Background

In the welding field, the current of the positioner used for welding is conducted to a workbench through a speed reducer or a bearing in a conductive manner, and the welding precision and the service life of the positioner are influenced by the long-term current passing through the speed reducer or the bearing due to the fact that the large current is used in welding.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and provides a positioner conductive mechanism for adjusting the distance and pressing force between a conductive block seat and a positioner shaft through a spring.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that: a conducting mechanism of a positioner comprises a positioner shaft and a positioner workbench; the positioner is characterized in that a conductive block seat is arranged on the left side of a positioner shaft, the left side of the conductive block seat is fixedly connected with a connecting block, guide posts are fixed at two ends of the connecting block, the guide posts are slidably penetrated in holes formed in a base positioning block fixed on a base and a base positioning plate, a bolt is arranged between the base positioning plate and the connecting block, and a spring is arranged between the base positioning plate of the bolt and the connecting block; the left end of the base is fixed with a base platform which is contacted with the position changer worktable.

One end of the conductive block seat is made into an arc-shaped groove, and the radian of the arc-shaped groove is the same as that of the positioner shaft.

The invention has the advantages that the defect of electric conduction through the speed reducer and the bearing in the past is overcome, the welding precision is ensured, and the service life of the positioner is prolonged.
