1. A method of installing a multipurpose heavy lift vessel support block box on a segment, the method comprising:

s1, checking the precision of the supporting block box;

s2, constructing a middle hatch coaming group and a large main jig frame group separately, and marking out a frame by taking a top plate of the upper hatch coaming of the middle hatch coaming group as a reference edge;

s3, positioning and marking out supporting block boxes on the main jig frame large group by taking the main deck theoretical line as a reference edge, and embedding the supporting block boxes on the main jig frame large group;

s4, combining the hatch coaming middle group and the main tire frame into segments, marking and rechecking by taking the hatch coaming top plate as a reference edge, and checking the mounting accuracy of the supporting block box;

and S5, welding and fixing the supporting block box after the acceptance is qualified.

The method for installing a multipurpose crane ship support block box on a subsection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the subsection is constructed in a lateral state with an inner longitudinal wall plate of a group in a hatch coaming as a base surface when the support block box is welded, the support block box and the inner longitudinal wall plate are tack-welded, and the support block box and the inner longitudinal wall plate are welded and fixed after the subsection is normally placed in a turning state.

6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the butt welding between the support block box and the inner longitudinal wall is performed first, and the welding between the support block box and the inner longitudinal wall is performed symmetrically by the sectional welding.

The method for installing the multipurpose crane ship support block box on the subsection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support block box precision detection comprises flatness detection and sample punching point precision detection, wherein the flatness error is not more than 3mm per square meter, and the sample punching point deviation is not more than 1 mm.

In the process of building the multipurpose heavy lift vessel, the mounting precision of the support block box is a key ring for building the heavy lift vessel, the support block box is generally manufactured and completed by a manufacturer and then is mounted on site, the mounting precision of the support block box has an important influence on the subsequent operation of the heavy lift vessel, and the mounting precision of the support block box influences the folding of the whole subsection and the subsequent total section, so that the control of the assembling precision and the welding precision of the support block box is a key for process control.

Disclosure of Invention

A method of installing a multipurpose heavy lift vessel support block box on a segment, the method comprising:

s1, checking the precision of the supporting block box;

s2, constructing a middle hatch coaming group and a large main jig frame group separately, and marking out a frame by taking a top plate of the upper hatch coaming of the middle hatch coaming group as a reference edge;

s3, positioning and marking out supporting block boxes on the main jig frame large group by taking the main deck theoretical line as a reference edge, and embedding the supporting block boxes on the main jig frame large group;

s4, combining the hatch coaming middle group and the main tire frame into segments, marking and rechecking by taking the hatch coaming top plate as a reference edge, and checking the mounting accuracy of the supporting block box;

and S5, welding and fixing the supporting block box after the acceptance is qualified.

Further, in S3, the position and size of the opening are determined based on the support block box positioning scribe line, and the support block box is mounted at the position of the opening.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments:

s1, checking the precision of the supporting block box: according to the installation precision requirement of the supporting block box on the segment, the supporting block box needs to be subjected to precision acceptance check after being transported to an assembly site from a manufacturer, and the acceptance check comprises the acceptance check of the flatness of the inner longitudinal wall surface of the supporting block box, the acceptance check of the sample punching point precision of the supporting block box and the acceptance check of the structure precision of the supporting block box; the flatness acceptance is measured by matching a 3-meter straight ruler with a plug ruler, and the flatness error is not more than 3mm per square meter; the sample punching point precision inspection is carried out in a mode of carrying out on-site line snapping inspection according to the opening on the supporting block box, the sample punching point is the central point of the opening on the side of the longitudinal wall in the supporting block box, and the deviation of the sample punching point is not more than 1 mm; and checking the manufacturing precision of the supporting block box according to a supporting block box design manufacturing drawing, wherein the manufacturing precision comprises the framework interval, the inclined side wall angle and the flatness.

S2, the sections comprise a hatch coaming middle group and a main tire frame big group, the hatch coaming middle group and the main tire frame big group are separately built, the hatch coaming middle group and the main tire frame big group are used for carrying out frame scribing by taking a hatch coaming top plate of an upper opening of the hatch coaming middle group as a reference edge, the frame scribing error is not more than 1mm, and the frame installation is ensured not to influence the installation of the supporting block box.

S3, positioning and marking out the supporting block box on the main jig frame group by taking the main deck theoretical line as a reference edge, determining the position and the size of an opening on the main deck according to the positioning and marking out, performing self-checking and mutual inspection on a construction party during marking out, confirming on site by technicians, opening the opening after no mistake is confirmed, embedding the supporting block box according to the position of the opening, hoisting the supporting block box before hoisting the framework, avoiding deformation of the framework caused by later hoisting, and further improving hoisting safety and construction efficiency; and after the supporting block box is hoisted, hoisting the framework in place according to the framework marking line, marking the welding nodes according to the assembly drawing, facilitating subsequent welding work and ensuring the welding quality.

S4, combining the hatch coaming middle group and the main jig frame to form a subsection, scribing and adjusting precision by taking the hatch coaming top plate as a reference edge, specifically scribing by taking the hatch coaming top plate as a reference edge according to the positioning position of an outfitting installation drawing, namely measuring whether the distance between the hatch coaming top plate and a supporting block box positioning line meets the drawing requirement, and trimming errors caused by assembling, hoisting, electric welding and the like; the marking-out adopts steel belt marking-out, the steel belt for marking-out needs to be added with a welding contraction value in consideration of electric welding heat input of the supporting block box and surrounding components, the welding contraction value is determined according to the number of butt welding seams of the inner longitudinal wall of the supporting block box and the hatch coaming, 1mm welding contraction value is added into each welding seam, 2mm welding seam contraction value is added into each supporting block box, and finally, a precision department adopts precision equipment such as a laser theodolite to check and accept the supporting block box.

S5, when the supporting block box is welded, before the subsection turns over, the supporting block box and the surrounding area thereof are not welded within 1m, only tack welding is carried out, the tack welding is required to ensure the turning over and hoisting safety, and after the subsection turns over, the supporting block box and the inner longitudinal wall plate are welded and fixed.

In the welding process, butt welding between the supporting block box and the inner longitudinal wall is firstly carried out, a sectional welding and symmetrical welding method is adopted, the welding sequence is shown in figure 3, and welding deformation is avoided.
