and 3) pressing the sheet tobacco shreds subjected to the balance treatment under constant temperature and humidity in the step 2) into a heated cigarette, wherein the density of the sheet tobacco shreds in the middle area of the heated cigarette is greater than that of the sheet tobacco shreds in the peripheral area.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the 8 alcoholic monomeric flavors are geraniol, linalool, benzyl alcohol, nerol, carveol, sclareol, β -ionol, and phenylethyl alcohol, respectively.

Background

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a heated cigarette with alcohol released uniformly mouth by mouth, which aims to solve the problem of nonuniform flavor concentration mouth by mouth of the heated cigarette in the smoking process.

and 3) pressing the sheet tobacco shreds subjected to the balance treatment under constant temperature and humidity in the step 2) into a heated cigarette, wherein the density of the sheet tobacco shreds in the middle area of the heated cigarette is greater than that of the sheet tobacco shreds in the peripheral area.

Preferably, the 8 kinds of alcohol monomer perfumes are geraniol, linalool, phenethyl alcohol, nerol, carveol, sclareol, beta-ionol and benzyl alcohol respectively.

Preferably, the volume ratio of ethanol to propylene glycol in the mixed solution of ethanol and propylene glycol is 1: 2.

Preferably, the constant temperature and humidity treatment and the equilibrium treatment under the constant temperature and humidity in the step 2) are both carried out for 48 hours in a constant temperature and humidity box with the temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60 +/-5%.

step 2) placing the thin cut tobacco for preparing the heated cigarette in a constant temperature and humidity box with the temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60 +/-5% for 48 hours, spraying the flavoring solution obtained in the step 1) on the processed thin cut tobacco, wherein the weight of the geraniol is 0.05% of that of the thin cut tobacco, and carrying out balance treatment in the constant temperature and humidity box with the temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60 +/-5% for 48 hours;

and 3) pressing the sheet tobacco shreds subjected to the balance treatment under constant temperature and humidity in the step 2) into a heated cigarette, wherein the density of the sheet tobacco shreds in the middle area of the heated cigarette is greater than that of the sheet tobacco shreds in the peripheral area. and 2) placing the thin cut tobacco for preparing the heated cigarette in a constant temperature and humidity box with the temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60 +/-5% for 48 hours, spraying the flavoring solution obtained in the step 1) on the treated thin cut tobacco, wherein the weight of the geraniol is 0.08% of that of the thin cut tobacco, and carrying out balance treatment in the constant temperature and humidity box with the temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of 60 +/-5% for 48 hours.

And 3) pressing the sheet tobacco shreds subjected to the balance treatment under constant temperature and humidity in the step 2) into a heated cigarette, wherein the density of the sheet tobacco shreds in the middle area of the heated cigarette is greater than that of the sheet tobacco shreds in the peripheral area.
