1. A bushing, comprising:

a straight tube (100) having a shoulder (110) on an outer surface thereof;

the annular frame (120) is sleeved on the outer side of the straight pipe (100), and the end face of the annular frame is abutted to the shoulder (110);

the first rubber body (130) is provided with a first rubber part (140) attached to the inner surface of the straight pipe (100), a second rubber part (150) attached to one side, close to the shoulder part (110), of the annular frame (120), and a third rubber part (160) attached to the outer surface of the straight pipe (100) and connecting the first rubber part (140) and the second rubber part (150).

2. Bushing according to claim 1, wherein the first rubber part (140) is provided with a first end lip (170), the first end lip (170) being arranged obliquely towards the straight tube (100).

A box type oil seal is characterized by comprising a first ring (190), a second ring (200) and a shaft sleeve according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first ring (190) and the second ring (200) are sleeved on the straight pipe (100), the annular frame (120) is accommodated between the first ring (190) and the second ring (200), the first ring (190) is located on the side, opposite to the shoulder (110), of the annular frame (120), and the second ring (200) is located on the side, close to the shoulder (110), of the annular frame (120).

Technical Field

The invention relates to an oil seal structure, in particular to a shaft sleeve and a box-type oil seal.

Background

Agricultural machinery is equipment specially used for agricultural production. Due to the wide variety of geographical environments, agricultural machinery is complex and harsh to work and is susceptible to impact loads, such as accidental impacts, stone touch, and the like.

In order to protect the bearings of agricultural machinery, cassette type oil seals have been designed.

Structurally, the box-type oil seal is provided with a shaft sleeve, a first ring and a second ring which are oppositely arranged.

Wherein, the suit that first ring and second ring rotate is sheathe in the axle sleeve, and first ring is fixed with the second ring to, form the lubrication chamber between first ring and the second ring.

Meanwhile, the shaft sleeve is formed by stamping a metal plate and is provided with a pipe body and a radial folded edge positioned at one end of the pipe body, the radial folded edge is positioned in the lubricating cavity, and the radial folded edge is in contact lubrication with grease in the lubricating cavity.

In addition, the shaft sleeve, the first ring or the second ring can be coated with a rubber body, so that gaps are made up, and sealing is ensured.

However, in use, the shaft sleeve is easy to deform, and further, the rubber body is driven to deform, so that the sealing effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art, and provides a shaft sleeve and a box-type oil seal, which can improve the strength of the shaft sleeve, reduce deformation and ensure the sealing effect.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a shaft sleeve, including: a straight tube having a shoulder on an outer surface; the annular frame is sleeved on the outer side of the straight pipe, and the end face of the annular frame is abutted to the shoulder; the first rubber body is provided with a first rubber part attached to the inner surface of the straight pipe, a second rubber part attached to one side, close to the shoulder, of the annular frame, and a third rubber part attached to the outer surface of the straight pipe and connected with the first rubber part and the second rubber part.

According to the shaft sleeve of the first aspect of the present invention, at least one end of the straight pipe projects to the outside of the cartridge type oil seal.

According to the shaft sleeve of the first aspect of the present invention, the annular frame is welded and fixed to the straight pipe.

According to the shaft sleeve of the first aspect of the present invention, the first rubber body is bonded and fixed to the annular frame and the straight pipe.

According to a bushing according to a first aspect of the invention, the first rubber body covers a radially outer surface of the annular frame.

The first aspect of the invention provides a box-type oil seal, which comprises a first ring, a second ring and the shaft sleeve, wherein the first ring and the second ring are sleeved on the straight pipe, the annular frame is accommodated between the first ring and the second ring, the first ring is positioned on one side of the annular frame, which is back to the shoulder, and the second ring is positioned on one side of the annular frame, which is close to the shoulder.

According to a cartridge type oil seal of a second aspect of the present invention, the first ring is provided with an outer bead which clamps an edge of the second ring to be fixed.

Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the shaft sleeve and the box-type oil seal are provided with the straight pipe and the annular frame, so that the shaft sleeve is formed by the straight pipe, the annular frame and the first rubber body, a metal plate stamping process is not needed for manufacturing the shaft sleeve, and further, the straight pipe and the annular frame can be manufactured by high-strength materials, so that the strength is improved, the first rubber body is supported powerfully, the deformation is reduced, and the sealing effect is ensured.

Meanwhile, the shaft sleeve is not manufactured by adopting a sheet metal stamping process, so that the thickness of the straight pipe is not limited, and the end face of the straight pipe can be used for bearing, and the axial load bearing capacity is improved.

Meanwhile, the first ring and the second ring of the box-type oil seal can still be manufactured by adopting a sheet metal stamping process, the influence of a shaft sleeve manufacturing process is avoided, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
