1. A reciprocating ultra-thin laminated filter press is characterized by comprising

A material spreading and discharging part,

a material pressing part which is arranged on the upper surface of the die,

a water filtering frame basket is arranged on the water filtering frame,

the water filtering basket is provided with a first position and a second position, the water filtering basket does linear reciprocating motion between the first position and the second position, the water filtering basket is located between the spreading and discharging part and the pressing part when in the first position, and the water filtering basket is arranged at one end close to the spreading and discharging part; and when the water filtering basket is in the second position, the water filtering basket is positioned right below the pressing part.

2. The reciprocating ultra-thin laminated filter press according to claim 1,

the spreading and discharging part comprises a first spreading and discharging device and a second spreading and discharging device, the water filtering basket is arranged between the first spreading and discharging device and the second spreading and discharging device, the first spreading and discharging device, the water filtering basket and the second spreading and discharging device are arranged on the same straight line, and the straight line distance between the first spreading and discharging device and the second spreading and discharging device is more than three times of the length of the water filtering basket.

The reciprocating ultra-thin lamination filter press as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a track for movement of the water filtration basket, the track being disposed below the water filtration basket, the track comprising a track groove, and a plurality of guide wheels being arranged in the track groove.

8. The reciprocating ultra-thin lamination filter press of claim 7, further comprising a guard disposed below the rail, the guard comprising a receiving groove for receiving the rail, the receiving groove having a depth greater than a height of the rail.

9. The filter press of claim 8, further comprising a lifting unit for lifting the rail in the holding tank, wherein the lifting unit comprises a plurality of lifting cylinders.

10. The reciprocating ultra-thin lamination filter press as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pressing part comprises a frame and a pressing block, the pressing block moves up and down on the frame, and the pressing part is arranged between the first and second paving discharging devices.

Background

The organic solid waste refers to solid and semi-solid organic waste which pollutes the environment and is generated by human beings in production, construction, daily life and other activities, and the organic content of the organic solid waste is more than 20 percent. The main sources of organic solid wastes are: (1) agriculture, including the crop production, livestock and poultry breeding, and agricultural and sideline product processing industries; (2) cities, including domestic waste, municipal waste, sludge, and the like; (3) industries including petrochemical, light industry, etc.

Sludge is a solid precipitated material produced by water and sewage treatment processes. Sludge treatment refers to the processing process of sludge concentration, regulation, dehydration, stabilization, drying or incineration. The important step in the sludge treatment is to compress the sludge for dehydration treatment, mechanical dehydration equipment such as a filter press is commonly used in the dehydration treatment of the sludge, the sludge is wrapped by filter cloth and then is subjected to a filter pressing process by a hydraulic press, and then the separation process of solid and liquid is realized.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the invention discloses a turntable structure of an ultrathin overlapped filter layer vertical filter press, wherein four frame baskets are arranged on a turntable machine and respectively correspond to a spreading machine, a hydraulic machine, a discharging machine and an empty frame waiting position, namely a charging station, a pressing station, a discharging station and an empty frame waiting position. Along with the rotation of the rotary table, three processes of loading, squeezing and unloading can be simultaneously completed by different baskets, so that the time is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the application provides a reciprocating ultrathin laminated filter press, which comprises a spreading and discharging part, a pressing part and a water filtering basket, wherein the water filtering basket is provided with a first position and a second position, the water filtering basket makes linear reciprocating motion between the first position and the second position, the water filtering basket is positioned between the spreading and discharging part and the pressing part when in the first position, and the water filtering basket is arranged at one end close to the spreading and discharging part; and when the water filtering basket is in the second position, the water filtering basket is positioned right below the pressing part.

When the water filtering basket is located at the first position, the water filtering basket has two working states, namely a material spreading working state and a material discharging working state, and when the water filtering basket is located at the second position, the equipment is in a filter pressing state; the device is set to be reciprocating, and the work of spreading, filter pressing, discharging and cloth rolling is completed by utilizing the reciprocating motion of the water filtering basket; on the one hand, the work efficiency is guaranteed, on the other hand, the area of an installation site is saved, and on the other hand, the precision and the rhythm of equipment movement are better controlled.

Furthermore, the spreading and discharging part comprises a first spreading and discharging device and a second spreading and discharging device, the water filtering basket is arranged between the first spreading and discharging device and the second spreading and discharging device, the first spreading and discharging device, the water filtering basket and the second spreading and discharging device are arranged on the same straight line, and the straight line distance between the first spreading and discharging device and the second spreading and discharging device is more than three times of the length of the water filtering basket.

The beneficial effect of this application is as follows:

1. the device is set to be reciprocating, and the work of spreading, filter pressing, discharging and cloth rolling is completed by utilizing the reciprocating motion of the water filtering basket; on one hand, the working efficiency is ensured, on the other hand, the area of an installation field is saved, and on the other hand, the precision and rhythm of the movement of the equipment are better controlled;

2. the two spreading and discharging devices and the two water filtering baskets are symmetrically arranged to further improve the working efficiency of the equipment, so that the spreading and discharging processes can be completed at two ends simultaneously;

3. the filter cloth pressing part is arranged to lay the filter cloth in the frame basket layer by layer better and more accurately;

4. the correction work in the filter cloth winding process is completed by the integral movement of the cloth roller, so that the correction efficiency is further improved;

5. this application is because the basket presses the material portion to pushing down when the filter-pressing, and the weight that the track bore this moment is great, can damage the track, and for the protection track, set up the track into elevation structure, the track can fall to the holding tank in, plays better guard action to the track.
