Background

The display panel, namely the liquid crystal screen, determines the brightness, the contrast, the color and the visual angle of the liquid crystal display to a great extent, and the quality of the liquid crystal display not only relates to the quality, the price and the market trend of the liquid crystal display, but also relates to the functional parameters, the display effect, the service life and the like of the whole product.

In each production link, the display panel may be produced badly to cause unqualified products, so it is very important to perform strict detection on the display panel in the production process. The inspection of the display panel usually employs an automatic optical inspection apparatus to analyze whether the image of the display panel to be inspected is consistent with the standard image. The crimping mechanism of the existing detection device generally comprises a fixed support and a crimping component arranged on the fixed support in a lifting manner, and the crimping component moves along the vertical direction to enable the crimping component to abut against the display panel and detect the display panel. However, the conventional crimping assembly is generally an integral structure, when a probe of the crimping assembly is repaired, the crimping assembly needs to be integrally disassembled, and other undamaged probes are easily damaged in the disassembling process, so that the repairing cost is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the above, the invention aims to provide a crimping mechanism and detection equipment, which can be used for independently disassembling and maintaining a damaged crimping component, and are convenient and quick, and the maintenance cost is low.

In the present embodiment, the workpiece 100 to be inspected mainly refers to a display panel.

The crimping mechanism provided by the embodiment is provided with the bearing assembly, and is used for bearing the workpiece 100 to be detected; the supporting frame 1 is used for bearing the PCB and the crimping component 2, and the supporting frame 1 plays a role of integral support; by arranging the crimping component 2, two ends of the crimping component 2 can be respectively abutted against the PCB and the workpiece 100 to be detected, so that the workpiece 100 to be detected can be accurately detected; through set up a plurality of crimping subassemblies 2 at the interval on braced frame 1, when one of them or several crimping subassemblies 2 take place to damage, can dismantle alone and maintain convenient and fast, and can prevent to damage other crimping subassemblies 2 that do not break down in the maintenance process, cost of maintenance is lower. In this embodiment, the workpiece 100 to be detected includes a glass assembly, a plurality of signal points are disposed on the glass assembly, and the detecting member 222 on the detecting fixing rod 221, which is close to one end of the workpiece 100 to be detected, can abut against and be electrically connected to the signal points.

Further, a buffer is provided between the detection fixing rod 221 and the detection piece 222.
