(2) introducing the film forming assistant and the defoaming agent of one half of the components into a reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring for 5-10 minutes;

(3) introducing the hydrophobic side chain type aqueous poly nitrogen vinegar associative thickener into a reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, increasing the rotating speed to be not less than 800RPM, and stirring for 5-10 minutes;

(4) keeping the rotating speed of a dispersing machine in the reaction kettle, sequentially adding the organosilicon modified acrylic emulsion and the long-chain siloxane nitrogen alkyl emulsion into the reaction kettle, increasing the rotating speed to be not less than 1000RPM, stirring for 5-10 minutes, and adding a p-hydroxybenzoate preservative in the stirring process;

(5) maintaining the rotating speed of a dispersing machine in the reaction kettle, adding natural stone powder, stirring for 5-10 minutes, homogenizing in advance, adding a lotus leaf hydrophobing agent, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding the film forming auxiliary agent and the defoaming agent of the rest components during the middle stirring period, and stirring to obtain the composite modified hydrophobic stone paint.

Background

The stone-like paint has decorative effect similar to that of marble and granite. The natural stone powder is mainly prepared from natural stone powder with various colors and applied to the stone imitation effect of building exterior walls, so the natural stone powder is also called liquid stone, when a plurality of real stone paints are produced, the emulsion which is the same as that for preparing emulsion paint is adopted, the emulsion content in the formula of the real stone paint is lower, the coating is not tight enough due to the existence of a large amount of sand stones during film forming, the real stone paint is easy to adsorb with a base material and is easy to strip paint, and the traditional real stone paint coating can turn white after raining every time and becomes loose, and after raining, the coating recovers the original color after being exposed to the sun. In fact, the reason of the formula is that the selected acrylic emulsion needs to be added with a surfactant during synthesis, and some manufacturers greatly exceed the used surfactant in order to increase the stability of the emulsion; some manufacturers add carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and other substances as a thickening agent and add sodium benzoate as a preservative when preparing the real stone paint. These substances are all water-soluble or hydrophilic, and the water resistance of the coating is greatly reduced when the coating is left in the coating after film forming, so that in order to solve the problem, a lot of hydrophobic materials are added into the real stone paint on the market at present to improve the water resistance of the coating.

The general hydrophobic material adopts a non-polar surface material, so that water molecules can not be firmly attached to the surface of the material; the contact area between water and the membrane is reduced by adopting a bulge and burr structure; due to the adoption of the nonpolar material, the film thickness is increased as much as possible, the charge influence between the base material and water molecules is reduced, and a better hydrophobic effect can be achieved under the conditions, but the nonpolar hydrophobic material and the polar base material cannot be firmly combined. The coating is not wear-resistant and is easy to peel off under the friction condition; secondly, the protrusion and burr structure can increase the thickness, but is very weak and not durable in practical use.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, firstly, through the conversion from polarity to non-polarity of long-chain siloxane in the curing process, hydroxyl of a paint bottom can be firmly fixed on the surface of a base material, and a non-polar C-N-O long chain forms a hydrophobic surface which is wear-resistant and hydrophobic, wherein a multi-layer hydrophobic surface can be formed on the surface through the compounding of a lotus leaf hydrophobic agent, compared with the traditional acrylic emulsion or silicone-acrylate emulsion, the organic silicon modified acrylic emulsion has better water resistance and a better hydrophobic effect, and the use of a surface active agent is reduced.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the multi-composite modified hydrophobic real stone paint, which comprises the following steps:

1. firstly, introducing deionized water into a reaction kettle, wherein a high-speed dispersion machine for stirring is arranged in the reaction kettle, and the dispersion machine is opened and is kept at a rotating speed of not less than 500 RPM;

2. introducing the film forming assistant and the defoaming agent of one half of the components into a reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring for 5-10 minutes;

3. Introducing the hydrophobic side chain type aqueous poly nitrogen vinegar associative thickener into a reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, increasing the rotating speed to be not less than 800RPM, and stirring for 5-10 minutes;

4. keeping the rotating speed of a dispersing machine in the reaction kettle, sequentially adding the organosilicon modified acrylic emulsion and the long-chain siloxane nitrogen alkyl emulsion into the reaction kettle, increasing the rotating speed to be not less than 1000RPM, stirring for 5-10 minutes, and adding a p-hydroxybenzoate preservative in the stirring process;

5. maintaining the rotating speed of a dispersing machine in the reaction kettle, adding natural stone powder, stirring for 5-10 minutes, homogenizing in advance, adding a lotus leaf hydrophobing agent, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding the film forming auxiliary agent and the defoaming agent of the rest components during the middle stirring period, and stirring to obtain the composite modified hydrophobic stone paint.
