if the second refresh frequency of the displayed compressed data is 90HZ, reading the display data with the second refresh frequency of 90HZ, and displaying according to the display data with the second refresh frequency of 90 HZ;

and if the second refresh frequency of the displayed compressed data is 120HZ, reading the display data with the second refresh frequency of 120HZ, and displaying according to the display data with the second refresh frequency of 120 HZ.

the display data of the first refresh frequency stored by the internal memory includes: display data of 60HZ, or display data of 90HZ, or display data of 120 HZ.

10. The display panel of claims 7-9 wherein the compressed data has a data size of 1/4 of the display data.
