1. A gas blocking device is characterized by comprising a gas switch assembly, a power driving unit, a signal receiving and processing unit, an alarm unit and a manual intervention assembly.

9. The gas shut-off device as defined in claim 1, including the steps of:

the signal receiving and processing unit of claim 1, wherein the received signal needs to turn on or off the fuel gas, and the processing unit converts the signal into a signal which can be responded by the power driving unit and the early warning unit;

step two, after the power driving unit of claim 1 receives the signal, driving the gas switching device to make the gas switching valve change from closed to open state or from open to closed state;

step three, sending out alarm information after the alarm unit of claim 1 receives the signal.

Background

With the development of economy, liquefied gas and fuel gas enter thousands of households and the catering industry, a kitchen is a place where open fire works, and is always a key area for fire prevention, frequent fuel gas accidents cause palpitation, the causes of fuel gas fire accidents are very complex, the gas fires are easy to lose control to cause deflagration and even explosion, and if small accidental fires occur, the small fires cannot be timely extinguished, the big accidents are serious afterwards. Major kitchen accidents are usually caused by minor accidents, and besides security propaganda and security inspection, no better equipment is available at present to prevent more serious accidents.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fuel gas blocking method and a fuel gas blocking device to solve the problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a set of device comprising a gas switch component (1), a power driving unit (2), a signal receiving and processing unit (3), an alarm unit (4) and a manual intervention component (5), wherein in the use process of gas, the gas can be automatically closed in time when the gas needs to be blocked in an emergency situation, so that serious dangerous accidents are effectively prevented, and the gas can be manually controlled or opened and closed through a remote control device in a safe environment.

The following relevance exists among all component units of the gas blocking device:

the gas switch component (1) connects a gas supply source (6) and a target (7) using gas to play the roles of connection and switch; a gas switching valve (8) provided in the gas switching unit (1) and configured to supply gas to the target (7) using gas without changing the gas supply method of the gas supply source (6); the power driving unit (2) is connected with the gas switch component through a clamp, and the power driving unit and the gas switch component are combined into a whole and fixed on a non-moving position of a gas supply source (6) or a target (7) using gas; a space is reserved for the combination of the power driving unit (2) and the gas switch component (1), so that the manual intervention component (5) penetrates through the reserved space, and the diameter of the gas switch valve (8) can be manually controlled; the signal receiving and processing unit (3) and the alarm unit (4) can be integrated together and installed and integrated with other component units of the gas blocking device, so that the gas blocking device becomes a complete object, and can also be respectively installed and connected by a line and presented in the form of accessories of the gas blocking device.

Detailed Description

The following is a detailed embodiment of the present invention, and the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, which is intended to be illustrative, and not all embodiments of the invention. Other embodiments extended or modified based on the embodiments of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the gas shutoff device is a single unit, and all the unit components are integrated together to form a single integral unit.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the clamp (10) for connecting and fastening the gas blocking device and the gas switch valve (8) is composed of a pair of clamping jaws, and is fastened on the gas switch valve (8), so that the gas blocking device cannot be loosened and fall off when the valve is opened or closed.

In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the core of the power driving unit (2) is a transverse long shaft (17), one end of the power driving unit is a clamp (10) connected with the gas switch valve (8), the other end of the power driving unit is a manual control operating lever (16), a driven worm wheel (15) is installed in the middle part of the power driving unit, and the driven worm wheel (15) can slide left and right on the long shaft (17) but cannot rotate relatively; when the micro motor (12) is started, the worm (14) rotates, and finally power is transmitted to the gas switch valve (8) through the combination of the worm and the gear, so that the switching action is realized; when the worm wheel and the worm are meshed, the long shaft (17) cannot rotate, when manual intervention is needed, the push operating lever (16) pushes the driven worm wheel away from a region meshed with the worm, so that the long shaft (17) can rotate freely, manual control on opening or closing of a gas switch valve is achieved, and after the manual control operating lever is loosened, a spring (18) resets and pushes the driven worm wheel (15) to return to a position meshed with the worm.

In this embodiment, there is a pair of micro switches, which can feed back the rotation state of the gas switch valve, and cut off the power supply of the micro motor after the gas switch valve is rotated to the right position.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the micro motor (19), the micro switch (20), the battery (22) and the relay (21) form a first circuit loop, the buzzer (23), the battery (22) and the relay (21) form a second circuit loop, the input signal circuit (24) and the relay (21) form a third circuit loop, the relay is an assembly of three sets of circuit loops and is a signal receiving and processing unit in this embodiment, the first circuit loop and the second circuit loop are used as response signals to be connected to an output port of the relay, and the third circuit loop is used as a trigger signal to be connected to an input port of the relay.

In this embodiment, the spring that the driven worm wheel resets, micro motor, micro-gap switch, relay, battery (battery case), bee calling organ and the used screw of installation all are ordinary general spare, and the anchor clamps of being connected the fastening with the gas switch valve can select for use the metal material processing, and the plastics material processing can all be selected for use to other accessories in addition.
