Background

The black mottle (Simuliummaculatum), commonly known as black flies, stings and back scoops, belongs to the Biptera (Diptera) family of Insecta (Insecta), is one of the important medical insects distributed worldwide and is widely distributed in Germany, Western Europe and most parts of China. Arachnocampa gnats not only harass, suck blood, attack humans and animals, but also are vectors of transmission of various diseases in humans and livestock. The main harm to human is the blood sucking of the human, and local red swelling, pain, extreme itching, inflammation and secondary infection are often generated at the sites where the human bites are pricked. Even more feared, the gnats can mediate onchocerciasis. The black gnats are extremely harmful, and the prevention and control of the black gnats are urgent. Currently, 1270 over-species of gnats are known worldwide, mainly distributed in northern temperate and sub-north regions, and hundreds of over-species are known in China, the main species being north gnats (Simuliumsubcaniegatum) and Simuliumhirta (Prosimulimurhrtipes). In shape, the adult body is about 2-5mm long, the tentacles are thick, the mouthparts are short, the adult body is a piercing-sucking mouthpart, and the adult body is suitable for sucking blood, developed middle chest, humped back like humpback, large wings like leno and short feet. The two compound eyes of the female gnats are separated, and the two compound eyes of the male gnats are almost connected. Its larvae and pupae live in running water. When eclosion, the pupa shell comes out and flies out along with the rising of the bubbles to the water surface.

Arachnocampa gnata is an important medical insect distributed worldwide, can transmit various diseases through blood, causes a lot of troubles to the life of residents, and is considered as a main pest in the Fairsies river basin in Xinjiang. In recent years, the occurrence area of Xinjiang Harba river county and adjacent areas thereof is gradually enlarged and can reach tens of thousands of gnats per square meter when the population density is highest, thus seriously influencing the production of local agriculture and animal husbandry and the lives of officers and soldiers of common people and frontier sentry posts.

At present, the whole world research on the pests of the Arachnocampa elata is very rare, and only the preliminary research is focused on the aspects of life history of the Arachnocampa elata, seasonal growth regularity, breeding landscape factors and the like. And due to the difficult feeding of the gnats, various species and the like, only a few studies are carried out at home and abroad, and most of the studies are concentrated in European population.

Nowadays, the control of the gnats is mainly based on chemical drug control, such as treatment of mosquito nets with drugs in the northern gulf of Xinjiang. Foreign research on the control of gnats has been focused, initially on chemical control, and nowadays most often on the control of gnats by means of biopesticides in combination with physical control. However, with the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, insect resistance and pesticide pollution, the search for a method for preventing and controlling environmental pollution is urgent. High-toxicity chemical pesticides such as DDT are eliminated in countries such as the United states and south Africa, and low-toxicity or non-toxicity biological pesticides such as DEET are selected to replace the high-toxicity chemical pesticides.

In view of the above, the invention provides a novel gnat repellent which is free from environmental pollution and has a remarkably long-lasting repellent effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an anti-biting agent for Arachnocampa, which has no pollution to the environment, has obvious and durable anti-biting effect and can play a good protection role in the field.

In order to realize the purpose, the adopted technical scheme is as follows:

an aversion agent for gnats, said aversion agent comprising: matrix components and active ingredients, wherein the volume percentage of the active ingredients in the repellent agent is 10-20%;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the repellent disclosed by the invention is a green and efficient black gnat control medicament developed by combining the research basis of a chemical sensing system of insects at home and abroad and the effective utilization of olfactory related genes in pest control and developing the olfactory recognition of black gnats. The repellent agent takes a plant source compound as an effective component, is green and environment-friendly, has no harm to the environment, and has low cost.

2. The invention firstly determines the compounds with significant avoidance effect on the Arachnocampa maculata through field experiments, and further explores the proportioning composition of avoidance agents. People are helped to better avoid the Arachnocampa acuminata in the wild by formulating the repellent agent. Preferably, the citrus essential oil, DEET and lavender essential oil are used as effective components of the repellent, and the optimal proportion of the three components is determined.

3. The repellent of the invention takes jojoba oil, mineral oil and glycerin as the matrix, which is harmless to human body and environment. Preferably, jojoba oil is used as the matrix, so that the repellent can be more durable.

4. The repellent can be used independently or combined with other prevention and treatment methods to form a comprehensive prevention and treatment repellent system.

In order to further illustrate the repellent for Arachnocampa acuminata of the present invention and achieve the intended purpose of the invention, the following detailed description is provided for the specific implementation, structure, characteristics and efficacy of the repellent for Arachnocampa acuminata according to the present invention with reference to the preferred embodiments. In the following description, different "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" refers to not necessarily the same embodiment.
