Currently, an electronic scale is used only to weigh an object, and a tape 410 is used when measuring the size of the object. Especially in the express delivery industry, the delivered articles need to be measured not only for weight, but also for size. The electronic scale and the measuring tape 410 are arranged independently, so that the use is inconvenient. Moreover, the reading of the tape 410 needs to be obtained by the operator through visual inspection, so that the accuracy is poor and the error is large; easy forgetting, increasing the repeated measurement times and having high labor intensity.

Referring to fig. 1-5, in view of the above, designers have designed a multifunctional electronic scale, which integrates weighing function and length measuring function, and has diversified functions and convenient use. And moreover, the length value is automatically acquired, manual reading is not needed, the accuracy is improved, the error is reduced, and the labor intensity is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the multifunctional electronic scale includes a housing 100, a circuit board 200, a weighing module 300, and a length measuring module 400, wherein the length measuring module 400 includes a tape 410 and a length measuring sensor 420, and the circuit board 200, the weighing module 300, the tape 410, and the length measuring sensor 420 are all connected to the housing 100; the weighing module 300 and the length measuring sensor 420 are both communicatively coupled to the circuit board 200, and the length measuring sensor 420 is used to measure the length of the tape 410 that is being extended.

The multifunctional electronic scale provided by the embodiment simultaneously comprises the weighing module 300 and the length measuring module 400, namely simultaneously has the functions of weighing and length measuring, and is diversified in function and flexible and convenient to use. Meanwhile, the length measuring module 400 includes a tape 410 and a length measuring sensor 420, the length measuring sensor 420 is used for measuring the length of the tape 410 pulled out, in other words, when measuring the size of an article, the tape 410 is pulled out and aligned with the corresponding position of the object to be measured, the length of the tape 410 pulled out can be detected and obtained by the length measuring sensor 420 during the pulling out of the tape 410, the electric signal detected by the length measuring sensor 420 is transmitted to the circuit board 200, and the length of the measured position is calculated by the circuit board 200. Data reading is not needed manually, the data acquisition difficulty is reduced, errors are reduced, the accuracy of the measurement result is improved, and meanwhile, the operation efficiency is improved.

It should be understood that the electronic scale may be in communication connection with an intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal may be, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, and the like, and the weight information and the length information of the object weighed by the electronic scale may be uploaded to the intelligent terminal and stored, so as to facilitate subsequent retrieval and use.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, optionally, the housing 100 includes a first half shell 110, a second half shell 120, and a handle 130, wherein the first half shell 110 and the second half shell 120 are fastened to each other, and the two can be connected by a screw or a fastening structure. The first half shell 110 and the second half shell 120 jointly define an accommodating cavity 140 after being fastened, an operation hole 121 is formed in the side portion of the first half shell 110 or the second half shell 120, the operation hole 121 is a square opening, and the operation hole 121 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 140. In this embodiment, the first half-shell 110 is a front shell, the second half-shell 120 is a rear shell, and the operation hole 121 is disposed at a side portion of the second half-shell 120. Obviously, in other embodiments, a first groove is provided on the first half-shell 110, a second groove is provided on the second half-shell 120, both the first groove and the second groove are rectangular grooves, and the first groove and the second groove are butted to form the operation hole 121. The operation hole 121 is used for the tape 410 to extend.

Referring to fig. 4, further, a first mounting hole 111 and a second mounting hole 112 are formed at a front side of the first half shell 110, and the first mounting hole 111 is used for mounting the display module 500. The second mounting hole 112 is used to mount the key module 600. Both the display module 500 and the mounting module are communicatively coupled to the circuit board 200. The display module 500 is used for displaying data information such as weighing data and length data. The key module 600 is used for controlling the using state of the electronic scale, and the key module 600 may include a plurality of key bodies independently disposed, each of the key bodies is disposed in one of the second mounting holes 112, and all the key bodies are in communication connection with the circuit board 200. The key module 600 may control the electronic scale to be turned on or off, and control the switching of the operation mode of the electronic scale, wherein the switching of the operation mode may be the switching between the weighing mode and the length measuring mode.

Meanwhile, the display module 500 and the key module 600 are arranged, so that the electronic scale can be operated conveniently, the operator can directly acquire weighing data, length data and the like conveniently, and the operation efficiency is improved.

Further, the side of the first half shell 110 is provided with a plug hole 113. The multifunctional electronic scale further includes a battery module 700, the battery module 700 is a rechargeable battery, the battery module 700 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 140, and the circuit board 200, the weighing module 300 and the length measuring module 400 are electrically connected to the battery module 700. The battery module 700 is provided with the interface that charges, and the interface that charges locates interface 113 department, and the charging wire can be through interface 113 and insert the interface that charges to charge for battery module 700.

Referring to fig. 5, further, the second half-shell 120 is provided with an avoiding hole 122, and the avoiding hole 122 and the operation hole 121 are located on two opposite sides of the second half-shell 120.

Optionally, the handle 130 is rotatably connected to the second half-shell 120, and the handle 130 can be rotated to a position folded on the outer wall of the second half-shell 120, so that the overall volume is small. When the electronic scale is used for weighing, the handle 130 is rotated to be opened relative to the second half-shell 120.

In this embodiment, the tape 410 optionally includes a tape 410 body, a mandrel disposed in the receiving cavity 140 and rotatably connected to the housing 100, and a spring, for example, the mandrel has one end rotatably connected to the first half-shell 110 and the other end rotatably connected to the second half-shell 120. One end of the tape 410 body is connected with the clockwork spring, the clockwork spring is wound outside the mandrel, and the tape 410 body is wound outside the mandrel and covers the clockwork spring. In the process of pulling the tape measure 410 body, the mandrel is driven to rotate, the tape measure 410 body is gradually unwound and extends out of the operation hole 121, and the length of an article is measured.

It should be understood that, in order to use the tape measure 410 body, the slider of the tape measure 410 body is located outside the operation hole 121 and abuts against the outer wall of the second half-shell 120, and the slider does not retract into the accommodating cavity 140.

In addition, in order to prevent the main body of the measuring tape 410 from being pulled by the spring to automatically retract into the accommodating cavity 140 during measurement, the length measuring module 400 further comprises a self-locking mechanism, the main body of the measuring tape 410 is connected with the housing 100 through the self-locking mechanism, the self-locking mechanism has a locking state and an unlocking state which are mutually switched, and when the main body of the measuring tape 410 is in the locking state, the rewinding of the main body of the measuring tape 410 is locked, namely after the main body of the measuring tape 410 is elongated, even if external force is removed, the main body of the measuring tape 410 cannot retract under the action of the spring, and the safety is high. In the unlocked state, tape 410 can be rewound. The self-locking mechanism can be adjusted through a key to switch between a locking state and an unlocking state. For example, when a button is pressed, the self-locking mechanism is switched from the locked state to the unlocked state. After the key is released, the self-locking mechanism is always in a locking state.

Optionally, the self-locking mechanism is configured as a damping structure or a ratchet structure. Taking the self-locking mechanism as an example of a damping structure, the damping structure includes a first damping fin and a second damping fin, the first damping fin and the second damping fin are both disposed in the hole wall of the operation hole 121 and are disposed at intervals, and the main body of the tape measure 410 can extend out from between the first damping fin and the second damping fin. It should be understood that the first damping fin and the second damping fin may be both cylindrical plastic sleeves, or the first damping fin and the second damping fin may be a combined structure of a plastic sleeve and a hardware sleeve.

Furthermore, the surface of the main body of the measuring tape 410 is provided with a fluorescent layer, so that accurate measurement can be performed in a dark environment, and the environmental adaptability is strong. In this embodiment, optionally, the weighing module 300 includes a hook 310 and a load cell 320, the load cell 320 is connected to the housing 100, and the load cell 320 is communicatively connected to the circuit board 200; the hook 310 is connected with the load cell 320, and the hook 310 is used for hanging an object to be measured. The hooks 310 protrude from the relief holes 122 of the second half-shell 120.

Further, the hook 310 is in folding fit with the second half-shell 120, and the hook 310 can be folded onto the second half-shell 120 when not in use, so that the overall volume is reduced.

In this embodiment, optionally, the multifunctional electronic scale further comprises a broadcast module, the broadcast module is connected with the casing 100, the broadcast module is in communication connection with the circuit board 200, and the broadcast module is used for broadcasting data information.

It should be understood that the broadcast module can be a loudspeaker, and after once measuring, the broadcast module reports out measured data automatically, also reminds the operating personnel that the current operation is accomplished, and the operating personnel can carry out next measurement operation, improves the operating efficiency.

The multifunctional electronic scale provided by the embodiment has at least the following beneficial effects:
