In fig. 1, the vehicle clutch control terminal is composed of a clutch pedal 3, a pedal connecting rod 4, a screw central shaft 7 and a base connection. The nested card body 1, the connected steel cable pull wire 12 and the shell 10 thereof form a connecting mechanism. The nested clamping body is arranged on the pedal connecting rod in a wrapping mode, and a fixing frame 6 used for connecting a steel cable pull wire is arranged on the side face of the nested clamping body. And an aperture is cut at the position on the cab shed body corresponding to the descending drop point of the clutch connecting rod trampled by the stay wire positioning frame of the nested clamping body, and the stay wire of the steel cable is extended forwards to the cabin of the vehicle through the cut aperture to be butted with the clutch electric device. The side surface of the nested clamping body is provided with fixing bolt holes 5 with unlimited number and positions, and the nested clamping body is prevented from shifting and loosening on the pedal connecting rod by using the bolts for rotary fixation. The hydraulic connecting hole 8 on the pedal connecting rod is a connecting hole of a push rod of a clutch master cylinder used for a vehicle controlled by a hydraulic clutch, and the stay wire connecting hole 9 is a connecting hole used for the vehicle controlled by a steel cable stay wire clutch. When a vehicle driver operates the manual gear, a control signal is transmitted to the clutch electric device, and the driving motor of the clutch electric device operates to pull the steel cable pull wire and the nested clamping body connected with the steel cable pull wire to act through the push rod, so that the clutch pedal synchronously drives the vehicle clutch to generate control action. In fig. 2, the clutch pedal 3 and the pedal link 4 are combined with the base through a screw center shaft 7. The nested card body 1, the connected steel cable pull wire 12 and the shell 10 thereof form a complete connecting mechanism. The nested clamping body is arranged on the pedal connecting rod in a wrapping mode, and a fixing frame used for being connected with a steel cable pull wire is arranged on the side face of the nested clamping body. The cable pull wire extends forwards into the cabin of the vehicle to be butted with the clutch electric device through a hole reserved when the cab shed of the vehicle is manufactured or a hole dug at a proper position is selected. Unlike embodiment 1, when there is a construction difficulty in cutting the hole diameter and it is necessary to change the cutting position or in the case of using a hole diameter reserved in the manufacture of a cab box for a vehicle, there is a limit in which the position of the hole diameter used for the wire rope is changed by a coupling bracket 16. The limiting end of the coupling bracket is provided with a screw mechanism connected with a positioning screw rod 13, and the rotating screw rod is supported on the cab shed body to enable the connecting end of the coupling bracket to be kept at the lowest descending position of the pedal connecting rod. When the cable is pulled, the connecting end ensures the effective stroke of the pedal connecting rod and the separation operation of the vehicle clutch. For fixed vehicle type use, spacing end can cancel. The clutch electric device is fixed on a vehicle cabin part or an engine body.

In fig. 3, the connecting mechanism is composed of the nested card body 1 and the connected steel cable pull wire and the shell 10 thereof. The nested clamping body is arranged on the clutch pedal 3 and the pedal connecting rod 4 in a wrapping mode, and a fixing frame used for being connected with a steel cable pull wire is arranged on the side face of the nested clamping body. The cable wire extends forward into the vehicle cabin through a hole reserved when the vehicle cab is manufactured or a hole drilled at a proper position and is in butt joint with the clutch electric device 17. The coupling bracket 16 is combined with the pedal link on the base through the screw central shaft 7. The connecting end of the coupling bracket is provided with a movable lock catch 15 with an aperture, the shell of the stay wire is blocked by the movable lock catch, and the stay wire is connected with the fixed frame of the nested card body through a through hole on the movable lock catch. The limiting end of the coupling bracket is provided with a screw mechanism connected with a positioning screw 13. Different from the embodiment 2, the extension part is added on the coupling bracket, and the clutch electric device is installed and fixed on the extension part, so that the steel cable pull wire does not need to be cut and butted with the clutch electric device through the aperture of the cab shed body, and the installation convenience of the connecting mechanism is improved. Of course, the clutch electric device can be fixed on other positions and parts in the cab, and the extension part is eliminated.

In fig. 4, the cab body divides the clutch pedal system and the clutch electric device into an inner part and an outer part, and the steel cable is connected with the inner part and the outer part through an aperture 20 on the vehicle cab 18 body to form a combined installation layout of the vehicle cabin and the cab. The nested clamping body is arranged on the pedal connecting rod 4 in a wrapping mode, and a fixing frame used for being connected with a steel cable pull wire is arranged on the side face of the nested clamping body. The clutch electric device is fixedly arranged on a vehicle cabin part or an engine body.

In fig. 5, the fitting body 1 fitted over the pedal link 4 has a shape substantially identical to that of the pedal link, and a vertical structure is often used for both. The side surface of the nested clamping body is provided with a fixing frame 6 used for connecting the connecting end of the steel cable stay wire, and is also provided with a fixing frame through hole 19 for the steel cable stay wire to pass through. The side surface of the nested clamping body is provided with fixing bolt holes 5 with unlimited number and positions, and the fixing bolt holes are used for being rotationally fixed on the pedal connecting rod by using bolts.

The specific working principle is as follows: a clutch electric device connecting mechanism is composed of a nested clamping body and a steel cable pull wire, wherein the nested clamping body is mounted on a pedal connecting rod in a wrapping mode, the fixed end of the steel cable pull wire is connected and combined with a positioning frame, and the front end of the steel cable pull wire is in butt joint and combination with a clutch electric device through a bored aperture and a coupling support passing through the aperture or the coupling support. The front end is butted with the clutch electric device through a dug aperture, a coupling support passes through the aperture or the coupling support is butted with the clutch electric device, and the first mode is that the stay wire is butted with the clutch electric device of the vehicle cabin through the aperture; the second one is that the stay wire passes through the shaft coupling bracket and then passes through the opening or the reserved aperture of the vehicle to be butted with a clutch electric device in the engine room; the third is that the stay wire is butted with a clutch electric device in the cab shed through a coupling bracket. The pedal connecting body is basically a vertical flat steel body, so the nesting clamping body adopts a U shape or other corresponding structures which are matched for use, wraps and sleeves the pedal connecting rod, and the side surface of the nesting clamping body is provided with a positioning frame for connecting the fixed end of the steel cable pull wire. Since the clutch control system of the vehicle is divided into two types, i.e., a pull wire and a hydraulic pressure, and the control system of the clutch electric device installed is also divided into two types, the clutch electric device of the hydraulic control system is connected by using an appropriate conversion structure when the clutch electric device is in butt joint with the wire rope in a matching manner. The shape, structure and position of the positioning frame on the nesting clamp body can be changed according to the design requirements of products or different structures of the stay wire fixing end, and the function of the positioning frame is unchanged. The different fixed ends of the stay wires are spiral rods or fixed head structures with adjustable length and tightness. The positioning frame of the pull wire can be arranged on the left side, the right side or the lower part of the nested card body according to the design requirement. The nested card body is made of cast and stamped metal alloy or high-strength engineering plastics, resin and the like. A fixing spiral hole fixed on the pedal connecting rod is reserved on the side surface of the nesting clamping body and used for preventing displacement and loosening by using a screw rod to rotate and fasten, and the position and the structure of the nesting clamping body are not limited so as to adapt to different vehicles. The clutch electric device is an electric drive control device adopted by different automatic clutch control systems by collecting various signals of vehicle rotating speed, braking and the like.
