Background

With the general increase of the demand of garbage classification, the garbage classification method is widely distributed in various big cities.

However, existing waste bins are no longer satisfactory for sorting waste, especially kitchen waste bins, and as the time of use increases, many problems become more and more exposed.

Firstly, the lid of traditional garbage bin can't automatic closure, often will open the lid after using, leads to the foul smell of garbage bin to distribute out and pollute the outside air.

Secondly, the cover of the traditional garbage can is often polluted by garbage, and the cover needs to be opened by touching the handle with hands when in use, so that the garbage can is very unhygienic.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a novel bag-breaking kitchen garbage can includes a can body 1, a cover body 2 and a top cover 3, as shown in fig. 2, the can body 1 includes a bag outlet guide ring 11, a bag outlet elongated slot 12, a saw-toothed blade 13 (as shown in fig. 6) and a cover connecting slot 14. As shown in fig. 2, the cover body 2 includes a bag-entering guide ring 21, a bag-entering opening elongated slot 22, a cover connector 23, and a cover connector 24.

As shown in fig. 2, the top cover 3 includes 4 top cover hinges, and a torsion spring 35 (shown in fig. 3).

The top cover connecting piece 24 is arranged at the top of the inner side of the ring body of the cover body 2, is opposite to the position of the bag inlet elongated slot 22, is positioned at the same side of the cover connecting piece 23, and is connected with the rear top cover connecting piece 36 on the top cover hinge 31 of the top cover 3, the downward folding of the vertical plane of the top cover 3 of the garbage can is realized in a shaft connection mode, meanwhile, the torsion spring 35 is arranged at the position of the shaft connection, and when a garbage bag is put into the garbage can, the effect of closing the top cover 3 of the garbage can in time can be realized.

As shown in fig. 5, the rear top cover connector 36 on the top cover hinge one 31 is arranged at the rear side of the top cover hinge one 31, and is connected with the top cover connector 24 of the cover body 2, so that the top cover 3 of the garbage can be turned downwards in an axial connection mode, and meanwhile, a torsion spring 35 is arranged at the position of the shaft connection, so that when a garbage bag is put into the garbage can, the top cover 3 of the garbage can be closed timely.

The front folding connecting piece 38 on the top cover folding I31 is arranged at the front side of the top cover folding I31, and is connected with the back folding connecting piece 37 of the top cover folding II 32, the downward folding of the vertical plane of the top cover folding of the garbage can is realized in an axial connection mode, meanwhile, a torsion spring 35 is arranged at the position of a shaft connection, when different garbage bags pass through the top cover 3, the top cover 3 can be more flexibly folded downward, the garbage bag is prevented from being blocked when the top cover 3 is folded downward, or when the garbage bag slides downward, the cover can close the top cover 3 through flexible folding, and the integral stronger real-time sealing performance of the garbage can is realized.

Similar to the above connection form, the top cover hinge two 32, the top cover hinge three 33 and the top cover hinge four 34 are axially connected with the rear hinge connector 37 of the latter through respective front hinge connectors 38, and a torsion spring 35 is arranged at the connection position, so that each top cover hinge can be freely turned over downwards in the vertical sheet direction.

The torsion spring 35 reduces the torsion from top to bottom in sequence according to the difference of the torsion, and when the garbage bag presses the top cover 3 downwards, the nearest torsion spring 35 can be turned downwards preferentially, and finally the flexibility of the top cover 3 is realized.

By adopting the technology, the folding device with 4 pieces of top covers realizes the real-time sealing function of the kitchen garbage can, effectively avoids the phenomenon of odor gas diffusion of the garbage can and simplifies the unsanitary operation of manually opening the cover; meanwhile, the bag inlet elongated slot 22 is connected with the bag outlet elongated slot 12, the bag inlet guide ring 21 is matched with the bag outlet guide ring 11, and the serrated blade 13 is arranged in the bag inlet guide ring, so that a user can be guided to put a garbage bag from the top, the bag opening of the garbage bag is lifted to slide along the elongated slot, the blade on the inner wall can cut the garbage bag in a smooth manner in the drawing process, and finally the bag breaking operation of separating kitchen garbage from the garbage bag is realized.
