the forming machine head is positioned at the outlet end part of the positioning and conveying device and is used for forming the folded wonton wrappers conveyed by the positioning and conveying device into wontons.

The program control technology is used for setting the initial position of the skin punching device, the positioning and conveying device, the stuffing filling device, the folding device and the forming machine head which are matched with each other and the rotating speed of the driving device when the devices are matched with each other through a computer program, so that the wonton skins punched by the skin punching device can accurately fall at the designated position of the positioning and conveying device when the devices start to work, and the device can accurately operate the wonton skins when the positioning and conveying device conveys the wonton skins to pass through the stuffing filling device, the folding device and the forming machine head.

The control system also comprises sensors for confirming the initial positions of the skin punching device, the positioning and conveying device, the stuffing filling device, the folding device and the forming machine head.

The driving modes of the skin punching device, the positioning and conveying device, the stuffing filling device, the folding device and the forming machine head can be independently driven and can also be linked mechanically.
