Technical Field

The invention relates to cutting equipment, in particular to a PC plate cutting device.

Background

Cutting machines are widely used in machining operations for cutting materials. Conventional cutting machines cut the material with a blade rotating at high speed. However, the blade rotating at a high speed is also very easy to damage the human body, the switch and the blade of a partial cutting machine are not installed at reasonable positions without safety measures, the switch and the blade are installed very close to each other, and a user can easily be accidentally injured by the blade rotating at a high speed after pressing the switch.

Furthermore, the distance between the two rotating wheels is smaller than the distance between the two limiting strips, and the rotating wheel smaller than half of the volume protrudes out of the limiting strips.

The PC plate cutting device at least has the following beneficial effects: the worker pushes the work material to advance along the feeding channel between the two limiting strips. When the work material advances to the position of trigger mechanism, oppress the runner and make trigger bar of trigger mechanism move to the outside along the guide bar, the trigger bar triggers the light touch switch. The cutting mechanism can be started only by triggering the tact switches of the two trigger mechanisms simultaneously; only triggering any light touch switch, the cutting mechanism can not be started; the safety is ensured. In addition, adjust spacing through first electronic guide rail, adjust trigger mechanism through second electronic guide rail, conveniently adjust and cut apart.
