Technical Field

Background

Commonly seen malocclusions include posterior occlusion, molar elongation, and functional retroocclusions of the anterior teeth.

Posterior locking, which may occur on one or both sides, is commonly seen in the premolar and second molar regions of the upper and lower jaws. The posterior locking can be divided into anterior-posterior locking and posterior-anterior locking; the clinical manifestation of orthodontics is that the buccal cusp and buccal slope of the lower posterior tooth are occluded on the lingual side of the lingual cusp and lingual slope of the upper posterior tooth; the clinical manifestation of posterior tooth contra-occlusion is that the tongue tip and the tongue inclined plane of the posterior tooth are occluded on the buccal side of the buccal tip and the buccal inclined plane of the upper posterior tooth, and the corresponding upper and lower posterior occlusal surfaces are not contacted. As shown in fig. 5, in order to release posterior occlusion, the straight wire arch correction technology is mostly used, and the back teeth are interactively pulled by matching the occlusal surface pad height of the glass ions of the back teeth, but the methods have the risks of repeated falling of the glass ions, elongation of molars, deformation of dental arches, vertical runaway and the like clinically.

Functional retrozygosity is caused by lip inclination of anterior mandibular teeth, tongue inclination of anterior maxillary teeth, or a combination of the two, or individual tooth interference, and poor occlusion habits such as protrusion of the mandible to force anterior mandibular displacement, resulting in retrozygosity of the anterior teeth and molars in the class III anshi occlusal relationship. Clinically, it is usually manifested as functional mandibular shift with dysesthesia of muscle and tooth positions, and it is possible to back the mandible to incise the mandible by manipulation, or the patient can back the mandible by himself. As shown in fig. 7, for functional anterior tooth retrozygosis, the traditional straight wire arch correction technology mostly directly adopts III-type traction to correct anterior tooth retrozygosis and matches with posterior occlusal surface height, but in the method, the jaw surface height material repeatedly falls off, and individual posterior teeth are unevenly stressed.

The occurrence of posterior locking, molar extension and functional retropulsion of anterior teeth can not only cause occlusion interference of different degrees, but also seriously affect the chewing function, temporomandibular joint health and aesthetic symmetry of the face of a patient, and even lead to psychological disorders of part of patients.

In summary, when the metal braces are used for correcting the malocclusion deformity in the prior art, the padding height and the planting nails are easy to fall off, so that the correction effect is poor and the correction time is long.

As shown in figure 3, the invention is firstly connected with the metal tooth socket 4 through the upper and lower windows of the transparent retainer 1, the front teeth are corrected to be reversely closed, the size, the position and the height of the combined pad are adjusted according to the condition in the correction, and the size and the direction of the traction force are adjusted, so that the combined pad 2 has the advantages of difficult falling, wide application range, higher comfort level of patients and no limitation.
