Background

The traditional transmission mechanism has relatively single structural form and function and relatively few applications in the field of art. The invention is based on a 2R open chain mechanism, and a transmission mechanism in a flower-shaped novel structural form is constructed by arranging each chain wheel, each chain and each branched chain in a concentric circle manner. The invention realizes the rotation around the fixed point of each branch chain in a point-symmetric motion mode through the transmission of the chain and the chain wheel driven by a single motor, and further pushes the synchronous belt wheel on the branch chain to drive so as to realize the rotation around the fixed point of the slender rod relative to the branch chain. Under the transmission mode, the tail end of each branched chain slender rod integrally realizes specific track curvilinear motion in a point symmetry mode, and the objects connected with the branched chain slender rods move in the same track curvilinear motion, so that the decomposition and recombination of the objects are realized, and different combined artistic effects are presented.

Each branched chain comprises a pair of synchronous belt wheels, a thin rod, a chain wheel with a bearing, a connecting plate and two connecting shafts with different lengths, and is formed by a specific connecting mode.

The component structure of the mechanism is as follows:

the connection mode of all parts in the second branch chain, the connection mode of all parts in the third branch chain, the connection mode of all parts in the fourth branch chain, the connection mode of all parts in the fifth branch chain, the connection mode of all parts in the sixth branch chain, the connection mode of all parts in the seventh branch chain and the connection mode of all parts in the eighth branch chain are completely the same as the connection mode of all parts in the first branch chain.

The connection mode of the first branched chain and the large fixing plate is as follows: the long connecting shaft of the first branched chain is fixed on the high-foot flange seat of the hole at the vertex of the regular octagon through a screw;

the connection mode of the second branched chain, the third branched chain, the fourth branched chain, the fifth branched chain, the sixth branched chain, the seventh branched chain and the eighth branched chain with the large fixed plate is the same as the connection mode of the first branched chain with the fixed plate.

The first chain wheel is directly in interference fit with the shaft, and the shaft is connected with the motor through a hole in a perpendicular bisector of the regular octagonal edge of the large fixing plate;

the second chain wheel is provided with a bearing and is in interference fit with the shaft, and the shaft is connected with the high-leg flange seat through a hole on a vertical bisector of the regular octagonal edge of the large fixing plate;

the connection mode of the third chain wheel, the fourth chain wheel, the fifth chain wheel, the sixth chain wheel, the seventh chain wheel and the eighth chain wheel with the large fixing plate is the same as the connection mode of the second chain wheel with the large fixing plate.

The chain is connected with the first branched chain, the first chain wheel, the second branched chain, the second chain wheel, …, the eighth branched chain and the eighth chain wheel in sequence to form a closed chain in a flower shape.

The manner of fixing the branches is various, for example: screw connection, bolt connection or welding; the number of branches is variable, and can be determined according to the object to be deformed; the mechanism of motion is various, for example: the sprocket can be replaced by a timing pulley or the timing pulley can be replaced by a sprocket.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention expands the structural form and function of the transmission mechanism and applies the transmission mechanism to the art field.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in figure 1, eight branched chains and eight chain wheels are fixed on the fixed plate through shafts and connected through chains.

Embodiments of the invention:

as shown in fig. 3, the branched chain consists of a pair of synchronous pulleys, a thin rod, a chain wheel with a bearing, a connecting plate and two connecting shafts. One end of the connecting plate A1-3 is provided with a threaded hole which is connected with the chain wheel A1-2 through a screw. This end is assembled with a shaft A1-1, the upper end of which is fitted with a timing pulley A1-7. The other end of the connecting plate A1-3 is provided with a bearing and is connected with a synchronous pulley A1-4 through a shaft A1-5. A lug boss is arranged on the synchronous pulley A1-4, and a threaded hole is formed in the side surface of the lug boss. One end of the thin rod A1-6 is connected with a threaded hole on a lug boss of the synchronous pulley A1-4 through threads. The other end of the thin rod A1-6 is provided with a small forceps which can clamp the thin parts.

The fixing manner of the branched chain is various, such as: screw connection, bolt connection or welding; the number of branches is variable, and can be determined according to the object to be deformed; the mechanism of movement is various, for example: the sprocket can be replaced by a timing pulley or the timing pulley can be replaced by a sprocket.

The specific use method comprises the following steps:

as shown in fig. 5, the dynamic sculpturing mechanism drives the chain wheel B-1 to rotate through the motor, and transmits the motion to each branched chain through the chain C; the connecting plate of every branched chain will be anticlockwise motion under the drive of bottom sprocket, and little synchronous pulley on the connecting plate rotates round big synchronous pulley dead axle, and the pin on the little synchronous pulley will rotate clockwise round little synchronous pulley dead axle to thereby make the little part motion on the pin, thereby realize decomposing and reorganizing certain object and present different artistic effects.
