1. A container, comprising a material bag (1) and a cover (2), is characterized in that,

at least one limiting groove (1a) is formed in the inner side wall of the material bag (1), the cover (2) comprises a movable part and a fixed part, the movable part comprises a limiting part (22) and an elastic part (21), the first end of the elastic part (21) is fixedly arranged on the fixed part, the second end of the elastic part (21) is connected with the limiting part (22), and the limiting part (22) can move transversely;

when the cover (2) is covered on the material pocket (1), the part of the lower end of the limiting piece (22) is inserted into the limiting groove (1a), the elastic piece (21) is in a free state or the second end of the elastic piece (21) is in an elastic deformation state which moves along the opening direction of the limiting groove (1a) relative to the free state, at least part of the upper end of the limiting piece (22) is formed into a grabbing part (23), and the grabbing part (23) is exposed;

the limiting part (22) can be transversely moved out of the limiting groove (1a), and when the limiting part (22) is transversely moved out of the limiting groove (1a), the cover (2) can be vertically moved out of the material pocket (1).

2. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the gripping portion (23) is boss-shaped with at least one side of the boss facing the edge of the lid (2).

3. A container according to claim 2, characterized in that the gripping portion (23) is formed with a gripping groove (23a) on the side directed to the edge of the lid (2).

4. Container according to claim 1, wherein the lid (2) has two stops (22), the stops (22) being movable in the direction of the line connecting the two stops (22).

5. A container according to claim 1, wherein the resilient member (21) is spring-like, a first end of the resilient member (21) being closer to the inside of the lid (2) than a second end thereof.

6. The container according to claim 1, wherein a vertical limiting hole (23b) is formed in the limiting member (22), a limiting post (23c) is arranged on the cover (2), the limiting post (23c) passes through the limiting hole (23b), and the limiting hole (23b) is used for limiting the movable track of the limiting member (22).

7. The container according to claim 1, characterized in that said fixing means comprise a top cover (24), said top cover (24) being vertically higher than the opening of said pocket (1) and laterally beyond the opening of said pocket (1) when said lid (2) is applied to said pocket (1), said top cover (24) having a notch to expose said gripping portion (23).

8. The container according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member comprises a bottom cover (25), the bottom cover (25) is positioned at a lower side of the stopper (22), and the bottom cover (25) is in close contact with an inner sidewall below the stopper groove (1a) of the pocket (1) when the lid (2) is seated on the pocket (1).

9. The container of claim 1, wherein the material of the container body comprises a rigid polymer.

10. The container of claim 9, wherein the rigid polymer comprises polyethylene.

11. A container according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner wall of the cartridge (1) is coated with an antistatic coating (12).

12. The container according to claim 11, characterized in that the material of the antistatic coating (12) comprises teflon.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of diamond processing, in particular to a container.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

The present application provides a container to at least partially solve the technical problems of the prior art.

In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides the following technical solutions.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a container, which includes a material bag and a lid, where at least one limiting groove is formed on an inner side wall of the material bag, the lid includes a movable component and a fixed component, the movable component includes a limiting component and an elastic component, a first end of the elastic component is fixedly disposed on the movable component, a second end of the elastic component is connected to the limiting component, and the limiting component is capable of moving laterally; when the cover covers the material bag, the part of the lower end of the limiting part is inserted into the limiting groove, the elastic part is in a free state or the second end of the elastic part is in an elastic deformation state which moves along the direction of the opening of the limiting groove relative to the free state, at least part of the upper end of the limiting part is formed into a grabbing part, and the grabbing part is exposed; the limiting part can transversely move out of the limiting groove, when the limiting part transversely moves out of the limiting groove, the cover can vertically move out of the material pocket, and the part of the grabbing part, which is used for being in contact with the manipulator, is always exposed in the process that the limiting part moves out of the limiting groove.

Optionally, the gripping portion is in the form of a boss, and at least one side of the boss faces the edge of the lid.

Optionally, a gripping groove is formed on a side of the gripping portion directed to the lid edge.

Optionally, the cover has two limiting members, and the limiting members can move along a connecting line of the two limiting members.

Optionally, the resilient member is spring-like, and a first end of the resilient member is closer to the inside of the cover than a second end thereof.

Optionally, a vertical limiting hole is formed in the limiting part, a limiting column is arranged on the cover, the limiting column penetrates through the limiting hole, and the limiting hole is used for limiting the movable track of the limiting part.

Optionally, the fixing part comprises a top cover, when the top cover covers the material pocket, the top cover is vertically higher than the opening of the material pocket and transversely exceeds the opening of the material pocket, and the top cover is provided with a notch to expose the grabbing part.

Optionally, the fixing member includes a bottom cover located at a lower side of the limiting member, and when the top cover covers the material bag, the bottom cover is in close contact with an inner side wall below the limiting groove of the material bag.

Optionally, the material of the container body comprises a rigid polymer.

Optionally, the rigid polymer comprises polyethylene.

Optionally, the inner wall of the material bag is coated with an antistatic coating.

Optionally, the material of the antistatic coating comprises teflon.

In contrast to the prior art, in the present embodiment, the container can be used to store diamond feedstock. The manipulator can clamp the grabbing part to drive the limiting part to be wholly contracted inwards and enable the elastic part to generate elastic deformation, so that the cover can cover the opening of the material bag; and then loosen the portion of snatching, in the elastic component promoted the spacing recess that the locating part inserted into on the material pocket inside wall to fix the lid on the material pocket. If need go down the lid, the manipulator cliies the portion of snatching for the locating part withdraws from in the spacing recess on the storage pocket inside wall, then lifts the lid, realizes the separation of lid and storage pocket promptly. Therefore, the opening and closing of the container are controlled mechanically and automatically.

Detailed Description

In order to more clearly explain the overall concept of the present application, the following detailed description is given by way of example in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

In this application, it is to be understood that terms such as "including" or "having" are intended to indicate the presence of the disclosed features, numbers, steps, acts, components, parts, or combinations thereof, and are not intended to preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, numbers, steps, acts, components, parts, or combinations thereof.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a container including a hopper 1 and a cover 2, the cover 2 being for detachably covering an opening of the hopper 1. The container is suitable for storing granular diamond raw materials, and can be used for storing other objects.

At least one limiting groove 1a is formed on the inner side wall of the material bag 1, the cover 2 comprises a movable part and a fixed part, the movable part comprises a limiting part 22 and an elastic part 21, a first end (for example, the left end of the elastic part 21 in fig. 3) of the elastic part 21 is fixedly arranged on the fixed part (for example, fixed on the fixed part of the cover 2), a second end (for example, the right end of the elastic part 21 in fig. 3) of the elastic part 21 is connected with the limiting part 22, and the limiting part 22 can move transversely.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, when the lid 2 is covered on the hopper 1, a portion of the lower end of the stopper 22 (a protrusion of the right lower end of the stopper 22 in fig. 3) is inserted into the stopper groove 1a, and in this state, the elastic member 21 is in a free state or the second end of the elastic member 21 is in an elastically deformed state that moves in the direction of the opening of the stopper groove 1a with respect to the free state (for example, the second end of the elastic member moves leftward with respect to its free state in fig. 3). Thus, the limiting member 22 can be stably inserted into the limiting groove 1 a.

At least a part of the upper end of the stopper 22 is formed as a grasping portion 23, and the grasping portion 23 is exposed. The limiting piece 22 can transversely move out of the limiting groove 1a, when the limiting piece 22 transversely moves out of the limiting groove 1a, the cover 2 can vertically move out of the material pocket 1, and the part, used for being contacted with the manipulator, of the grabbing part 23 is exposed all the time when the limiting piece 22 moves out of the limiting groove 1 a.

In the using process, the mechanical arm can clamp the grabbing part 23 to drive the limiting part 22 to contract inwards integrally and enable the elastic part 21 to generate elastic deformation, so that the cover 2 can cover the opening of the material bag 1; and then the grabbing part 23 is released, the elastic member 21 pushes the limiting member 22 to be inserted into the limiting groove 1a on the inner side wall of the material bag 1, thereby fixing the cover 2 on the material bag 1. If the cover 2 needs to be removed, the mechanical arm clamps the grabbing part 23, so that the limiting part 22 is withdrawn from the limiting groove 1a on the inner side wall of the material bag 1, and then the cover 2 is lifted upwards, namely, the separation of the cover 2 and the material bag 1 is realized. Therefore, the opening and closing of the container are controlled mechanically and automatically.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, optionally, the catch 23 is in the form of a boss with at least one side of the boss facing the edge of the lid 2. In this way, the robot can grip on this side to provide the gripping portion 23 with a force directed towards the inside of the cover 2. Of course, in order to facilitate the grabbing by the manipulator, an L-shaped hole may be dug downward and inward on the limiting member 22 for the manipulator to grab the limiting member 22.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the catching groove 23a is optionally formed on the side of the catching portion 23 directed to the edge of the cover 2. The manipulator can be inserted into the grabbing groove 23a, so as to drive the limiting member 22 to be separated from the limiting groove 1a, and then the limiting member 22 is lifted upwards.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cover 2 has two position-limiting members 22, and the position-limiting members 22 can move along a line connecting the two position-limiting members 22. In this way, it is convenient for two opposing fingers of the manipulator to grasp the cover 2. Of course, the number of the limiting members 22 is, for example, three, and the three limiting members 22 are distributed in an equilateral triangle. Or the number of the limiting members 22 is one, the manipulator needs to find a position for grabbing at other positions of the cover 2.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the elastic member 21 has a spring shape, and a first end of the elastic member 21 is closer to the inside of the cover 2 than a second end thereof. In this way, the elastic member 21 can provide an outward pushing force to the limiting member 22.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a vertical limiting hole 23b is opened in the limiting member 22, a limiting post 23c is provided on the cover 2, the limiting post 23c passes through the limiting hole 23b, and the limiting hole 23b is used for limiting a movable track of the limiting member 22. The stopper post 23c is fixed, and the stopper hole 23b can move in accordance with the movement of the stopper 22. The shape and size of the limiting hole 23b define the region in which the limiting member 22 can move. In this way, the structural stability of the entire lid 2 is improved.

Alternatively, with reference to fig. 1 and 2, the fixing means of the lid 2 comprise a top cover 24, the top cover 24 being vertically higher than the opening of the pockets 1 and laterally exceeding the opening of the pockets 1 when the lid 2 is seated on the pockets 1, the top cover 24 having a notch to expose the gripping portion 23. The top cover 24 transversely exceeds the opening of the material pocket 1 in order to prevent the cover 2 from falling into the bottom of the material pocket 1 as a whole. A notch is formed in the top cover 24 to expose the grasping portion 23, which facilitates the grasping of the grasping portion 23 by the robot. In the example shown in fig. 2, the door area of the elastic member 21 is also exposed.

If the notch formed in the top cover 24 is sufficiently large, referring to fig. 1 and 2, even if the grasping portion 23 is higher than the top cover 24, the lateral movement of the grasping portion 23 is not affected. The size and shape of the notch in the cap 24 is not limited in this application. The manipulator can conveniently handle the cover 2.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the fixing member of the cover 2 further includes a bottom cover 25, the bottom cover 25 being located at a lower side of the stopper 22, the bottom cover 25 being in close contact with an inner sidewall below the stopper groove 1a of the hopper 1 when the cover 2 is seated on the hopper 1. The bottom cover 25 functions to provide a good seal with respect to the cartridge 1.

Of course, the fixing parts in the lid 2 should be fixedly connected to each other internally.

Optionally, the material of the container body comprises a rigid polymer. The main body of the container is formed by hard polymer, so that the container is easy to process and has stable structure. For example, the bib body 11, the lid 2, except for the resilient member 21, may be formed of a rigid polymer. The restraint posts 23c may be formed of a hard polymer or may be formed in the form of, for example, metal screws.

For example, the rigid polymer includes polyethylene.

Optionally, the inner wall of the material bag 1 is coated with an antistatic coating 12. So, can prevent the sizing, be convenient for the diamond raw materials pouring discharge pocket 1.

For example, the material of the antistatic coating 12 includes teflon.
