As a still further scheme of the invention: the push-pull assembly comprises a restraint piece fixed on the upper part of the garbage can, a sliding sleeve connected with the restraint piece in a sliding mode, and a connecting rod used for connecting the sliding sleeve and the top sealing piece;

one end of the connecting piece is fixed with the sliding piece, the other end of the connecting piece is fixed with the sliding sleeve, and two ends of the connecting rod are respectively and rotatably connected with the sliding sleeve and the top sealing piece.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the driving assembly comprises a motor arranged on the garbage can and a staggered shaft structure connected with the output end of the motor, and the staggered shaft structure is connected with a gear through a transmission piece; the staggered shaft structure comprises a worm connected with the output end of the motor and a worm wheel which is rotatably arranged on the outer wall of the garbage can and meshed with the worm;

the transmission part is connected with the worm wheel and the gear, and one end of the worm, which is opposite to the motor, is rotatably connected with the outer wall of the dustbin through a bearing.

As a still further scheme of the invention: the garbage can is provided with a controller which is connected with a control switch in a signal mode, the front part of the axle is provided with a cab, the control switch is installed in the cab, and the controller is connected with the air cylinder and the motor in a signal mode;

the control switch has two-way regulation.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting structure comprises a cylinder 20 with one end hinged to the axle 1 and a piston rod 21 slidably disposed on the other end of the cylinder 20, wherein one end of the piston rod 21 opposite to the cylinder 20 is hinged to the outer wall of the garbage can 2;

the push-pull assembly is connected with the sliding part 12 through a connecting piece 16;

when the gear 10 rotates, the spur rack 11 is driven to act, the spur rack 11 drives the sliding part 12 to do linear motion along the guide part 13, and the push-pull assembly is driven to drive the top sealing part 4 to swing under the action of the connecting part 16, so that the upper opening 3 is sealed or opened.

In yet another embodiment of the invention, the push-pull assembly comprises a restraining member 18 fixed to the upper part of the dustbin 2, a sliding sleeve 17 slidably connected to the restraining member 18, and a linkage 19 for connecting the sliding sleeve 17 with the top seal 4;

one end of the connecting piece 16 is fixed with the sliding piece 12, the other end of the connecting piece is fixed with the sliding sleeve 17, and two ends of the connecting rod 19 are respectively connected with the sliding sleeve 17 and the top sealing piece 4 in a rotating way;

when the gear 10 drives the spur rack 11 and the sliding part 12 to do linear motion, the connecting part 16 drives the sliding sleeve 17 to do linear motion, and the sliding sleeve 17 makes linear motion to drive the connecting rod 19 to drive the top sealing part 4 to overturn, so that the upper opening 3 is closed or opened.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the drive assembly comprises an electric motor 6 mounted on the waste bin 2 and a cross-shaft arrangement connected to the output of the motor 6, the cross-shaft arrangement being connected to a gear 10 via a transmission; the staggered shaft structure comprises a worm 7 connected with the output end of the motor 6 and a worm wheel 8 which is rotatably arranged on the outer wall of the garbage can 2 and is meshed with the worm 7;

the transmission piece 9 is connected with the worm wheel 8 and the gear 10, and one end of the worm 7, which is opposite to the motor 6, is rotatably connected with the outer wall of the dustbin 2 through a bearing;

the worm 7 is driven to rotate by the work of the motor 6, the worm wheel 8 is driven to rotate by the rotating worm 7, and the transmission piece 9 is driven to act by the worm wheel 8, so that the gear 10 is driven to rotate.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the garbage can 2 is provided with a controller, the controller is connected with a control switch through signals, the front part of the axle 1 is provided with a cab, the control switch is installed in the cab, and the controller is connected with the air cylinder 20 and the electric motor 6 through signals;

the control switch has two-way regulation;

when the control switch is started in the forward direction, the controller respectively sends instructions to the air cylinder 20 and the motor 6, the air pressure in the air cylinder 20 is increased to drive the dustbin 2 to overturn and dump, meanwhile, the motor 6 drives the worm 7 to rotate in the forward direction, the worm wheel 8 drives the gear 10 to rotate anticlockwise by means of the transmission piece 9, the outlet is opened, and the upper opening 3 is closed;

similarly, when the control switch is reversely turned on, the controller sends instructions to the air cylinder 20 and the motor 6 respectively, the air pressure in the air cylinder 20 is reduced to drive the dustbin 2 to turn over to the horizontal position, meanwhile, the motor 6 drives the worm 7 to rotate reversely, the worm wheel 8 drives the gear 10 to rotate clockwise by means of the transmission part 9, the outlet is closed, and the upper opening 3 is opened.
