FIG. 1 schematically shows a schematic view of the structure of a container 100 according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

As shown in FIG. 1, a cargo container 100 includes a cabinet 110, at least one storage unit 120, and a control apparatus 160, a scanning apparatus 170, and a display apparatus 180. Wherein each storage unit 120 includes a support frame 130, a partition 140, and a transfer device 150. In applying the cargo container 100, it is possible to store irregular cargo, taller cargo, or longer cargo in the cargo storage unit 120 by detaching the partition plates 140 and the support brackets 130.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the cabinet 110 has an interior that may contain a support shelf 130, a partition 140, a conveyor 150, and a control device 160. The scanning device 170 and the display device 180 may be provided on an outer wall of the cabinet 110.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, one or more storage units 120 may be included in the inner cavity of the cabinet 110, and the number of storage units 120 in the inner control may be determined according to the specification of the stored goods. As shown in fig. 1, 4 storage units 120 are included in the inner cavity of the cabinet 110. A plurality of shelves 140 and a plurality of conveyors 150 may be provided in each storage unit 120.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the support 130 may be secured within the internal cavity. Specifically, the supporting frame 130 is detachably disposed on the inner wall of the cabinet 110. For example, the supporting bracket 130 may be fixed to the inner wall of the cabinet 110 by using a connector. For another example, the supporting frame 130 has a sliding block or a pulley, the inner wall of the cabinet 110 is provided with a sliding track, and the sliding block or the pulley of the supporting frame 130 can move on the sliding track, so as to draw the supporting frame 130 out of the inner cavity of the cabinet 110.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the dimensions of the cargo may be irregular, for example the shape of the cargo is a pentagon of unequal side lengths, a hexagon of unequal side lengths, a trapezoid, a heptagon of unequal side lengths, or an octagon of unequal side lengths. The specifications of the goods may also be regular, for example, but not limited to, the shape of the goods is square, rectangular, regular pentagon, and the like.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the size of the goods is irregular or the height of the goods exceeds the height of the general storage unit 120, the space for storing the goods may be enlarged by detaching the support bracket 130. For example, one or more support frames 130 may be removed from the inner cavity of the cabinet 110 to combine two or more storage units 120 into a large storage space, which facilitates storage of irregular or more than general storage units 120 into a large storage space.

The storage unit 120 in the container 100 is described in detail below with reference to figures 2 and 3.

As shown in fig. 2, a storage unit 120 may include a support frame 130, a plurality of partitions 140, and a plurality of conveyors 150. The partitions 140 are detachably disposed on the supporting frame 130 at intervals. The plurality of partitions 140 may define a plurality of storage spaces on the supporting frame 130, wherein two adjacent partitions 140 may define one storage space. Each storage space may store different goods, and if the goods have a relatively long length, the storage space defined by the adjacent partition plates 140 may be enlarged by detaching the partition plates 140, which facilitates the placement of goods having a relatively long length into the enlarged storage space defined by the adjacent partition plates 140.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the supporting frame 130 may be provided with a plurality of slots, and each partition 140 has a clamping piece, so that the clamping pieces and the slots can be clamped to fix the partitions 140 on the supporting frame 130. For example, if the goods to be stored is a keyboard, the partition plates 140 may be taken out by detaching the card and the card slot to enlarge the storage space defined by the adjacent partition plates 140, which facilitates the placement of goods having a relatively long length into the enlarged storage space defined by the adjacent partition plates 140.

Referring to fig. 2, the partition plate 140 may be a partition plate with a plurality of circular holes, which not only saves material, but also saves the weight of the partition plate 140, thereby reducing the supporting force of the supporting frame 130, and effectively preventing the supporting frame 130 from deforming due to too heavy goods, and even falling off from the inner wall of the cabinet. In addition, a plurality of baffles 140 can also be fixed together with the fixing plate 190 through the card and the clamping groove, so that the baffles 140 can be prevented from shaking left and right, and the goods can be effectively prevented from being clamped in a storage space.

Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of conveyors 150 may be disposed on the supporting frame 130. For example, a plurality of conveyors 150 may be disposed on the supporting frame 130 and respectively located in the storage spaces.

Referring to fig. 3, the transfer device 150 may include a transfer belt and a transfer wheel. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the plurality of conveyors 150 may be configured such that any two adjacent conveyors 150 may convey goods simultaneously. For example, any two adjacent conveying devices 150 can convey goods synchronously, or two conveying devices 150 can convey goods synchronously, or more than two conveying devices 150 can convey goods synchronously, so that long goods can be conveyed to the goods taking port conveniently.

For example, a relatively long length of goods is placed on the conveyor belts of five conveyors 150, and it is most preferred that five conveyors 150 operate simultaneously to transfer the relatively long length of goods to the pick-up port. Of course, two, three, or four conveyors 150 may be operated simultaneously to transfer longer loads to the pick-up ports. It is even possible that one of the transfer devices 150 is operative to transfer longer lengths of goods to the access opening.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control device 160 is provided in the interior of the cabinet 110 and is connected to the plurality of conveyors 150 for controlling one or more conveyors 150 to convey goods. For example, goods are placed on three conveyors 150, and when a user clicks on and purchases the goods on the display device 180, the control device 160 may control one, two, or three conveyors 150 to convey the goods.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the scanning device 170 is connected to the control device 160 for scanning the goods to obtain information (e.g., bar codes of the goods) of the goods.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control device 160 may receive the goods information from the scanning device 170 and the number of the conveying device 150 input by the cargo compounder from the display device 180, and then may generate a correspondence relationship between the goods information and the number of the conveying device 150 based on the goods information and the number of the conveying device 150, and further store information configured by the cargo compounder according to the correspondence relationship between the goods information and the number of the conveying device 150, the information including the number of the goods corresponding to the number of the conveying device 150. For example, one cargo may be provided with the number of one or more identical conveyors 150, thereby enabling the control device 160 to control the plurality of conveyors 150 to operate synchronously to convey the cargo stored in the storage space defined by the adjacent partitions 140.

FIG. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of a method of controlling a container 100 according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

As shown in fig. 4, the method includes step S210 and step S220.

In step S210, the number of the transfer devices 150 is determined based on the cargo information.

In step S220, one or more of the conveyors 150 are controlled to convey goods stored in one of the storage spaces according to the number of the conveyors 150.

The method can determine the number of the conveying devices 150 according to the cargo information, and then control one or more conveying devices 150 to convey the cargo according to the number of the conveying devices 150, thereby realizing the purpose of conveying irregular cargo, higher cargo or longer cargo from the cargo storage unit 120 to the cargo access. For example, flexible adjustment of the size of the cargo space is realized by controlling the conveying device 150, so that commodities of various specifications and special shapes can be delivered to the cabinet, customization of the cargo space is realized by flexibly configuring the conveying device 150, and shipment operation of the customized cargo space is realized by synchronous operation of the plurality of conveying devices 150.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after the user clicks the goods to be purchased on the display device 180, the control device 160 analyzes the information that the purchase is successful when receiving the information, so as to obtain the barcode of the goods, the control device 160 queries the number of the serial numbers of the conveying device 150 corresponding to the barcode according to the barcode of the goods, and controls one or more conveying devices 150, so as to convey the goods purchased by the user to the edge of the conveying device 150, because the conveying device 150 stops conveying only when the goods completely leave the conveying device 150, the goods can automatically fall into the position of the goods taking port of the container 100, and at this time, a purchase operation is finished.

It should be noted that the number of one transfer device 150 may indicate one transfer device 150.

Referring to FIG.

Referring to fig. 2, a plurality of partitions 140 are detachably disposed on the supporting frame 130 at intervals.

2, a plurality of conveyors 150 may be disposed on the supporting frame 130. For example, a plurality of conveyors 150 may be disposed on the supporting frame 130 and respectively located in the storage spaces.

FIG. 5 schematically shows a flow chart of a method of controlling a container 100 according to another embodiment of the disclosure. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, before step S210, the method further includes step S310 and step 330.

As shown in fig. 5, in step S310, the cargo information and the number of the transfer device 150 are received.

In step S320, a correspondence relationship between the cargo information and the number of the transmission device 150 is generated based on the cargo information and the number of the transmission device 150.

In step S330, information configured by the cargo fitter according to the correspondence between the cargo information and the serial number of the conveyor 150 is stored, and the information includes the number of the cargo corresponding to the serial number of the conveyor 150.

The method may be implemented by controlling one or more conveyors 150 to convey goods by the control device 160 according to the number of conveyors 150 by storing the number of configured goods corresponding to the number of conveyors 150.

Referring to fig. 1 and 6, each conveyor 150 may serve as a cargo space, and a cargo space may correspond to a number of a conveyor 150. For example, but not limited to, 01, 02,03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, etc. For example, if the goods are long goods (e.g., a keyboard), a correspondence relationship between the barcode of the keyboard and the number (e.g., 01) of the conveyor 150 (e.g., the commodity barcode 1234355 corresponding to the keyboard is 01) may be generated based on the barcode, and the distributor may configure the number of the keyboard corresponding to the number of the conveyor 150 according to the goods information (e.g., the specification of the goods) and the correspondence relationship between the two.

For example, the distributor may configure the number of the keypad corresponding to the number of the conveyor 150 to be 8 according to the length of the keypad and the number of the conveyor 150 corresponding thereto, and store the configured information. That is, the keypad may be placed on 8 transfer devices 150 and thus may be configured to be 01,01,01,01,01,01,01, 01. That is to say the number of the conveyors 150 of one cargo configuration is the same.

For another example, the distributor may configure the number of magazines corresponding to the numbers of the conveyors 150 to be 2 according to the length of the magazines and the numbers of the corresponding conveyors 150, and store the configured information. I.e. magazines, can be placed on 2 transport devices 150 and can thus be configured 02, 02.

For another example, the distributor may configure the number of toys corresponding to the number of the transfer device 150 to be 4 according to the length of the toy and the number of the transfer device 150 corresponding thereto, and store the configured information. I.e. toys can be placed on 4 conveyors 150 and can thus be configured 03,03,03, 03.

For another example, the dealer may configure the number of the mouse corresponding to the number of the conveyor 150 to be 2 according to the length of the mouse and the number of the conveyor 150 corresponding thereto, and store the configured information. I.e. the mouse, can be placed on 2 conveyors 150 and can thus be configured as 04, 04.

Based on the above embodiments, it should be noted that one storage unit can hold one cargo, for example, the cargo space number of one storage unit can be configured to be 01,01,01,01,01,01, 01. Of course, a storage unit can hold several different items, for example 02,02,03,03,03,03,04, 04.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the order taker may enter the number of the conveyor 150 on the display device 180 to facilitate configuration of the number of items corresponding to the number of the conveyor 150.
