Technical Field

The present invention relates to a diaper for a low-weight infant.

Background

Patent document 1 discloses an incontinence product for adults, which includes a shell having an absorbent core (hereinafter referred to as "body portion") and a pair of belt members (hereinafter referred to as "belt members"). Fasteners (e.g., hook members) are provided at the front and rear end portions of the belt member, and attachment pads (e.g., loop members) are provided on the front and rear waist portions of the main body portion. Therefore, the front end portion of the belt member can be detachably joined to the front waist portion of the main body portion, and the rear end portion of the belt member can be detachably joined to the rear waist portion of the main body portion.

A low-weight infant that is light in weight at birth sometimes falls asleep in a prone position. For a low-weight infant, there is a concept of "minimum operation amount", and it is desirable to contact the body of the low-weight infant as little as possible. In view of this, it is desirable that the diaper for a low-weight infant employs the belt member of patent document 1. In this case, the belt member can be easily detached regardless of the posture of the low-weight infant, and the diaper of the low-weight infant can be replaced with as little contact with the body of the low-weight infant as possible.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

However, when an attachment pad is provided on the main body portion in correspondence with a fastener with a member (hereinafter referred to as a "locking member"), as in patent document 1, the attachment pad increases the rigidity of the main body portion by that amount, and may irritate the delicate skin of a low-weight infant. In view of this, it is desirable that no attachment pad be provided on the main body portion, and the locking member of the tape member can be directly engaged with the non-skin-side surface (i.e., the outer sheet) of the main body portion.

However, in this case, it is difficult to know which position on the outer sheet is the position to lock the band member. Therefore, when a nurse or the like puts on such a diaper on a low-weight infant by locking the belt member in a position on the outer sheet which they consider appropriate, if the locked position of the belt member is not appropriate, problems may occur, such as the belt member being too short and the belt member pressing on the leg of the low-weight infant. If the belt members are removed and re-locked each time this occurs, it can be time consuming to change the diaper.

In view of the above, it is an aspect of the present invention to provide a diaper for a low-weight infant, which can suppress irritation to the skin of the low-weight infant while being smoothly replaced.

Solution to the problem

A main aspect of the present invention for achieving the above aspects is a low-weight infant diaper comprising:

an absorbent body;

an outer sheet disposed on a non-skin side with respect to the absorbent body;

a pair of strap members, each strap member of the pair of strap members comprising: a locking member on one side in a longitudinal direction of the belt member, and a locking member on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the belt member, the pair of belt members being lockable on the non-skin-side surface of the outer sheet by using the locking member; and

a mark indicating a locking position for one or more strap members on a non-skin side surface of the outer sheet, the mark being visible from the non-skin side surface side of the outer sheet.

Features of the present invention other than those described above will become apparent by reading the description of the present specification with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Advantageous effects of the invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a low-weight infant diaper which can be smoothly replaced while suppressing irritation to the skin of a low-weight infant.

Detailed Description

At least the following will become apparent from the description of the specification and the accompanying drawings.

A low-weight infant diaper comprising:

an absorbent body;

an outer sheet disposed on a non-skin side with respect to the absorbent body;

a pair of strap members, each strap member of the pair of strap members comprising: a locking member on one side in a longitudinal direction of the belt member, and a locking member on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the belt member, the pair of belt members being lockable on the non-skin-side surface of the outer sheet by using the locking member; and

a mark indicating a locking position for one or more strap members on a non-skin side surface of the outer sheet, the mark being visible from the non-skin side surface side of the outer sheet.

According to the diaper for a low-weight infant, the locking member is directly locked to the outer sheet, thereby preventing an increase in the rigidity of the outer sheet, and making it possible to suppress irritation to the skin of a low-weight infant. Also, the belt member can be locked at an appropriate position on the outer sheet based on the mark, and thus the diaper can be smoothly replaced.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant,

a plurality of the markers includes:

a first mark disposed on a first side in a longitudinal direction of an outer sheet; and

a second mark disposed on a second side of the outer sheet in the longitudinal direction.

According to this low-weight infant diaper, the belt member can be locked at an appropriate position on both the first side and the second side in the longitudinal direction of the outer sheet.
