Background

Most products sold in the market at present need to be packaged by using a packaging box, the existing packaging box adopts colorful paper boards for splicing in order to achieve the appearance and show the product characteristics, the existing paper board printing is divided into spot color printing and four-color printing, the spot color printing refers to a printing process for copying primary colors by using ink with other colors except yellow, magenta, blue and black, in the packaging printing, the spot color printing process is often used for printing large-area ground colors, the four-color printing is used for printing color pictures by using three subtractive primary colors (yellow, magenta and cyan) and black, primary color images used for printing need to be separated into respective color separators, and black color separators are added to correct the blue, magenta and yellow inks so as to improve the blackness of the printed images, but no matter which printing process is adopted, the paper needs to be positioned and printed on a rubber roller for multiple times, the printing plate of the paper needs to be repositioned each time the paper reaches a printing point, for example, in the existing chromatography printing system, the error of each color is read through an electric eye and then is compensated for by a driver, so that the accurate positioning of each color is ensured.

The benchmark needs to be found when current chromatography printing system fixes a position, because only single benchmark anchor point on the paper, consequently every picture layer all prints according to the position of last printing picture layer when printing, leads to the printing at every turn all can accumulate certain error, and when printing final picture layer, the accumulative error is very big, leads to finally to appear ghost image, blurred phenomenon in the printing pattern edge on the gained cardboard.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a multiple positioning printing method for color printing of a paperboard, which solves the technical problems of accumulation of printing errors and double images and blurring at the edges of printed patterns caused by multiple times of printing in the prior art.

The technical problem is solved by the invention through the following technical scheme that in the process of multi-color registration printing, when the printing pattern of a single layer is printed, a plurality of positioning lines are printed outside the printing pattern at the same time, and the positioning lines printed in the previous printing step are used as the reference for positioning in the next printing step.

By adopting the technical scheme, because the positioning line of each layer can be printed at the same time when each layer is printed, the positioning line has no error for the layer, and the positioning line printed in the previous printing step is used as the reference for positioning the subsequent layer when the subsequent layer is printed, only the error generated by positioning the positioning line in the current printing process can exist, the error can not be accumulated in the subsequent printing, so that the error accumulation can not exist compared with the positioning mode that all layers in the original printing mode use one positioning line as the reference, the printing precision is improved, the edge of the printed pattern is clear, the lines are clear, and the color is more gorgeous.

Preferably, the printed positions of the registration lines are equally spaced, and the printed positions of the registration lines are on the inside of the cardboard printing frame.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the equidistance sets up between location line and the location line, and a plurality of location lines are arranged into one row, can make the positioner in the printing machine all set up in same position, and can detect newest location line the very first time when detecting, for example the cardboard is carried from bottom to top during the printing, then the location line of printing next time is higher than the location line of printing in the previous period, then the cardboard is at the in-process that rises, the location line that first pass was detected is the location line on the newest printing.

Preferably, the printing positions of the registration lines are disposed at positions between the printed patterns at which the printed patterns are not affected.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, can both print multichannel positioning line when making printing at every turn, help improving the accuracy nature of printing, the printing position dispersion of positioning line sets up the position that does not influence the printing pattern between the printing pattern simultaneously, neither influences the printing work, does not influence the final output of pattern on the cardboard yet.
