1. A novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following components in parts by weight:

the anionic emulsified asphalt 100 is added with the water,

anionic neoprene latex, anionic natural rubber latex or/and anionic styrene-butadiene rubber latex 100,

1.0 to 3.0 portions of surfactant,

0.5 to 2.0 parts of dispersant,

0.5 to 2.0 portions of defoaming agent,

0.5 to 2.0 portions of antioxidant,

0.5-2.0% of mildew preventive and

cellulose 0.5-5.0.

2. The novel modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 1, wherein: also comprises the following components: 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of hindered amine light stabilizer, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of ultraviolet absorbent or/and 10.0-25.0 parts by weight of flame retardant.

3. The novel modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 1, wherein: the anionic emulsified asphalt contains 40-60 wt% of asphalt solid content.

The novel modified asphalt waterproofing membrane of claim 1, wherein: the anion chloroprene rubber emulsion, the anion natural rubber emulsion or the anion styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion contains 40 to 60 weight percent of corresponding chloroprene rubber, natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber in solid content.

5. The preparation process of the novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:

firstly, adding the components of claim 1 or \ and claim 2 into the anionic emulsified asphalt, stirring uniformly, then forming a main material by high-speed shearing,

and secondly, paving a coiled material base formed by a plastic film, non-woven fabric or grid cloth, carrying out corona or electrostatic electret treatment on the coiled material base to enable the surface of the coiled material base to have positive charge static electricity, atomizing and spraying the prepared main material to the surface of the base by a spray gun, and solidifying to form a film to form the waterproof coiled material.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly relates to a novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The waterproof coiled material is a common building material in building construction, and has very important significance for reducing leakage and bearing larger water pressure in underground engineering and hydraulic engineering construction, so the waterproof coiled material is widely applied to building construction. The invention discloses an elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and a preparation process thereof, wherein the invention patent application with the Chinese patent application number of 200910304436.9. The elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material prepared by the process comprises polyester cloth, an oil immersion material layer and a film coating layer, wherein the oil immersion material layer comprises the following materials in parts by mass: 32-52 parts of asphalt and 12-22 parts of residual oil; 9-19 parts of EPDM rubber powder, 2-7 parts of butyl rubber powder, 11-21 parts of talcum powder and 5.6-10.6 parts of SBS rubber. The asphalt is a mixture of 10# asphalt and 60# asphalt, wherein 9-19 parts of 10# asphalt and 23-33 parts of 60# asphalt. The production process comprises the following steps: heating and dehydrating asphalt at 185-190 ℃ for 2 hours, adding residual oil, stirring for 1 hour, adding SBS (styrene butadiene rubber) rubber, stirring for 1 hour, cooling to 165 ℃, adding EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) rubber powder, butyl rubber powder and talcum powder, stirring uniformly, adding a reinforcing agent, stirring uniformly, flowing into an oil immersion tank, unfolding the poly-Ku-Bl, immersing in oil through the oil immersion tank, controlling the thickness of an oil immersion material layer, cooling, laminating, curling, packaging, warehousing and the like. However, the coiled material has the environmental defects of high temperature, high energy consumption and large VOC emission caused by polluted asphalt smoke in the production process, and the prepared finished coiled material contains a large amount of inorganic fillers such as calcium powder, talcum powder and the like, so that the weight of the coiled material per unit area greatly increases the load of a building; meanwhile, a fire-baking process is used instead in the construction process, and the defect of poor construction conditions exists.

The invention aims to provide a novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material which is simple and environment-friendly in preparation process and high in elasticity and good in bonding property and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following components in parts by weight:

the anionic emulsified asphalt 100 is added with the water,

anionic neoprene latex, anionic natural rubber latex or/and anionic styrene-butadiene rubber latex 100,

1.0 to 3.0 portions of surfactant,

0.5 to 2.0 parts of dispersant,

0.5 to 2.0 portions of defoaming agent,

0.5 to 2.0 portions of antioxidant,

0.5-2.0% of mildew preventive and

The novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material can also comprise the following components:

0.5-2.0 parts by weight of hindered amine light stabilizer, 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of ultraviolet absorber or/and 10.0-25.0 parts by weight of flame retardant;

-said anionic emulsified bitumen has a bitumen content of from 40 to 60% by weight;

the anionic neoprene latex, anionic natural rubber latex or anionic styrene-butadiene rubber latex contains 40 to 60 weight percent of the solid content of the corresponding neoprene, natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber;

the preparation process of the novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:

firstly, adding the components of claim 1 or \ and claim 2 into the anionic emulsified asphalt, stirring uniformly, then forming a main material by high-speed shearing,

and secondly, paving a coiled material base formed by a plastic film, non-woven fabric or grid cloth, carrying out corona or electrostatic electret treatment on the coiled material base to enable the surface of the coiled material base to have positive charge static electricity, atomizing and spraying the prepared main material to the surface of the base by a spray gun, and solidifying to form a film to form the waterproof coiled material.

In the preparation process of the novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material,

the modified water-based emulsified asphalt is asphalt suspension formed by adding the same weight of heated and melted asphalt and deionized water at 50 ℃, then adding an anionic surfactant, and stirring and shearing through a high-speed shearing machine;

Compared with the prior art, the novel modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages: the preparation process has the advantages that the preparation process is carried out at normal temperature, and the whole production process of the normal-temperature construction method has no smoke, dust and VOC emission, so that the preparation process has the characteristic of environmental protection; secondly, in the production process, the formed anion main material is atomized and sprayed on the surface of the base with positive charges and static electricity at high pressure to be rapidly solidified to form a film layer with waterproof performance, so that the unit weight of the coiled material is greatly reduced, and the coiled material is convenient to transport and construct; thirdly, because the waterproof membrane layer of the waterproof coiled material is composed of asphalt and rubber added with surfactant, and the asphalt and the rubber are mixed together through high-speed shearing, the coiled material has high elasticity and high elongation, can realize the characteristic of high adhesion to a punctured nail rod, and has the penetrating and self-healing performance.
