The wind tower inclination warning device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the closed container (1) is provided with a liquid supplementing hole (12), a liquid supplementing hole plug (13) or a liquid supplementing hole cover on the container wall or the top cover (10) above the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid (2).

Technical Field

The invention relates to an early warning device, in particular to an early warning device for wind tower inclination.

Background

The offshore wind tower is a whole body which is formed by connecting a plurality of tower sections through connecting flanges and fasteners. The wind tower is acted by sea wind for a long time at sea, the fastening piece can be loosened, and the wind tower is inclined accordingly. After the wind tower is inclined, great potential safety hazards exist, and even the wind tower can collapse to cause great loss. Therefore, a device capable of timely sending out an early warning signal when the wind tower inclines is urgently needed, so that workers can timely overhaul and eliminate risks. However, the existing wind tower is not provided with any device capable of giving an early warning signal for the inclination of the wind tower, so that a device capable of giving an early warning for the inclination of the wind tower is necessary to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device capable of timely sending out an early warning signal when a wind tower is seriously inclined.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a wind tower inclination early warning device which comprises a connecting flange arranged on two adjacent tower sections at the upper part of a wind tower, wherein at least one closed container is arranged on the connecting flange, anti-freezing conductive liquid is filled in the closed container, at least two inclination detection electrodes are arranged in the closed container and are connected with a controller, the controller transmits signals with position information to a wireless communication module after the wind tower is inclined, at least one inclination detection electrode is arranged in the anti-freezing conductive liquid in the horizontal state of the flange, at least one inclination detection electrode is arranged above the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid, and the closed container is an insulating container or an insulating layer is attached to the inner wall of the closed container. When the wind tower inclines, the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2 inclines along with the wind tower, the inclined detection electrode 4 and the controller are conducted, and the wireless communication module sends a signal containing position information to the receiving end.

As an improvement to the present invention, the hermetic container is fixed on the outer surface of the connecting flange or fixed on the outer surface of the connecting flange by a connecting member. By adopting the structure, the anti-freezing conductive liquid filled in the closed container can be ensured to incline to the same extent along with the inclination of the connecting flange of the wind tower, and the reliability of the wind tower inclination early warning is further ensured.

As a further improvement of the connecting piece adopted by the invention, the connecting piece can be a magnetic sheet arranged on the mounting surface of the closed container, the magnetic sheet is adsorbed on the wind tower flange by utilizing magnetic force, and the magnetic sheet is simple in structure and easy to mount. The connecting piece also can one end have clamping part, clamping part and flange's bolt fastener adaptation and by its clamp tightly, the other end have with the closed container appearance adaptation and with the fixed part that the closed container is fixed, it is comparatively convenient that the closed container is fixed on the wind tower flange through this kind of structure, and can not be by bolt fastener occupation space when setting up the closed container.

As an improvement of the invention, the closed container is composed of a groove and a top cover which are opened on the upper surface of the connecting flange, the top of the groove is provided with a flange, and the top cover is tightly matched with the flange and covers the groove. The groove of the closed container is a part of the connecting flange, so that the possibility that the closed container is separated from the connecting flange is avoided, and the design is more favorable for the long-term use of the wind tower inclination early warning device.

As an improvement of the invention, a circle of annular inclined detection electrode is attached to the insulating layer of the closed container above the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid, and another inclined detection electrode is arranged in the anti-freezing conductive liquid. The adoption of the annular inclination detection electrode ensures that the two electrodes can be connected by the anti-freezing conductive liquid no matter which direction the wind tower inclines.

As an improvement of the invention, the closed containers are arranged in pairs, and a channel lower than the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid is arranged between the two closed containers. By adopting the structure, the two closed containers can be connected through the channel, thereby saving space and facilitating the arrangement of the containers.

As an improvement of the invention, the inclined detection electrode is connected and fixed through an insulating connector which is integrally formed with the closed container. The adoption of the structure facilitates the positioning and connection of the inclined detection electrode.

As an improvement of the invention, at least two liquid supplementing early warning electrodes are arranged below the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid, and the electrodes are connected with the controller through a normally closed relay. By adopting the structure, when the anti-freezing conductive liquid leaks, the controller controls the wireless communication module to send out a liquid leakage signal, and the maintainer can timely supplement the anti-freezing conductive liquid or overhaul the container after receiving the signal.

As a further improvement of the wind tower inclination early warning device provided with the liquid supplementing early warning electrode, a liquid supplementing hole plug or a liquid supplementing hole cover are arranged on the wall of the closed container above the liquid level of the anti-freezing conducting liquid or on the top cover of the closed container. By adopting the structure, the antifreezing conductive liquid can be supplemented through the liquid supplementing hole, and the liquid supplementing hole plug or the liquid supplementing hole cover can seal the liquid supplementing hole under the working state of the wind tower inclination early warning device so as to prevent the antifreezing conductive liquid from volatilizing.

By adopting the wind tower inclination early warning device with the structure, when the wind tower inclines, the inclination detection electrode and the controller are conducted by the anti-freezing conductive liquid, the position information is stored in the memory of the controller, then the controller transmits the signal with the position information to the wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module transmits the signal containing the position information to the receiving end. The maintainer can confirm the wind tower that takes place the slope according to this signal to in time overhaul, avoid causing great loss.

Detailed Description

The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the first embodiment, a closed container 1 is provided on a connecting flange 3, the closed container 1 is filled with an anti-freezing conductive liquid 2, the closed container 1 is adsorbed on the upper surface of the connecting flange 3 through a connecting piece 6 at the bottom, and the connecting piece 6 is a magnetic sheet. An insulating layer 5 is attached to the inner wall of the closed container 1, a circle of annular inclined detection electrode 4 is attached to the insulating layer 5 of the closed container 1 above the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2, and the other inclined detection electrode 4 is arranged in the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2. The inclination detection electrode 4 is connected with the controller, the position information is stored in a memory of the controller, when the wind tower inclines, the inclination detection electrode and the controller are conducted through the anti-freezing conductive liquid, then the controller transmits a signal with the position information to the wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module sends a signal containing the position information to the receiving end.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a second embodiment, two closed containers 1 are arranged on a connecting flange 3, an antifreeze conductive liquid 2 is filled in the closed containers 1, a channel 15 lower than the liquid level of the antifreeze conductive liquid 2 is arranged between the two closed containers 1, each closed container 1 is fixed on the outer surface of the connecting flange 3 through a connecting piece 6, one end of the connecting piece 6 is provided with a clamping part 14, the clamping part 14 is matched with and clamped by a bolt fastener of the connecting flange 3, and the other end of the connecting piece is provided with a fixing frame 8 which is matched with the shape of the closed container 1 and fixes the closed container 1. The closed vessel 1 is an insulating vessel. An inclined detection electrode 4 is arranged in the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2, an inclined detection electrode 4 is arranged above the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2, and the two inclined detection electrodes 4 are fixedly connected with an insulating connector 7 which is integrally formed with the closed container 1. The inclination detection electrode 4 is connected with the controller, the position information is stored in a memory of the controller, when the wind tower inclines, the inclination detection electrode and the controller are conducted through the anti-freezing conductive liquid, then the controller transmits a signal with the position information to the wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module sends a signal containing the position information to the receiving end.

In a third embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, two grooves 9 forming an included angle of 90 degrees with the center of the flange are formed on the upper surface of the connecting flange 3, the grooves 9 and a top cover 10 form the closed container 1, a flange 11 is arranged at the top of the grooves, and the top cover 10 and the flange 11 are tightly matched and cover the grooves 9. The top cover 10 is provided with a liquid supplementing hole 12 and a liquid supplementing hole plug 13. The groove 9 is filled with the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2, the inner wall of the groove 9 is adhered with the insulating layer 5, the oblique detection electrode 4 is arranged in the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2, the two oblique detection electrodes 4 which are positioned at the same height in the radial direction of the connecting flange 3 are arranged on the insulating layer 5 above the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2, and the two liquid supplementing early warning electrodes 16 are arranged on the insulating layer 5 below the liquid level of the anti-freezing conductive liquid 2. The liquid supplementing early warning electrode 16 is connected with the controller through a normally closed relay, the inclination detection electrode 4 is connected with the controller, position information is stored in a memory of the controller, when the wind tower inclines, the inclination detection electrode and the controller are conducted through the anti-freezing conductive liquid, then a signal with the position information is transmitted to the wireless communication module through the controller, the wireless communication module sends a signal containing the position information to the receiving end, and the inclination direction of the wind tower can be judged according to the signal in the embodiment. When the liquid level is reduced to be below any liquid supplementing early warning electrode 16, the controller sends an electric signal to the wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module sends a liquid supplementing early warning signal to the receiving end.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make several improvements and decorations without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, for example, the fluid filling hole plug may be replaced by a fluid filling hole cover with an external thread, the fluid filling hole has an internal thread matching with the fluid filling hole cover, and the fluid filling hole cover and the fluid filling hole are screwed together. Such modifications and refinements are also to be considered within the scope of the present invention.
