1. The construction method of the embedded connection series assembly of the safety construction facility is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

preparing a plurality of assemblies, wherein each assembly comprises an embedded part (1), a temporary fixing part (5), a connecting ring (8), a steel strand soft connecting piece (12), a connecting hook (14) and two connecting rods (16);

the embedded part comprises a first threaded steel bar (2), and the first threaded steel bar is in threaded connection with the first sleeve through a first external thread at one end to form the embedded part;

the temporary fixing piece comprises a second twisted steel (6), one end of the second twisted steel is provided with a second external thread, and a second sleeve-shaped temporary fixing piece is hooped and sleeved on the second twisted steel;

the connecting ring comprises a third twisted steel, one end of the third twisted steel is provided with a first external thread, the other end of the third twisted steel is welded with a steel ring (11), and the central axis of the third twisted steel is arranged along the diameter direction of the steel ring;

the steel strand soft connecting piece comprises a fourth twisted steel (9-2), one end of the fourth twisted steel is provided with a second external thread, the other end of the fourth twisted steel is fixedly connected with one end of a steel strand (13), and the other end of the steel strand is provided with a lower ring;

thirdly, connecting the steel rings (11) of all the connecting rings with each side edge of the finished product protective breast board (22) arranged at a required position to form edge protection; or the steel circular ring of the connecting ring is connected with the current finished product of the safety belt; or the steel circular ring of the connecting ring is hooked and connected with one end of a spring (23) at a corresponding position, and the other end of the spring is connected with a hard protection partition plate (24) arranged in the elevator shaft along the vertical direction;

the steel strand soft connecting piece (12) is adopted for fixed connection, and the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts at the bottom of a floor slab;

secondly, connecting one end, provided with a second external thread, of a fourth threaded steel bar of each steel strand soft connecting piece with a first threaded sleeve of a correspondingly arranged embedded part in a threaded manner to form a temporary fixed point below a floor slab, wherein a lower ring of each steel strand soft connecting piece is used for fixing a construction facility;

the electric cable for indoor operation is fixed by adopting the connecting hook (14), and the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts in the upper parts of a concrete wall and a column and the lower part of a floor slab;

secondly, connecting one end of each fifth threaded steel bar provided with a third external thread with a first threaded sleeve of an embedded part positioned at the upper parts of the concrete wall and the column and at the lower part of the floor slab in a threaded manner;

thirdly, fixedly connecting the arc-shaped hook of the fifth twisted steel bar with an electric cable (26) for indoor operation;

adopt connective bar (16) to connect the gate and face limit protection main part, the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts in a doorway constructional column;

secondly, connecting one end of a fourth external thread of a sixth threaded steel bar which is oppositely arranged on the two connecting rods by adopting a forward and reverse straight threaded sleeve (19), and respectively connecting one end of a fifth external thread (10-4) of the two connecting rods with the first threaded sleeve which is embedded in a corresponding position in the doorway constructional column in a threaded manner;

Technical Field

The invention relates to a construction method of a connecting assembly, in particular to a construction method of a connecting assembly embedded in a safe and constructed facility.

Background

At present, the height and the volume of the single building are continuously increased. The demand for temporarily fixing safety facilities and construction facilities to a building has also increased. In the traditional method, after concrete is solidified, an electric drill is used for drilling holes in the concrete, expansion bolts, chemical anchor bolts and the like are installed, and time and labor are wasted.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a safety protection facility which is simple, convenient, stable and efficient to construct and is beneficial to improving the construction quality, and a construction method of a pre-buried connecting assembly of the safety construction facility for connecting the construction facility and a main body structure.

The invention relates to a construction method of a pre-buried connection series assembly of a safety construction facility, which comprises the following steps:

preparing a plurality of assemblies, wherein each assembly comprises an embedded part, a temporary fixing part, a connecting ring, a steel strand soft connecting part, a connecting hook and two connecting rods;

the embedded part comprises a first threaded steel bar, and the first threaded steel bar is in threaded connection with the first sleeve through a first external thread at one end to form the embedded part;

the temporary fixing piece comprises a second twisted steel bar, one end of the second twisted steel bar is provided with a second external thread, and a second sleeve-shaped temporary fixing piece is formed by hooping and sleeving the second twisted steel bar;

the connecting ring comprises a third twisted steel, one end of the third twisted steel is provided with a first external thread, the other end of the third twisted steel is welded with a steel ring, and the central axis of the third twisted steel is arranged along the diameter direction of the steel ring;

the steel strand flexible connecting piece comprises a fourth twisted steel, one end of the fourth twisted steel is provided with a second external thread, the other end of the fourth twisted steel is fixedly connected with one end of the steel strand, and the other end of the steel strand is provided with a lower ring;

the connecting hook comprises a fifth threaded steel bar, a third external thread is arranged at one end of the fifth threaded steel bar, and the other end of the fifth threaded steel bar is connected with an arc-shaped hook through a steel rod;

each connecting rod comprises a sixth threaded steel bar, one end of the sixth threaded steel bar is provided with a fourth external thread, and the other end of the sixth threaded steel bar is provided with a fifth external thread;

step two, adopting a plurality of assemblies to carry out construction respectively, wherein the process is as follows:

adopt the fixed built-in fitting of temporary fixing spare, the temporary fixing spare be used for fixing the built-in fitting in the position of setting for on the template before concrete placement, concrete process is: sleeving a second sleeve of the temporary fixing piece into a second external wire, penetrating the second external wire through a preset position on the template, and then connecting the second sleeve with a first sleeve on an embedded part arranged at a position corresponding to the template;

the embedded parts and the connecting rings are adopted for protective connection, and the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts in main concrete;

secondly, connecting one end, provided with a first external thread, of the third threaded steel bar of each connecting ring with a first threaded sleeve on the embedded part correspondingly in a threaded manner;

thirdly, connecting the steel rings of all the connecting rings with each side edge of the finished product protective breast board arranged at a required position to form edge protection; or the steel circular ring of the connecting ring is connected with the existing finished safety belt; or the steel circular ring of the connecting ring is hooked and connected with one end of a spring at a corresponding position, and the other end of the spring is connected with a hard protection partition plate arranged in the elevator shaft along the vertical direction;

adopt steel strand wires flexible connectors to carry out fixed connection, the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts at the bottom of a floor slab;

secondly, connecting one end, provided with a second external thread, of a fourth threaded steel bar of each steel strand soft connecting piece with a first threaded sleeve of a correspondingly arranged embedded part in a threaded manner to form a temporary fixed point below a floor slab, wherein a lower ring of each steel strand soft connecting piece is used for fixing a construction facility;

adopt the electric wire cable of coupling hook fixed indoor operation, the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts in the upper parts of a concrete wall and a column and the lower part of a floor slab;

secondly, connecting one end of each fifth threaded steel bar provided with a third external thread with a first threaded sleeve of an embedded part positioned at the upper parts of the concrete wall and the column and at the lower part of the floor slab in a threaded manner;

thirdly, fixedly connecting the arc-shaped hook of the fifth twisted steel bar with an electric cable for indoor operation;

adopt the connective bar to connect the gate and face limit protection main part, the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts in a doorway constructional column;

secondly, connecting one ends of fourth external threads of sixth threaded steel bars, which are oppositely arranged, of the two connecting rods by adopting forward and reverse straight threaded sleeves, and respectively connecting one ends of fifth external threads of the two connecting rods with the first threaded sleeves which are embedded in corresponding positions in the doorway constructional column in a threaded manner;

and thirdly, repeating the second step until the connecting rod is adopted to complete the connection with all the embedded parts to form the main body for the doorway edge protection.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the working links of installing safety facilities and construction facilities can be reduced, so that the connection is more convenient and faster;

2. the original main body structure is not damaged;

3. the safety and reliability degree of the connection of safety facilities, construction facilities and the main structure is improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

As shown in the attached drawings, the construction method of the embedded connection series assembly of the safety construction facility comprises the following steps:

preparing a plurality of assemblies, wherein each assembly comprises an embedded part 1, a temporary fixing part 5, a connecting ring 8, a steel strand soft connecting part 12, a connecting hook 14 and two connecting rods 16;

the embedded part 1 comprises a first threaded steel bar 2, and the first threaded steel bar 2 is in threaded connection with a first sleeve 4-1 through a first outer wire 3 at one end to form the embedded part;

the temporary fixing piece 5 comprises a second twisted steel 6, one end of the second twisted steel 6 is provided with a second external thread 7, and a second sleeve 4-2 is hooped and sleeved on the second twisted steel 6 to form the temporary fixing piece;

the connecting ring 8 comprises a third deformed steel bar 9-1, one end of the third deformed steel bar 9-1 is provided with a first external thread 10-1, and the other end of the third deformed steel bar 9-1 is welded with a steel ring 11. The central axis of the third twisted steel bar 9-1 is arranged along the diameter direction of the steel ring 11;

the steel strand flexible connecting piece 12 comprises a fourth threaded steel bar 9-2, a second external thread 10-2 is arranged at one end of the fourth threaded steel bar 9-2, the other end of the fourth threaded steel bar 9-2 is fixedly connected with one end of a steel strand 13, and a lower circular ring is arranged at the other end of the steel strand 13. The length of the steel strand is flexibly determined according to construction requirements.

The connecting hook 14 comprises a fifth twisted steel bar 9-3, a third external thread 10-3 is arranged at one end of the fifth twisted steel bar 9-3, and the other end of the fifth twisted steel bar 9-3 is connected with an arc-shaped hook through a steel rod 15;

each of the connecting rods 16 comprises a sixth twisted steel bar 17, one end of the sixth twisted steel bar 17 is provided with a fourth external thread 10-4 and the other end is provided with a fifth external thread 10-5;

step two, adopting a plurality of assemblies to carry out construction respectively, wherein the process is as follows:

the method comprises the following steps of fixing the embedded part 1 by adopting a temporary fixing part 5, wherein the temporary fixing part 5 is used for fixing the embedded part 1 at a set position on a template 21 before concrete pouring 20, and the concrete process is as follows: the second sleeve 4-2 of the temporary fixing piece 5 is sleeved on the second external wire 7 and then passes through a preset position on the template 21, and then is connected with the first sleeve on the embedded part 1 which is arranged at the corresponding position of the template 21.

And after concrete is poured, removing the temporary fixing piece and the template, and fixing the embedded part in the concrete of the structure.

The embedded part 1 and the connecting ring 8 are adopted for protection connection, and the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts 1 in main body concrete 20;

secondly, connecting one end, provided with a first external thread 10-1, of the third threaded steel bar 9-1 of each connecting ring 8 with a first threaded sleeve on the embedded part 1 correspondingly in a threaded manner;

thirdly, connecting the steel rings 11 of all the connecting rings 8 with each side edge of the finished product protective breast board 22 arranged at a required position to form edge protection; or the steel ring 11 of the connecting ring 8 is connected with the existing finished safety belt, so that the connecting mode of the safety belt and the main body structure is increased, a worker can still have reliable and firm connection under the condition of no frame body, and the safety is ensured; or the steel ring 11 of the connecting ring 8 is hooked with one end of the spring 23 at the corresponding position, and the other end of the spring 23 is connected with the hard protection partition plate 24 arranged in the elevator shaft along the vertical direction, so that the impact force generated by workers carelessly falling into the elevator shaft can be buffered, and the injury of the workers is reduced to the maximum extent.

The steel strand flexible connecting piece 12 is adopted for fixed connection, and the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts 1 at the bottom of a floor slab;

and secondly, connecting one end, provided with a second external thread 10-2, of the fourth threaded steel bar 9-2 of each steel strand soft connecting piece 12 with the first threaded sleeve of the embedded part 1 correspondingly arranged in a threaded manner to form a temporary fixed point below the floor, wherein the lower ring of each steel strand soft connecting piece 12 is used for fixing construction facilities such as a concrete pump pipe 25. Because the steel strand belongs to the flexible connection, the dynamic load generated by the construction facility can be effectively digested.

The electric cable for indoor operation is fixed by the connecting hook 14, and the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts 1 in the upper parts of a concrete wall and a column and the lower part of a floor slab;

secondly, connecting one end of each fifth threaded steel bar 9-3 provided with a third external thread 10-3 with a first threaded sleeve of an embedded part 1 positioned at the upper parts of the concrete wall and the column and at the lower part of the floor slab in a threaded manner;

and thirdly, fixedly connecting the arc-shaped hook of the fifth twisted steel 9-3 with an electric wire 26 for indoor operation, thereby solving the problem of dragging the ground of the electric wire.

Adopt connecting rod 16 to connect the gate and face limit protection main part, the process is as follows:

firstly, embedding a plurality of embedded parts 1 in a doorway constructional column;

secondly, connecting one ends of fourth external threads 10-5 of sixth threaded steel bars 17 which are oppositely arranged on the two connecting rods by adopting forward and reverse straight threaded sleeves 19, and respectively connecting one ends of fifth external threads 10-4 of the two connecting rods with the first threaded sleeves which are embedded in corresponding positions in the doorway constructional column in a threaded manner;

and thirdly, repeating the second step until the connecting rod 16 is adopted to complete the connection with all the embedded parts 1 to form the main body for the doorway edge protection.

The embedding positions of the embedded parts 1 in the steps are all embedded in advance according to the position of the construction requirement.
