The edge cutting device 2 comprises an edge cutting machine, a residue removing and packing machine 21, a waste conveying belt 22 and a waste frame 23, wherein a blowing mechanism is arranged on the edge cutting device 2, the blowing mechanism is used for blowing waste generated when the edge cutting machine and the residue removing and packing machine 21 process products onto the waste conveying belt 22, the waste is conveyed into the waste frame 23 through the waste conveying belt 22 to be collected, the residue removing and packing machine 21 is arranged in front of the edge cutting machine, the waste conveying belt 22 is arranged in front of the residue removing and packing machine 21, the waste frame 23 is arranged at the front end of the waste conveying belt 22 and is used for collecting the waste, the edge cutting machine comprises an upper die 24 and a lower die 25, a first product station 26 and a second product station 27 are arranged on the lower die 25, two products can be processed simultaneously, the first product station 26 and the second product station 27 can be made into profiling jigs according to the appearances of the products, positioning holes 16 are formed in the profiling jigs, the specific structures of the positioning holes can be set differently according to different product structures, if a line cutting anisotropic hole 19 is arranged, the appearance of the product is used as auxiliary positioning; the upper die 24 is used for making a trimming knife edge 17 according to the appearance of a product, a plurality of punches are arranged on the middle floating material beating plate, each punch is made to be 0.05MM larger according to the size of the product, the upper die 24 has a shaping function, and the upper die and the lower die are combined to realize punching of the periphery and grid hole cutting of the product.

The air cooling device 1, the edge cutting device 2, the deburring and end milling device 3, the grinding device 4, the thimble burr removing device 5, the part taking device and the product conveying belt 12 are arranged on the same side of the die casting machine 6, the edge cutting device 2 is arranged on one side of the front end of the die casting machine 6, the part taking robot 7 is arranged between the die casting machine 6 and the edge cutting device 2, the air cooling device 1 is arranged in front of the part taking robot 7, the deburring and end milling device 3 is arranged behind or behind the edge cutting device 2, the deburring and feeding robot 8 is arranged between the deburring and end milling device 3 and the die casting machine 6, the palletizing robot 9 is arranged behind the deburring and end milling device 3, the grinding device 4 is arranged between the palletizing robot 9 and the die casting machine 6, the product conveying belt 12 is arranged between the grinding device 4 and the die casting machine 6, and a safety guardrail is arranged around the outer side of the intelligent die casting island production line, the safety fence is provided with a safety door.

An intelligent die-casting island production method comprises the following steps:

step one, the workpiece taking robot 7 waits at a standby point, a workpiece taking signal is sent to the workpiece taking robot 7 after the die casting of the die casting machine 6 is finished, and a product in the die casting machine 6 is taken out after the workpiece taking robot 7 obtains the workpiece taking signal;

step two, the workpiece taking robot 7 moves the product to enable the product to pass through the detection device 10, the detection device 10 detects whether the product is taken out of the die-casting machine 6 or not, when the detection device 10 detects that the product is taken out of the die-casting machine 6, a signal is sent to the spraying robot, the spraying robot sprays into the die-casting machine 6, the die-casting machine 6 is withdrawn after the spraying robot finishes spraying, the original point is returned, and meanwhile, the workpiece taking robot 7 sends the product to the air cooling device 1 for cooling;

taking out the cooled product from the air cooling device 1 by the pickup robot 7, conveying the cooled product to the edge cutting device 2 for fine punching and edge cutting, blowing slag ladle waste generated by edge cutting to a waste conveying belt 22 by a blowing mechanism, conveying the slag ladle waste into a waste frame 23 through the waste conveying belt 22, and collecting the slag ladle waste, wherein if the edge cutting device 2 fails, the cooled product is taken out from the air cooling device 1 by the pickup robot 7 and conveyed to the product conveying belt 12;

taking out the products subjected to fine punching and edge cutting from the edge cutting device 2 by the deburring feeding and discharging robot 8, conveying the products to the deburring end face milling device 3 for deburring end face milling, and taking out the products subjected to fine punching and edge cutting from the edge cutting device 2 by the deburring feeding and discharging robot 8 to the product conveyer belt 12 if the deburring end face milling device 3 fails;

fifthly, the deburring feeding and discharging robot 8 conveys the product with the deburred and milled end face to the turnover device 11, rotates 180 degrees and then conveys the product to the grinding device 4 for grinding and polishing;

and step six, the palletizing robot 9 takes out the polished products from the polishing device 4, sends the polished products to the thimble burr removing device 5 to remove the burrs of the thimble positions, and sends the products without the burrs of the thimble positions to the material frame 14 for palletizing.
