The preparation method comprises the following steps:

adding water, chlorphenesin, sodium lauroyl oat amino acid, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and potassium cocoyl glycinate into an emulsifying pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, stirring at constant temperature for 20 minutes, sequentially adding glycerin and acrylic acid (ester) copolymer into the emulsifying pot, stirring for 10 minutes, and cooling;
