when the HCl concentration in the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption exceeds the standard, introducing the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption into the next gas-liquid mixing device for neutralization and absorption until the HCl concentration in the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption reaches the standard.

The scaling substances deposited on the tray can cause the separation efficiency of the tower to be reduced, and can seriously cause the liquid flow to be incapable of naturally reducing, thereby causing the phenomenon of flooding or flushing the tower; the scale substances deposited at the bottom of the container can cause the blockage of a pressure guiding pipe of the container liquid level meter, so that an error signal is generated in measurement, and a safety accident is caused; the heat transfer resistance can be improved by the scaling substances deposited in the heat exchanger, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is obviously reduced; the fouling substances deposited in the filter can block the filter, so that the flow area of the filter is reduced, and the pressure drop of the filter is increased to force the filter to stop running; the scale substances deposited in the process pipeline can reduce the pipe diameter of the process pipeline, reduce the flow capacity and the like. Meanwhile, the process pipeline is attached to the surface of metal equipment, so that scale electrochemical corrosion is easily generated, and corrosion perforation of the equipment is caused. Therefore, the scale is required to be removed periodically to ensure that the daily work can be smoothly performed.

when the concentration of HCl in the neutralized and absorbed cleaning waste gas reaches the standard, discharging the neutralized and absorbed cleaning waste gas;

when the HCl concentration in the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption exceeds the standard, introducing the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption into the next spraying absorption tower for neutralization and absorption until the HCl concentration in the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption reaches the standard.

In a third aspect, there is provided a method of using a fouling cleaning solution for an ionic liquid alkylation unit according to the first aspect, the method being based on at least two aeration-liquid mixing units connected in series, the method comprising the steps of:

cleaning the ionic liquid alkylation device by using the scaling cleaning liquid of the ionic liquid alkylation device, and collecting cleaning waste gas generated during cleaning;

introducing the cleaning waste gas into a first gas-liquid mixing device;

detecting the concentration of HCl in the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption in the gas-liquid mixing device;

when the concentration of HCl in the neutralized and absorbed cleaning waste gas reaches the standard, discharging the neutralized and absorbed cleaning waste gas;

when the HCl concentration in the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption exceeds the standard, introducing the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption into the next gas-liquid mixing device for neutralization and absorption until the HCl concentration in the cleaning waste gas after neutralization and absorption reaches the standard.
