When the screening machine is used, a worker firstly provides power through the power motor 33 and uses the transmission mechanism consisting of the power gear 34, the transmission chain 12 and the clamping mechanism 4 to enable the transmission rollers 14 arranged on the clamping mechanism 4 to rotate at a constant speed, when a to-be-screened object is placed on the transmission roller 14 far away from one side of the power motor 33, sundries such as weeds fall into gaps between the adjacent transmission rollers 14 in a breaking way and fall into a first grid of a sorting basket to remove impurities, then the to-be-screened object is screened by taking the diameter as a standard along with the gradual increase of the length of the gaps between the adjacent transmission rollers 14 in different areas and falls into corresponding different grids in the sorting basket, and thus the impurity removal and the screening are completed;

when the clamping mechanism 4 is installed on the supporting and clamping frame 3 through the clamping piece 8, the clamping bolt 13 penetrates through the installation groove 16 to enter the sliding groove 15, the clamping piece 17 penetrates through the installation through groove to enter the inside of the supporting and clamping frame 3, the clamping mechanism 4 is fixed through clamping of the clamping piece 8 and the clamping piece 17, the clamping mechanism 4 is installed on the supporting and clamping frame 3 by installing the clamping piece 8 on the supporting and clamping frame 3, meanwhile, the clamping piece 8 is in sliding connection with the supporting and clamping frame 3, the distance between every two adjacent clamping mechanisms 4 can be adjusted at will, the distance between every two adjacent conveying rollers 14 is adjusted, after the distance between every two adjacent conveying rollers 14 in each area is determined, the clamping bolt 13 is rotated, the side wall of the supporting and clamping frame 3 is clamped through the clamping piece 8 and the clamping piece 17, and the clamping mechanism 4 is fixed;

the driving motor 20 drives the driving rod 21 to rotate, and further drives the screw rod 22 to rotate, so as to move the sliding block 24, and then the cleaning and drying mechanism is reciprocated through the driving plate 26 and the supporting plate 19, so as to clean each conveying roller 14 and remove the impurities attached thereon.

When the driving mechanism reciprocates on the supporting sliding frame 6 to clean and dry the mechanism, the brushless motor 27 drives the brush barrel 18 to rotate through the driving belt, thereby cleaning the dust on the conveying roller 14, then the water pump 28 extracts the cleaning liquid from the water tank, the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the conveying roller 14 and the brush barrel 18 through the spray head 30, the cleaning effect of the cleaning liquid is enhanced through the brush barrel 18, thereby removing the attached dirt, then the clear water is introduced into the water tank again, the cleaning liquid is removed, the water retaining cover 31 is utilized to block the water beads, the attachment on the dryer 32 is prevented, after the cleaning is finished, the dryer 32 is started, the conveying roller 14 is dried, and the cleanliness of the surface of the conveying roller is kept.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
