Technical Field

The present invention relates to a diaper for a low-weight infant.

Background

Conventionally, open-type disposable diapers have been widely used. With an open-type disposable diaper, both end portions of tape members (e.g., fastening tapes or straps) disposed on both left and right sides of a diaper main body (e.g., an absorbent main body) are locked to the front and rear sides of the diaper main body so as to wear the diaper. Patent document 1 discloses a disposable absorbent article of clothing (diaper) having a belt strip (belt member) provided with fasteners (locking members) that can be removably attached to a rear side and a front side.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

According to the disposable diaper in patent document 1, the belt members can be attached and detached on the front and rear sides, thereby facilitating the operation of putting on and taking off the diaper. For example, when a parent wears such a diaper on an infant, the diaper can be easily worn or removed on the front or rear side regardless of whether the infant sleeps in a prone or supine position.

However, if a part of the locking member provided on the belt member is peeled off from the diaper main body while wearing the diaper, the disengaged part of the locking member may be hooked on and engaged with, for example, clothes or pads of an infant (on which they sleep), and the belt member may then be completely separated from the diaper main body. Particularly in the case where the diaper is used for a low-weight infant, it is required to minimize the movement of the body of the low-weight infant in order to reduce the burden on the body of the low-weight infant when the diaper is worn, and therefore, if the belt member is easily separated from the diaper main body, it is difficult to wear the diaper.

The present invention has been achieved in view of the conventional problems such as those described above, and it is an aspect of the present invention to provide a diaper for a low-weight infant, which suppresses separation of a belt member from a main body portion when worn.

Solution to the problem

The main aspect of the present invention for achieving the above-described aspect is a low-weight infant diaper having a longitudinal direction and a width direction intersecting each other,

the diaper for low-weight infants comprises:

an exterior sheet disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the absorbent body; and

a belt member including one-side locking members on one side in a width direction and another-side locking members on the other side in the width direction,

the band member is locked to the non-skin side of the exterior sheet by the one-side locking member,

an additional engaging portion that is a portion that detachably engages a portion of the belt member to the exterior sheet is provided in a region of the one side of the belt member.

Features of the present invention other than those described above will become apparent by reading the description of the present specification with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Advantageous effects of the invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a diaper for a low-weight infant, which suppresses separation of the belt member from the main body portion when the diaper is worn.

Detailed Description

At least the following will become apparent from the description of the specification and the drawings.

A low-weight infant diaper having a longitudinal direction and a width direction intersecting each other,

the diaper for low-weight infants comprises:

an exterior sheet disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the absorbent body; and

a belt member including one-side locking members on one side in a width direction and another-side locking members on the other side in the width direction,

the band member is locked to the non-skin side of the exterior sheet by the one-side locking member,

an additional engaging portion that is a portion that detachably engages a portion of the belt member to the exterior sheet is provided in a region of the one side of the belt member.

According to this diaper for low-weight infants, the locking of the belt member to the exterior sheet is reinforced by the additional joining portion, and therefore when the diaper is put on a low-weight infant, the locking member is not easily peeled off from the exterior sheet, and the belt member is easily suppressed from being separated from the main body portion (exterior sheet) of the diaper.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

the additional engaging portion is disposed outside in the longitudinal direction with respect to the center of the belt member.

According to this low-weight infant diaper, when the diaper is inserted between the pad or the like and the body of a low-weight infant sleeping thereon, the region of the front end portion is not easily peeled off during insertion, and the curling of the belt member is suppressed. Therefore, this makes it possible to further suppress the separation of the belt member.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

the additional engagement portion is provided at a position overlapping with the one-side locking member.

According to this diaper for low-weight infants, the locking of the locking member (belt member) to the exterior sheet becomes firmer, so that the belt member can be further inhibited from being separated from the main body portion of the diaper.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

a pair of the additional engaging portions is provided in both width direction end portions of the one-side locking member, respectively.

According to the diaper for a low-weight infant, the locking of the corner portions of the locking member to the exterior sheet becomes stronger. Therefore, when the diaper is worn on a low-weight infant, the corner portions of the locking member can be suppressed from becoming peeling origins, and separation of the belt member can be suppressed.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

the additional engaging portion is provided at a position overlapping with a longitudinal outer end portion of the one-side lock member and both widthwise end portions of the one-side lock member.

According to this low-weight infant diaper, a gap is not easily formed between the locking member and the outer sheet at the corner of the locking member, and therefore the corner is not easily a peeling start point of the locking member. This makes it possible to further suppress the separation of the belt member from the main body portion of the diaper.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

the additional engagement portion is provided at a position not overlapping with the one-side locking member.

According to this diaper for low-weight infants, the hook at the surface of the locking member is inhibited from being damaged or crushed due to welding. Therefore, even if the tape member is peeled off from the exterior sheet of the diaper and then locked to the exterior sheet again, the locking strength is not easily lowered.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

one of the additional engaging portions is provided inside in the width direction with respect to an inner end portion of the one-side locking member, an

The other of the additional engaging portions is provided outside in the width direction with respect to the outer end portion of the one-side locking member.

According to this diaper for low-weight infants, the belt member and the exterior sheet are joined in the vicinity of both widthwise side end portions of the locking member, and therefore the locking member is less likely to be peeled off from the exterior sheet when the diaper is put on a low-weight infant. Therefore, this makes it possible to further suppress the belt member from being separated from the main body portion of the diaper.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

with respect to the center position of the additional engaging portion at the inner side of the inner end portion of the one-side locking member,

the distance between the inner end portion of the band member and the center position is larger than the distance between the inner end portion of the one-side locking member and the center position in the width direction.

According to this low-weight infant diaper, a joining portion (additional joining portion) for joining the belt member and the outer covering sheet is provided at a position closer to the inner end portion of the locking member in the width direction. Therefore, when the diaper is put on a low-weight baby, the inner end portion of the locking member is not easily peeled off from the exterior sheet. Therefore, this makes it possible to further suppress the belt member from being separated from the main body portion of the diaper.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

with respect to the central position of the additional engaging portion at the outer side of the outer end portion of the one-side locking member,

in the width direction, a distance between an outer end portion of the outer piece and the center position is larger than a distance between an outer end portion of the one-side locking member and the center position.

According to this low-weight infant diaper, an engaging portion (additional engaging portion) for engaging the belt member and the outer covering sheet is provided at a position closer to the outer end portion of the locking member in the width direction. Therefore, when the diaper is worn on a low-weight infant, the outer end portion of the locking member is not easily peeled off from the outer covering sheet. Therefore, this makes it possible to further suppress the belt member from being separated from the main body portion of the diaper.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

the total length occupied by the additional engaging portion in the belt member in the longitudinal direction is smaller than the total length occupied by the additional engaging portion in the belt member in the width direction.

According to this low-weight infant diaper, the longitudinal area of the belt member joined by the additional joint portion is small, thereby making it possible to easily peel off the additional joint portion when the belt member is pulled in the width direction. On the other hand, the width-direction area of the belt member occupied by the additional engaging portion is large, so that the peeling of the additional engaging portion is suppressed when the belt member is pulled in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, even if a force is applied in the longitudinal direction when the diaper is worn, the belt member is not easily separated from the main body portion of the diaper, and when a force is applied in the width direction when the diaper is removed, the belt member is easily separated from the main body portion of the diaper.

In such a diaper for a low-weight infant, it is desirable that,

for each additional engaging portion, the longitudinal length of the additional engaging portion is shorter than the width-direction length of the additional engaging portion.

According to this low-weight infant diaper, the additional joint portions are easily peeled off both when the belt member is pulled in the width direction, but are not easily peeled off when the belt member is pulled in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, even if a force is applied in the longitudinal direction when the diaper is worn, the belt member is less likely to be separated from the main body portion of the diaper, and when a force is applied in the width direction when the diaper is taken off, the belt member is more likely to be separated from the main body portion of the diaper.
