The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the catalyst is sodium hypophosphite.

By adopting the technical scheme, sodium hypophosphite is used as a catalyst for catalyzing the reaction of the ethyldichlorosilane and the acrylic resin, so that the catalyst has a better effect than a common organic catalyst, and the obtained mildew preventive has a more stable mildew-proof effect and improves the moisture-proof and mildew-proof performance.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the invention, the acrylic resin is purchased from Dahlong chemical reagent factory in Tianjin; n-bromosuccinimide available from Nanjing Su chemical Co., Ltd; n-dodecyl biquaternary ammonium salt is purchased from Simmo organic chemistry research institute of Yu city, Zhejiang province; rosin amine polyoxyethylene ether is purchased from Huayuan chemical Co., Ltd, Jiangyin City; carboxymethyl chitosan was purchased from Shanghai Pont chemical Co., Ltd.

The starting materials used in the following examples are all available from ordinary commercial sources except for those specifically mentioned above.

Preparation example

Preparation of the surfactant: taking 1 part of N-dodecyl biquaternary ammonium salt, weighing rosin amine polyoxyethylene ether according to the weight ratio of the N-dodecyl biquaternary ammonium salt to the rosin amine polyoxyethylene ether of 1:1, and uniformly mixing the N-dodecyl biquaternary ammonium salt and the rosin amine polyoxyethylene ether to obtain the rosin amine polyoxyethylene ether.
