Background

The steel plate magnetic centering device is used as an important component of the shearing machine, and plays a role in centering and adjusting a steel plate in a production process. The steel plate magnetic centering device generally comprises a guide rod body, a frame body and a flange base plate. The flange bottom plate is sleeved on the guide rod body, and partial structures of the flange bottom plate, such as small ring bodies with smaller radial sizes, penetrate between the mounting hole of the frame body and the end part of the guide rod body. The invention provides a guide rod of a steel plate magnetic centering device, which comprises a frame body 1 provided with a mounting hole, a guide rod body 2 connected with the mounting hole, and a flange bottom plate 3 arranged between the frame body 1 and the guide rod.

In the guide rod of the steel plate magnetic centering device, the mounting hole is arranged in the frame body 1 in a penetrating way, one shaft end of the guide rod body 2 is inserted into and positioned in the mounting hole, and the mounting hole is sleeved and fixed at the shaft end of the guide rod body 2.

For the guide rod of the steel plate magnetic centering device, the small ring body 31 and the fixed bottom plate 4 can be connected in a welding mode, that is, the axial end of the small ring body 31 can be welded on the inner plate surface of the fixed bottom plate 4. In the foregoing structure, the fixing base plate 4 is not only respectively in contact with the end face of the small ring body 31 and the end portion of the guide rod body 2, but also in contact with the frame body 1 provided with the mounting hole, so that the fixing base plate 4 can also transmit the acting force between the guide rod body 2 and the flange base plate 3 to the frame body 1, and the stress between the guide rod body 2 and the flange base plate 3 is further improved.

As for the flange bottom plate 3 and the frame body 1, the fixed connection can be realized through the large ring body 32 and a plurality of second fasteners penetrating through the large ring body 32. Based on the structural characteristics of the flange bottom plate 3 and the assembling relationship of the small ring 31 between the frame body 1 and the guide rod body 2, the plurality of second fastening members can be distributed around the mounting hole in the frame body 1. Any one second fastener penetrates through the axial end face of the large ring body 32 and is locked in the frame body 1.

For the plurality of second fastening members annularly distributed around the mounting hole, in the guide bar of the steel plate magnetic centering device, the fixed base plate 4 may be disposed in an area surrounded by all the second fastening members, or the size of the area surrounded by all the second fastening members is larger than that of the fixed base plate 4, so that any one of the second fastening members penetrating into the large ring body 32 and the frame body 1 does not penetrate into the fixed base plate 4.
