The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.

The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The conditions in the embodiments can be further adjusted according to specific conditions, and simple modifications of the method of the present invention based on the concept of the present invention are within the scope of the claimed invention.

Referring to fig. 1-10, the invention provides a bait throwing distance adjustable throwing machine for aquaculture and a using method thereof, comprising a discharging square tube 1, a feeding square tube 2 is arranged on one side of the upper surface of the discharging square tube 1, the top of the feeding square tube 2 is communicated with a hopper 3, one end of the discharging square tube 1 is fixed with a sealing plate 4, the inner bottom of the discharging square tube 1 is provided with a first conveying belt 5, a conveying belt II 6 is installed on the inner top of the discharging square tube 1 in a lifting mode through an adjusting assembly, a feeding hole 7 communicated with the feeding square tube 2 is formed in one side of the upper surface of the discharging square tube 1, an inclined plate 8 is hinged to the inner side surface of the sealing plate 4, a supporting assembly is arranged at the bottom of the discharging square tube 1 and is assembled to be used for adjusting the discharging angle of the discharging square tube 1, and a discharging assembly for preventing the feeding square tube 2 from being blocked is arranged inside the feeding square tube 2; the first conveying belt 5 and the second conveying belt 6 are arranged to provide a certain initial speed for the baits, so that the baits can fly to a proper position according to the actual situation, the waste of human and material resources caused by manual spreading is avoided, and the actual bait feeding efficiency is obviously improved; the inclined plate 8 enables bait to fall in the gap between the first conveying belt 5 and the second conveying belt 6.

The top of the hopper 3 is hinged with a top cover plate 9, the other end of the discharging square tube 1 is hinged with a U-shaped rain baffle 10, and a rubber strip 11 is fixed at one end, close to the discharging square tube 1, of the U-shaped rain baffle 10; through setting up lamina tecti 9 and U-shaped weather shield 10, can prevent in the rainy day that bait and conveyer belt one 5 and conveyer belt two 6 from suffering the condition emergence of rainwater damage, enlarged the device's application range.

The supporting assembly comprises two short rods 12 and two push rod motors 13, long plates 14 are arranged between the short rods 12 and the push rod motors 13, the short rods 12 are hinged to one side of the lower surface of the discharging square tube 1, the end part of an output shaft of the push rod motor 13 is hinged to a first sliding block 16, a sliding rail 15 is arranged on the first sliding block 16 in a sliding mode, the sliding rail 15 is fixedly arranged on the other side of the lower surface of the discharging square tube 1, limiting blocks 17 are fixed to two ends of the sliding rail 15, and the same steering assembly is arranged on the two long plates 14; through setting up supporting component, utilize push rod motor 13 cooperation slider 16 and slide rail 15 for people can adjust the angle of shedding of bait according to the condition of reality, thereby be favorable to adjusting the distance of shedding of bait according to the condition of reality, make bait can be accurate put in appointed position.

The bottoms of the two short rods 12 and the two push rod motors 13 are respectively fixed with a base 18, the lower surface of the base 18 is provided with a containing groove 22, the upper surface of the base 18 is provided with a first screw hole 19, a first screw rod 20 penetrates through the internal thread of the first screw hole 19, the top end of the first screw rod 20 is fixed with a first handle 21, the bottom end of the first screw rod 20 extends into the containing groove 22 and is rotatably provided with a movable plate 23, two sides of the bottom of the movable plate 23 are respectively provided with a universal caster wheel 24, the top of the movable plate 23 is fixed with a second sliding block 25, and the inner surface of the containing groove 22 is provided with a strip-shaped sliding groove 26 matched with the second sliding block 25; through setting up screw rod 20 and fly leaf 23 to at the bottom installation universal caster 24 of fly leaf 23, the staff can adjust universal caster 24's flexible according to actual need, thereby makes things convenient for the staff to remove the device, when laborsaving effectual, can not cause the influence to the device's stability.

The blanking assembly comprises a long rod 27, a first storage box 29 and a speed reducing motor 30, the long rod 27 is rotatably installed inside the feeding square pipe 2, a plurality of fins 28 are fixed on the side face of the long rod 27, the first storage box 29 is fixed on the side face of the feeding square pipe 2, the speed reducing motor 30 is installed on the side face of the first storage box 29, one end of the long rod 27 penetrates through the inner surface of the feeding square pipe 2 and the first storage box 29 and is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the speed reducing motor 30, and a vibration assembly is arranged inside the first storage box 29; through setting up the unloading subassembly, utilize gear motor 30 to drive fin 28 and rotate for bait can fall smoothly, has solved the problem that bait blockked up, has improved actual work efficiency.

The vibration component comprises a first bevel gear 31, a gear box 32, a first rotating rod 33, a second bevel gear 34, a second rotating rod 35, a round block 36 and a plurality of knocking hammers 37, the gear box 32 is installed inside the first storage box 29, the first rotating rod 33 and the second rotating rod 35 are installed at the input end and the output end of the gear box 32 respectively, the first bevel gear 31 is installed on the long rod 27, the second bevel gear 34 is installed on the first rotating rod 33, the first bevel gear 31 is meshed with the second bevel gear 34, the round block 36 is fixed at one end of the second rotating rod 35, an annular groove 38 is formed in the side face of the round block 36, and one end of each of the plurality of knocking hammers 37 is hinged inside the equidistant annular groove 38 through a pin shaft 39; through setting up vibrations subassembly, utilize gear box 32 to accelerate the rotational speed of gear motor 30 output shaft for strike hammer 37 can intermittent type nature strike on hopper 3, thereby make the bait of adhesion at hopper 3 internal surface can sink fast and shed, provide convenient for actually using.

The steering assembly comprises a supporting rod 40, a first circular plate 41, a second screw 43, a second handle 44, a short shaft 45 and a second circular plate 46, wherein two ends of the supporting rod 40 are fixedly connected with the two long plates 14 respectively, the supporting rod 40 is provided with a second screw hole 42, the second screw 43 penetrates through the second screw hole 42 in a threaded manner, the first circular plate 41 and the second handle 44 are fixed at the lower end and the top end of the second screw 43 respectively, the second circular plate 46 is rotatably installed at the bottom of the first circular plate 41 through the short shaft 45, the lower surface of the first circular plate 41 is fixed with a plurality of universal balls 50, the balls of the universal balls 50 are in contact with the upper surface of the second circular plate 46, the upper surface of the second circular plate 46 is provided with an annular sliding groove 47, a third sliding block 48 is installed inside the annular sliding groove 47, a supporting ring 49 is fixed between the third sliding block 48 and the first circular plate 41, the plurality of universal balls 50 are all located inside the supporting ring 49, the upper surface of the second circular plate 46 is fixed with a sealing ring 51, and the top of the sealing ring 52 is installed on the top of the sealing ring 51, a second sealing ring 53 is fixed on the lower surface of the first circular plate 41, the second sealing ring 53 is in sliding sealing contact with the first sealing ring 52, and a fastening nut 54 is sleeved on the upper thread of the second screw 43; by arranging the steering assembly, the second screw 43 is rotated to control whether the second circular plate 46 is in contact with the ground or not, so that workers can conveniently adjust the throwing direction of the bait in the actual operation process, the throwing accuracy is further improved, and the actual use requirement is met; the stability of the first circular plate 41 and the second circular plate 46 in relative rotation can be greatly improved by arranging the universal ball 50, the third slide block 48 and the annular sliding groove 47; through setting up sealing washer two 53 and sealing washer 52, can keep apart with structures such as universal ball 50 with the impurity in the external environment to effectively prolong the life of the device, reduced the maintenance cost of the device.

The adjusting assembly comprises a second storage box 55, two third storage boxes 56, a vertical shaft 57, a first transmission shaft 59, two third screw rods 64 and two second transmission shafts 66, the second storage box 55 and the third storage boxes 56 are fixed on the upper surface of the square discharging barrel 1, the two third storage boxes 56 are respectively positioned at two ends of the second storage box 55, the vertical shaft 57 is rotatably installed at the top of the second storage box 55, the bottom end of the vertical shaft 57 penetrates through the inside of the second storage box 55 and is fixed with a fifth bevel gear 62, the top end of the vertical shaft 57 is fixed with a third handle 58, the first transmission shaft 59 is rotatably installed inside the second storage box 55, the first transmission shaft 59 is fixed with a third bevel gear 60, the third bevel gear 60 is meshed with the fifth bevel gear 62, movable nuts 63 are sleeved on the third screw rods 64 in a threaded manner, the two movable nuts 63 are respectively rotatably installed inside the two third storage boxes 56, the two second transmission shafts 66 are respectively rotatably installed at two sides inside the second storage box 55, a bevel gear eight 68 is fixed on the second transmission shaft 66, a bevel gear four 61 is fixed at each of the two ends of the first transmission shaft 59, the bevel gear four 61 is meshed with the bevel gear eight 68, one end of the second transmission shaft 66 extends into the third storage box 56 and is fixed with a bevel gear seven 67, a bevel gear six 65 is sleeved and mounted on the outer side of the movable nut 63 and is meshed with the bevel gear seven 67, and the lower end of the screw third 64 penetrates through the inside of the discharging square barrel 1 and is fixedly connected with the second conveying belt 6; by arranging the adjusting component, the movable nut 63 is driven to rotate by the aid of the rotatable movable nut 63 matched with the fixed screw rod III 64, so that the screw rod III 64 can be controlled to ascend or descend, a gap between the first conveying belt 5 and the second conveying belt 6 can be adjusted by people according to the size of actual bait particles, and the application range of the device is remarkably expanded; the second storage box 55 and the third storage boxes 56 are used for protecting the transmission structure, the service life of the transmission structure is prolonged, and meanwhile, the overall attractiveness can be improved.

A positioning ring 71 is sleeved on the vertical shaft 57, a screw hole III 72 is formed in the positioning ring 71, a screw rod IV 73 penetrates through the internal thread of the screw hole III 72, a handle IV 74 is fixed at the top end of the screw rod IV 73, a backing ring 69 is fixed on the upper surface of the storage box II 55, the backing ring 69 is located right below the positioning ring 71, and a plurality of positioning holes 70 are formed in the upper surface of the backing ring 69; through setting up four 73 screws and rather than a plurality of locating holes 70 of complex, whether control four 73 screws bottom inserts locating hole 70, just can realize the location to vertical axis 57, prevent that it from appearing rotating in the device operation, improved the operating stability of the device.

A using method of a bait throwing machine with adjustable bait throwing distance for aquaculture comprises the following steps,

s1, rotating the first screw 20, pushing the movable plate 23 to move downwards until the universal caster 24 is in contact with the ground, moving the device to a specified position by using the universal caster 24, and withdrawing the universal caster 24 to an initial position after completion;

s2, starting the push rod motor 13, and adjusting the inclination angle of the discharging square barrel 1 to enable the distance of the bait sprayed by the discharging square barrel 1 to meet the actual use requirement;

s3, rotating the second screw 43 to push the first circular plate 41 to move downwards, so that only the second circular plate 46 of the whole device is in contact with the ground, adjusting the discharging direction of the discharging square barrel 1, and recovering the first circular plate 41 to the initial height by using the second screw 43 after the discharging is finished;

s4, rotating the fourth screw rod 73 to enable the bottom end of the fourth screw rod to withdraw from the inside of the positioning hole 70, rotating the vertical shaft 57 to drive the first transmission shaft 59 to rotate, driving the driving nut 63 to rotate through the second transmission shaft 66 by the first transmission shaft 59, enabling the third screw rod 64 to move upwards or downwards to achieve adjustment of the distance between the first conveying belt 5 and the second conveying belt 6, and inserting the bottom end of the fourth screw rod 73 into the inside of the positioning hole 70 again to achieve positioning after the adjustment is completed;

s5, opening the top cover plate 9, adding a proper amount of bait into the hopper 3, and then closing the top cover plate 9;

s6, starting the first conveying belt 5, the second conveying belt 6 and the speed reducing motor 30, wherein the speed reducing motor 30 drives the long rod 27 and the fins 28 to rotate, bait is introduced into the discharging square barrel 1, meanwhile, the round block 36 is driven to rotate at a certain speed after the speed reducing motor 30 accelerates the output shaft at a low speed through the gear box 32, so that the knocking hammer 37 intermittently collides with the surface of the hopper 3 to generate certain vibration to drive the bait to sink, the first conveying belt 5 and the second conveying belt 6 can provide initial speed for the bait, and the bait can move in a circular arc track after being separated from the first conveying belt 5 and the second conveying belt 6 until the bait moves to a proper position.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
