is communicated with the low-pressure oil 22, and the spring cavity oil of the shut-off valve C is communicated with the oil after the pump. The minimum pressure valve B is opened against the pressure and the spring force of low-pressure oil 22 under the action of the post-metering oil 20, so that the post-metering oil 20 is communicated with the low-pressure oil 22. The shut-off valve C is closed under the action of the oil after pumping and the spring force, and the oil path from the oil after metering 20 to the working nozzle is cut off.

If the engine needs to work normally at this time, the main control electromagnetic valve 18 is electrified, oil after the pump is cut off to an oil way of the conversion valve A, the conversion valve A moves leftwards under the action of the spring force, the spring cavity of the minimum pressure valve B is communicated with the oil after the pump, and the spring cavity of the valve C is cut off to be communicated with the low-pressure oil 22. The minimum pressure valve B is closed under the action of the oil after the pump and the spring force, and the oil circuit of the oil after the meter 20 and the low-pressure oil 22 is cut off. The shut-off valve C is opened against the pressure and the spring force of the low-pressure oil 22 under the action of the post-metering oil 20, so that the oil supply is recovered.

If the standby control electromagnetic valve 19 is powered off, the spring cavity of the minimum pressure valve B is communicated with low-pressure oil 22, and the minimum pressure valve B overcomes the pressure and the spring force of the low-pressure oil 22 to open under the action of the measured oil 20, so that the measured oil 20 is communicated with the low-pressure oil 22. At the moment, the spring cavity of the shut-off valve C is communicated with the low-pressure oil 22, the metering oil 20 is communicated with the low-pressure oil 22, and the shut-off valve C cuts off an oil path leading to the working nozzle after metering under the pushing of the spring force, so that the parking function is realized.

If the engine needs to work normally at the moment, the standby control electromagnetic valve 19 is electrified, the oil way of the low-pressure oil 22 communicated with the spring cavity of the minimum pressure valve B is cut off, and the spring cavity of the minimum pressure valve B is communicated with the oil channel behind the pump. The minimum pressure valve B is closed under the action of the post-pump oil and the spring force, and the oil path of the post-meter oil 20 to the low-pressure oil 22 is cut off. At this time, the spring cavity of the shutoff valve C is communicated with the low-pressure oil 22, and the oil 20 pushes the shutoff valve C to be opened, so that the oil supply is recovered.
