1. A rotation device is provided with:

a motor having a motor terminal;

a terminal member;

a first housing;

a second housing having a housing part for housing the motor,

the first housing is attachable to or detachable from the second housing in a predetermined direction,

the terminal member is mounted to the first housing,

the first housing is mounted to the second housing,

the terminal member is electrically connected with the motor terminal,

the terminal member has an external connection terminal portion to be connected with the outside,

the predetermined direction is a longitudinal direction of the external connection terminal portion.

2. The rotating apparatus according to claim 1,

the direction of the rotation axis of the motor is a direction different from the predetermined direction,

the housing section has an opening in the direction of the rotation axis of the motor,

the first case closes the opening.

3. The rotating apparatus according to claim 1 or 2,

the terminal member is housed in the first case and the second case.

4. The rotating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

the motor is provided with a frame, and the frame is provided with a plurality of guide rails,

the motor terminal protrudes from a frame of the motor in a direction different from the predetermined direction.

5. The rotating apparatus according to claim 4,

the first case has a groove formed along the predetermined direction,

the terminal member has a motor connection terminal portion located inside the groove portion,

the motor terminal is in contact with the motor connecting terminal part at the inner side of the groove part.

the motor terminal has a surface extending in the predetermined direction.

the first housing is fitted to the second housing.

8. The rotating device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is provided with a connector portion,

the connector portion has:

the external connection terminal portion; and

a connector housing portion provided to the second housing,

the connector housing portion has a hole portion into which the external connection terminal portion can be inserted in the predetermined direction.

9. The rotating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8,

an end portion of the second housing has a mounting surface in a rotation axis direction of the motor,

the mounting surface is provided with a fitting portion that can be fitted to a member to be mounted.

10. A mounting structure of a rotating device is provided with:

the rotating apparatus of claim 9; and

a mounted member mounted to a mounting surface of the rotating device,

and a fitting portion of the rotating device is fitted to a fitting portion formed in the attached member.

11. A connecting structure of a rotating device and an external connector, wherein,

the rotating apparatus is the rotating apparatus of claim 8,

an external connector is connected to the connector portion.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a rotating device, a mounting structure of the rotating device, and a connecting structure of the rotating device and an external connector, and more particularly, to a rotating device having a motor and a terminal member for supplying current to the motor, a mounting structure of the rotating device, and a connecting structure of the rotating device and an external connector.

Background

Conventionally, a rotating device in which a motor and a terminal member for supplying current to the motor are mounted on a housing has been used. Such a rotating device is attached to an attached member, and the driving force of the motor can be applied to the attached member.

Patent document 1 listed below discloses a connector connection type motor in which a connection portion of a power supply line through which a current supplied to a small motor with a speed reducer flows is connected to an electric input portion of the motor through a connector.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rotating device capable of easily assembling, a mounting structure of the rotating device, and a connecting structure of the rotating device and an external connector.

(means for solving the problems)

In order to achieve the above object, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a rotation device includes: a motor having a motor terminal; a terminal member; a first housing to which the terminal member is mounted; and a second housing having a housing portion for housing the motor and to which the first housing is attached, the first housing being attachable to and detachable from the second housing in a predetermined direction, the terminal member being electrically connected to the motor terminal, the terminal member having an external connection terminal portion to be connected to the outside, the predetermined direction being a longitudinal direction of the external connection terminal portion.

Preferably, the rotation axis direction of the motor is a direction different from the predetermined direction, the housing portion has an opening in the rotation axis direction of the motor, and the first housing closes the opening.

Preferably, the terminal member is housed in the first case and the second case.

Preferably, the motor includes a frame, and the motor terminal protrudes from the frame of the motor in a direction different from the predetermined direction.

Preferably, the first housing has a groove formed in a predetermined direction, the terminal member has a motor connecting terminal portion located inside the groove, and the motor terminal contacts the motor connecting terminal portion inside the groove.

Preferably, the motor terminal has a surface extending in a predetermined direction.

Preferably, the first housing is fitted to the second housing.

Preferably, the connector unit includes: an external connection terminal section; and a connector housing portion provided in the second housing, the connector housing portion having a hole portion into which the external connection terminal portion can be inserted in a predetermined direction.

Preferably, the end portion of the second housing has a mounting surface in the direction of the rotation axis of the motor, and the mounting surface is provided with a fitting portion that can be fitted to the member to be mounted.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, a mounting structure of a rotating device includes: the above-mentioned rotating device; and an attached member attached to the attachment surface of the rotating device, wherein the fitting portion of the rotating device is fitted to the fitted portion formed on the attached member.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a connection structure of the above-described rotating apparatus and an external connector, wherein the external connector is connected to the connector portion.

According to these inventions, it is possible to provide a swivel device, a mounting structure of the swivel device, and a connecting structure of the swivel device and an external connector, which can be easily assembled.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, a rotating device and a device using the rotating device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

In the present application, a direction along the rotation axis of the motor is sometimes referred to as an "axial direction", a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis of the motor is sometimes referred to as a "radial direction", and a direction along an arc centered on the rotation axis of the motor is sometimes referred to as a "circumferential direction". In the present application, the shape and positional relationship of the respective portions will be described by setting a predetermined direction in which the second housing slides with respect to the first housing (hereinafter referred to as a sliding direction) as a front-rear direction (a direction in which the external connection terminal protrudes is referred to as a "front direction") when the axial direction is a vertical direction (an upper direction in fig. 1 is referred to as an "upper direction") and the second housing is mounted to the first housing in a radial direction. In the coordinates shown in the drawings, the axial direction corresponds to the Z-axis direction (the forward direction on the Z-axis is the upward direction), the front-back direction corresponds to the Y-axis direction (the forward direction on the Y-axis is the forward direction (sliding direction)), and the X-axis direction orthogonal to both the Z-axis direction and the Y-axis direction is referred to as the left-right direction (the forward direction on the X-axis is the right side). However, these front-back, up-down, and left-right directions are defined for convenience of explanation, and the directions of the devices mounted on the rotating device according to the present invention, the posture of the rotating device, and the like are not limited at all.
