1. A self-draining grease seal ring, comprising:

a primary ring (100) having an inner surface with a sealing lip (110), a secondary lip (120) extending in a direction away from the sealing lip (110), an oil sump (130) formed between the sealing lip (110) and the secondary lip (120);

3. A self-lubricating sealing ring, according to claim 2, characterized in that the angle between the front lip surface (150) and the axis of the primary ring (100) is 20 to 30 degrees.

4. A self-lubricating sealing ring according to claim 2, wherein the trailing lip surface (160) is angled at 40 to 50 degrees to the axis of the primary ring (100).

5. A self-lubricating sealing ring, according to claim 2, wherein the pumping rib (140) extends to the line connecting the front lip surface (150) and the rear lip surface (160).

6. A self-lubricating sealing ring, according to claim 1, wherein the pump rib (140) is offset with respect to the axis of the main ring (100).

7. A self-lubricating sealing ring, according to claim 1, characterized in that the end face of the main ring (100) is provided with a side ring groove (170), the side ring groove (170) is sleeved with a spring (180), and the spring (180) is used for clamping the sealing lip (110).

8. The self-lubricating sealing ring according to claim 1, further comprising an outer diameter portion (190), wherein the outer diameter portion (190) is sleeved on the outer surface of the main ring (100).

Background

The bearing of the large-scale wind driven generator is a key component of the whole set of equipment, and the lubrication of the bearing is very critical to ensure that a rotating shaft of the equipment can normally run and reach corresponding service life.

Because the wind driven generator is large in size and is equipped on the mountain top or the sea side, regular maintenance is usually adopted to replace the lubricating grease.

However, under the condition of working aloft, it becomes very difficult to replace the grease, especially, to clean the waste grease, and the residual waste grease is liable to deposit and block, and moreover, there is no lubricating effect, which causes deterioration of the working environment of the bearing and is liable to malfunction

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art, and provides a sealing ring and a sealing device capable of discharging lubricating grease automatically, which can slowly discharge waste lubricating grease, reduce the difficulty of replacing the lubricating grease, avoid the deterioration of the working environment of a bearing and ensure the normal operation of equipment.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

in a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a seal ring for self-discharging grease, comprising: a primary ring having an inner surface with a seal lip, a secondary lip extending in a direction away from the seal lip, an oil reservoir formed between the seal lip and the secondary lip; and the oil pumping ribs are arranged on the sealing lip and positioned on the sealing lip back to the side surface of the auxiliary lip.

According to the sealing ring capable of discharging lubricating grease automatically, the sealing lip is provided with a front lip surface and a rear lip surface, and the front lip surface is provided with the oil pumping rib.

According to the sealing ring for self-discharging grease in the first aspect of the invention, the included angle between the front lip surface and the axis of the main ring is 20 to 30 degrees.

According to the sealing ring for self-discharging grease in the first aspect of the invention, the included angle between the rear lip surface and the axis of the main ring is 40 to 50 degrees.

According to the sealing ring capable of discharging lubricating grease, the pump oil rib extends to a connecting line of the front lip surface and the rear lip surface.

According to the self-lubricating grease seal ring of the first aspect of the present invention, the pump oil ring is disposed offset with respect to the axis of the main ring.

According to the sealing ring capable of discharging the lubricating grease automatically, the end face of the main ring is provided with the side ring groove, and the side ring groove is sleeved with the spring which is used for clamping the sealing lip.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the sealing ring further comprises an outer diameter portion, and the outer diameter portion is sleeved on the outer surface of the main ring.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a sealing device for self-discharging grease, comprising any one of the above-mentioned sealing rings for self-discharging grease.

According to the second aspect of the invention, the sealing device for self-discharging grease further comprises an oil discharge pipe and a collection box, wherein the collection box is arranged at the bottom of the oil discharge pipe, and the top of the oil discharge pipe is communicated with the oil storage tank.
