The coke oven with the size of 7.63m is provided with 4 coal charging hole covers per carbonization chamber, each coal charging hole cover has the thickness of about 124mm, the diameter of a large circle of about 650mm and the mass of about 140Kg, as shown in figure 1, wherein the weight of the furnace cover body is about 131Kg, the weight of the positioning seat is about 3.5Kg, and the weight of the filling material is about 5.5 Kg.

The uncovering of the coal charging hole cover in the normal production process of the coke oven is automatically completed by an uncovering system of the coal charging car, but the cover uncovering system of the coal charging hole cover is used in a high-temperature and severe environment for a long time, so that the cover uncovering system of the coal charging car has frequent faults. The operation time of the single-hole coking chamber of the coke oven is 10-12 minutes, and once the cover uncovering system of the coal charging car fails, the cover uncovering operation of the coal charging hole cover can be carried out only by an operator. Because the coal charging hole cover is heavy and large, manual uncovering of the coal charging hole cover cannot be completed according to the set time. At present, an operator mainly carries out uncovering operation of a coal charging hole cover through an iron prod or a fork-type device, along with the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the sealing between the coal charging hole cover and a coal charging ring is tighter and tighter, meanwhile, the coal charging hole cover is heavy and large, the uncovering of the coal charging hole cover by the iron prod or the fork-type device is very laborious, the operation is very difficult, and the great safety risk of burning and scalding exists; the untimely closing of the coal charging hole cover can cause large-area raw gas to be diffused, cause great environmental pollution, cause the production rhythm of the coke oven to be completely disordered, cause very serious influence on the production of the coke oven and finally cause the coke oven to stop production.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a coal charging hole cover uncovering device of a top-loading coke oven and a using method thereof, and aims to facilitate the quick uncovering of the coal charging hole cover.

Particularly, the two cover-opening hooks are respectively a first cover-opening hook and a second cover-opening hook, the two cover-opening hooks are identical in structure, the upper parts of the two cover-opening hooks are fixedly connected with the hook fixing frame in a perpendicular mode, and the two cover-opening hooks are arranged in parallel. Two cover-opening hooks are arranged, so that the coal-charging hole cover can be conveniently and stably hooked, and the phenomenon that the coal-charging hole cover turns over is avoided.
