The litterbin is a classified product of an outdoor garbage can. The main materials of the prior litterbin are: glass fiber reinforced plastic, composite litterbins or garbage cans, steel-wood structured litterbins or garbage cans, and the like.

At present, a common litterbin or a garbage can consists of a shell and an inner barrel, and the inner barrel is fixed in the shell; the problem that the garbage is not easy to be thrown into the inner side of the inner barrel when the garbage is thrown is solved.

According to the swinging type litterbin, the inner barrel and the outer barrel are in swinging fit under the action of the outer barrel and the inner barrel, namely, the inlet of the inner barrel can swing to one side through the sliding fit of the arc-shaped through hole and the screw A and the rotating fit of the round through hole and the screw B, so that people can conveniently put garbage into the swinging type litterbin.
