a plurality of groups of rod workpieces 9 are horizontally conveyed to a spraying area of the spraying room 1, a set of automatic spray gun group is respectively arranged in the upper direction and the lower direction of each group of rod workpieces 9, the automatic spray gun groups are connected to the horizontal moving frame 2, the horizontal moving frame 2 drives the automatic spray gun groups to horizontally reciprocate along the vertical direction of the rod workpieces 9, and a single spray gun can spray the rod workpieces 9 in the reciprocating stroke; the height of the middle framework 23 can be vertically adjusted, so that the height of the upper automatic spray gun group 5 is adjusted, the inward or outward automatic expansion of the telescopic cylinder 813 is realized through hydraulic pressure, the distance between the adjacent riding wheels 86 is reduced or increased, and the requirement of spraying rod workpieces 9 with different sizes and specifications can be met; an air knife cleaning system 15 arranged at the side part of the spray room 1 can automatically clean powder attached to the upper surface of the V-shaped bottom plate 13, manual cleaning is avoided, and the color change of equipment is faster; the powder recovery system at the bottom of the inner cavity of the spray room 1 recovers powder which is not adsorbed and is over-sprayed, so that the cyclic utilization of the powder is realized; the smoke extraction system at the upper part of the inner cavity of the spray room 1 absorbs and purifies smoke generated in the powder thermosetting process, so that the environmental pollution is reduced; the V-shaped bottom plate 13 and the inverted V-shaped top plate 10 have obvious flow guide effect, so that the powder and the smoke in the spray room 1 can be collected more fully.
