Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mine equipment tools, and particularly relates to a mounting bracket of a belt deviation device and an emergency stop protector for a mine.

Background

The main transport equipment for mining is the belt conveyor. When goods are transported, the belt is made of flexible materials, and due to unbalance loading, improper belt joint and the like, the conditions of belt deviation, goods scattering and the like are easily caused. In order to transport the belt timely, effectively and safely, various protections are additionally arranged at the head, the tail and the middle part of the conveyor, and a run-off device and an emergency stop protector are usually arranged at the middle part of the conveyor at two sides of a longitudinal beam at certain intervals to avoid the belt from deviating.

The traditional belt running deviation device and the emergency stop protector are respectively provided with a mounting bracket and mounting positions due to different mounting heights. However, since the number of the belt run-out devices and the emergency stop protectors is large, a large amount of construction time is required, and the production cost is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a mounting bracket of a belt deviation device and an emergency stop protector for a mine, which can be used for synchronously mounting the belt deviation device and the emergency stop protector on the same mounting bracket, reducing the mounting time and simplifying the mounting accessories of a belt conveyor.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme: a mounting bracket of a belt deviation device and an emergency stop protector for a mine comprises a connecting plate which is vertically arranged, wherein the connecting plate is a straight plate, the lower part of the straight plate is a fixing part, and the outer side surface of the fixing part is used for being mounted on the inner side surface of a longitudinal beam of a belt conveyor;

the upper part of the connecting plate is a connecting part, the top end of the connecting part is connected to a first mounting plate for mounting the belt run-off device, and the first mounting plate is obliquely arranged towards the inner side direction of the longitudinal beam; wherein, the first mounting plate is provided with a plurality of mounting holes;
